ଗୀତସଂହିତା 71
1 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରେ ଶରଣ ନେଇଅଛି; ମୋତେ କେବେ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହେବାକୁ ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ।
In thee, O LORD! do I put my trust! Let me never be put to shame!
2 ତୁମ୍ଭ ଧର୍ମଗୁଣରେ ମୋତେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରି ରକ୍ଷା କର; ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ଆପଣା କର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଡେରି ମୋତେ ତ୍ରାଣ କର।
In thy goodness deliver and rescue me; Incline thine ear to me, and save me!
3 ଯେଉଁଠାକୁ ମୁଁ ନିତ୍ୟ ଯାଇପାରେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ସେରୂପ ବସତିର ଶୈଳ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହୁଅ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଇଅଛ; କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ଶୈଳ ଓ ମୋହର ଦୁର୍ଗ।
Be thou the rock of my abode, where I may continually resort! Thou hast granted me deliverance; For thou art my rock and my fortress!
4 ହେ ମୋହର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକ ହସ୍ତରୁ, ଅନ୍ୟାୟକାରୀ ଓ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦୟ ଲୋକ ହସ୍ତରୁ ମୋତେ ରକ୍ଷା କର।
Save me, O my God! from the hand of the wicked, -From the hand of the unjust and cruel!
5 କାରଣ ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ମୋହର ଭରସା; ମୋʼ ବାଲ୍ୟକାଳରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ବିଶ୍ୱାସଭୂମି।
For thou art my hope, O Lord Jehovah! Thou hast been my trust from my youth!
6 ଗର୍ଭରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ମୋହର ଭାର ଅଛି; ମାତାର ଉଦରରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ମୋତେ ନେଇଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିଷୟରେ ନିତ୍ୟ ମୋହର ପ୍ରଶଂସା ହେବ।
Upon thee have I leaned from my birth; From my earliest breath thou hast been my support; My song hath been continually of thee!
7 ମୁଁ ଅନେକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବିଷୟ ସ୍ୱରୂପ; ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ଦୃଢ଼ ଆଶ୍ରୟ।
I am a wonder to many, But thou art my strong refuge.
8 ମୋହର ମୁଖ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରଶଂସାରେ ଓ ସାରାଦିନ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଗୌରବ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନାରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେବ।
Let my mouth be filled with thy praise; Yea, all the day long, with thy glory.
9 ବୃଦ୍ଧାବସ୍ଥାରେ ମୋତେ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କର ନାହିଁ; ମୋହର ବଳ କ୍ଷୀଣ ହେବା ସମୟରେ ମୋତେ ଛାଡ଼ ନାହିଁ।
Cast me not off in mine old age; Forsake me not, When my strength faileth!
10 କାରଣ ମୋହର ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ମୋʼ ବିଷୟରେ କଥା କହନ୍ତି ଓ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣ ପାଇଁ ଜଗିବା ଲୋକମାନେ ଏକତ୍ର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା କରି କହନ୍ତି ଯେ,
For my enemies speak against me, And they who lay wait for my life consult together:
11 ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ତାହାକୁ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ପଛେ ପଛେ ଗୋଡ଼ାଇ ତାହାକୁ ଧର; କାରଣ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବାକୁ କେହି ନାହିଁ।
“God,” say they, “hath forsaken him; Pursue and seize him; for he hath none to deliver him!”
12 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୋʼ ଠାରୁ ଦୂରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ; ହେ ମୋହର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୋହର ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ସତ୍ୱର ହୁଅ।
O God! be not far from me! Come speedily to mine aid, O my God!
13 ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣର ବିପକ୍ଷମାନେ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ଓ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ; ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମୋହର କ୍ଷତି ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ନିନ୍ଦା ଓ ଅପମାନରେ ଆଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ।
Let them perish with shame who are my enemies; Let them be covered with contempt and dishonor who seek my hurt!
14 ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ନିରନ୍ତର ଭରସା କରିବି, ପୁଣି, ଆହୁରି ଆହୁରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବି।
But I will hope continually; I shall yet praise thee more and more.
15 ମୋହର ମୁଖ ସାରାଦିନ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଧର୍ମ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରିବ; କାରଣ ମୁଁ ତହିଁର ସଂଖ୍ୟା ଜାଣେ ନାହିଁ।
My mouth shall speak of thy goodness, —Of thy sure protection all the day long; For thy mercies are more than I can number.
16 ମୁଁ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପରାକ୍ରମର ସକଳ କ୍ରିୟା ସହିତ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେବି। ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର, କେବଳ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଧର୍ମ ବିଷୟ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରିବି।
I will celebrate thy mighty deeds, O Lord Jehovah! I will make mention of thy goodness, of thine only!
17 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ବାଲ୍ୟକାଳଠାରୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେଇ ଆସୁଅଛ; ପୁଣି, ମୁଁ ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରିୟାସବୁ ପ୍ରଚାର କରିଅଛି।
O God! thou hast taught me from my youth, And thus far have I declared thy wondrous deeds;
18 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୁଁ ଆସନ୍ତା ପିଢ଼ି ନିକଟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବାହୁ ବଳ, ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରାକ୍ରମ ପ୍ରଚାର କରିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ, ବୃଦ୍ଧ ଓ ପକ୍ୱକେଶ ହେବା ସମୟରେ ହେଁ ମୋତେ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କର ନାହିଁ।
And now, when I am old and gray-headed, O God! forsake me not, Until I make known thine arm to the next generation, -Thy mighty power to all that are to come!
19 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମହତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟମାନ ସାଧନ କରିଅଛ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଧର୍ମ ଅତି ଉଚ୍ଚ; ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭ ତୁଲ୍ୟ କିଏ ଅଛି?
For thy goodness, O God! reacheth to the heavens; Wonderful things doest thou! O God! who is like unto thee?
20 ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅନେକ ଓ ଦାରୁଣ କ୍ଳେଶ ଦେଖାଇଅଛ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ସଜୀବ କରିବ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀର ଗଭୀର ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଉଠାଇ ଆଣିବ।
Thou hast suffered us to see great and grievous troubles; Thou wilt again give us life, And wilt bring us back from the depths of the earth!
21 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ମହତ୍ତ୍ୱ ବଢ଼ାଅ ଓ ଫେରି ମୋତେ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା ଦିଅ।
Thou wilt increase my greatness; Thou wilt again comfort me!
22 ହେ ମୋହର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୁଁ ନେବଲ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରରେ, ମଧ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭର, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ତୁମ୍ଭ ସତ୍ୟତାର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବି; ହେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଧର୍ମସ୍ୱରୂପ, ମୁଁ ବୀଣା ଯନ୍ତ୍ରରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କରିବି।
Then will I praise thee with the psaltery; Even thy faithfulness, O my God! To thee will I sing with the harp, O Holy One of Israel!
23 ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କରିବା ବେଳେ ମୋହର ଓଷ୍ଠାଧର ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦ୍ୱାରା ମୁକ୍ତ ମୋହର ପ୍ରାଣ ଅତିଶୟ ଆହ୍ଲାଦ କରିବ।
My lips shall rejoice, when I sing to thee; And my soul, which thou hast redeemed from death;
24 ମୋହର ଜିହ୍ୱା ମଧ୍ୟ ସାରାଦିନ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଧର୍ମ ବିଷୟ କହିବ; କାରଣ ମୋହର ଅନିଷ୍ଟ ଚେଷ୍ଟାକାରୀମାନେ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ଓ ହତାଶ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି।
My tongue also shall continually speak of thy righteousness: For all who seek my hurt are brought to shame and confounded.
