ଗୀତସଂହିତା 73
1 ଆସଫର ଗୀତ। ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ପ୍ରତି, ନିର୍ମଳାନ୍ତଃକରଣ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
A psalm of Asaph. Surely God is good to Israel, to those with a pure heart.
2 ମାତ୍ର ମୋହର ଚରଣ ପ୍ରାୟ ଟଳିଗଲା; ମୋହର ପାଦବିକ୍ଷେପ ପ୍ରାୟ ଖସିଗଲା।
But as for me, my feet almost slipped; my feet almost slipped out from under me
3 କାରଣ ମୁଁ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କର ସମୃଦ୍ଧି ଦେଖି ଦାମ୍ଭିକମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଈର୍ଷାନ୍ୱିତ ହେଲି।
because I was envious of the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
4 ଯେହେତୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମରଣରେ କୌଣସି ବନ୍ଧନ ନାହିଁ; ମାତ୍ର ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବଳ ଦୃଢ଼ ଥାଏ।
For they have no pain until their death, but they are strong and well fed.
5 ସେମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପରି କଷ୍ଟରେ ପଡ଼ନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ; କିଅବା ଅନ୍ୟ ମନୁଷ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ପରି ସେମାନେ ଆଘାତ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
They are free from the burdens of other men; they are not afflicted like other men.
6 ଏହେତୁ ଅହଙ୍କାର ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଗଳାର ହାର ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହୁଏ; ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଚ୍ଛାଦନ କରେ।
Pride adorns them like a necklace around their neck; violence clothes them like a robe.
7 ମେଦରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଚକ୍ଷୁ ବାହାରି ଉଠେ; ମନର ବାଞ୍ଛା ଅପେକ୍ଷା ସେମାନେ ଅଧିକ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି।
Out of such blindness comes sin; evil thoughts pass through their hearts.
8 ସେମାନେ ଟାହୁଲି କରନ୍ତି ଓ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତାରେ ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟ ଉଚ୍ଚାରଣ କରନ୍ତି; ସେମାନେ ଦମ୍ଭ କଥା କହନ୍ତି।
They mock and speak wickedly; in their arrogance they threaten oppression.
9 ସେମାନେ ଆକାଶରେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ରଖିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଜିହ୍ୱା ପୃଥିବୀରେ ଭ୍ରମଣ କରେ।
They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongues march through the earth.
10 ଏହେତୁ ତାହାର ଲୋକମାନେ ସେଆଡ଼େ ଫେରନ୍ତି; ପୁଣି, ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପାନପାତ୍ରର ଜଳସବୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିଗିଡ଼ାଯାଏ।
Therefore his people turn to them and abundant waters are drained out.
11 ଆଉ, ସେମାନେ କହନ୍ତି, “ପରମେଶ୍ୱର କିପରି ଜାଣିବେ? ଓ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥଙ୍କର କି ଜ୍ଞାନ ଅଛି?”
They say, “How does God know? Is there knowledge with the Most High?”
12 ଦେଖ, ଏମାନେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକ; ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ସର୍ବଦା ନିର୍ବିଘ୍ନରେ ଥାଇ ଧନ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରନ୍ତି।
Take notice: these people are wicked; they are always carefree, becoming richer and richer.
13 ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ମୁଁ ବ୍ୟର୍ଥରେ ଆପଣା ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣ ଶୁଚି କରିଅଛି ଓ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦୋଷତାରେ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକ୍ଷାଳନ କରିଅଛି;
Surely it is in vain that I have guarded my heart and washed my hands in innocence.
14 କାରଣ ମୁଁ ଦିନସାରା ଆଘାତ ଓ ପ୍ରତି ପ୍ରଭାତ ଶାସ୍ତି ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଅଛି।
For all the day long I have been afflicted and disciplined every morning.
15 “ଏରୂପ କହିବି” ବୋଲି ଯଦି ମୁଁ କହିଥାʼନ୍ତି ତେବେ ଦେଖ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ବଂଶ ପ୍ରତି ବିଶ୍ୱାସଘାତକତା କରିଥାʼନ୍ତି।
If I had said, “I will say these things,” then I would have betrayed this generation of your children.
16 ମୁଁ ତାହା କିରୂପେ ଜାଣିବି ବୋଲି ଭାବନା କଲା ବେଳେ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ତାହା ଅତି କଷ୍ଟକର ହେଲା;
Though I tried to understand these things, it was too difficult for me.
17 ଶେଷରେ ମୁଁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଧର୍ମଧାମକୁ ଗଲି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଶେଷ ଫଳ ବିବେଚନା କଲି।
Then I went into God's sanctuary and came to understand their fate.
18 ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖସଡ଼ା ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରଖୁଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସର୍ବନାଶରେ ପକାଉଅଛ।
Surely you put them in slippery places; you bring them down to ruin.
19 ସେମାନେ ଏକ ନିମିଷରେ କିପରି ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ହୁଅନ୍ତି! ନାନା ତ୍ରାସରେ ସେମାନେ ନିଃଶେଷ ରୂପେ ସଂହାରିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି।
How they become a wilderness in a moment! They come to an end and are finished in awful terrors.
20 ନିଦ୍ରାରୁ ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହେଲା ଉତ୍ତାରେ ଯେପରି ସ୍ୱପ୍ନ, ସେପରି, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହେଲେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତିକୁ ତୁଚ୍ଛଜ୍ଞାନ କରିବ।
They are like a dream after one wakes up; Lord, when you arise, you will think nothing of those dreams.
21 ମୋହର ହୃଦୟ ଦୁଃଖିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ଓ ମୋହର ମର୍ମ ବିଦ୍ଧ ହୋଇଥିଲା।
For my heart was grieved, and I was deeply wounded.
22 ମୁଁ ଏଡ଼େ ମୂର୍ଖ ଓ ଅଜ୍ଞାନ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ପଶୁ ପରି ଥିଲି।
I was ignorant and lacked insight; I was like a senseless animal before you.
23 ତଥାପି ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସଙ୍ଗେ ସଙ୍ଗେ ନିରନ୍ତର ଅଛି; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହସ୍ତ ଧରିଅଛ।
Yet I am always with you; you hold my right hand.
24 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାରେ ମୋତେ ପଥ ଦେଖାଇବ ଓ ଶେଷରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ଗୌରବରେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବ।
You will guide me with your advice and afterward receive me to glory.
25 ସ୍ୱର୍ଗରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିନା ମୋହର ଆଉ କିଏ ଅଛି? ଓ ଭୂମଣ୍ଡଳରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଛଡ଼ା ଆଉ କାହାକୁ ମୁଁ ବାଞ୍ଛା କରୁ ନାହିଁ।
Whom have I in heaven but you? There is no one on earth that I desire but you.
26 ମୋହର ମାଂସ ଓ ଚିତ୍ତ କ୍ଷୟ ପାଉଅଛି; ମାତ୍ର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ମୋʼ ଚିତ୍ତର ବଳ ଓ ମୋହର ବାଣ୍ଟ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
My flesh and my heart grow weak, but God is the strength of my heart forever.
27 କାରଣ ଦେଖ, ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରୁ ଦୂରରେ ଥିବା ଲୋକମାନେ ବିନଷ୍ଟ ହେବେ; ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ଛାଡ଼ି ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କରିବା ଲୋକ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ କରିଅଛ।
Those who are far from you will perish; you will destroy all those who are unfaithful to you.
28 ମାତ୍ର ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହେବାର ମୋହର ମଙ୍ଗଳ; ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସକଳ କର୍ମ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଭୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣାର ଆଶ୍ରୟ ସ୍ୱରୂପ କରିଅଛି।
But as for me, all I need to do is to approach God. I have made the Lord Yahweh my refuge. I will declare all your deeds.
