ଗୀତସଂହିତା 69
1 ପ୍ରଧାନ ବାଦ୍ୟକର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଶୋଶନ୍ନୀମ୍ ସ୍ୱରରେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ଗୀତ। ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୋତେ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ କର; କାରଣ ମୋʼ ବେକ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଜଳରାଶି ଆସିଅଛି।
“To the chief musician upon Shoshannim, by David.” Save me, O God; for the waters are come even to threaten my life.
2 ମୁଁ ଗଭୀର ପଙ୍କରେ ବୁଡ଼ି ଯାଉଅଛି, ମୋହର ଛିଡ଼ା ହେବାର ସ୍ଥାନ ନାହିଁ; ମୁଁ ଗଭୀର ଜଳରାଶିରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଇଅଛି, ପ୍ଲାବନ ମୋʼ ଉପର ଦେଇ ଯାଉଅଛି।
I am sunk in the mire of the deep, where there is no standing; I am come into the depths of the waters, and the flood overfloweth me.
3 ମୁଁ ଡାକୁ ଡାକୁ କ୍ଳାନ୍ତ ହୁଏ; ମୋହର କଣ୍ଠ ଶୁଷ୍କ ହୋଇଅଛି; ମୁଁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରୁ କରୁ ମୋହର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ନିସ୍ତେଜ ହୁଏ।
I am weary of my calling; my throat is hoarse; my eyes fail, while I hope for my God.
4 ଅକାରଣରେ ମୋତେ ଘୃଣା କରିବା ଲୋକେ ମୋʼ ମସ୍ତକର କେଶଠାରୁ ଅନେକ; ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟାୟରେ ମୋହର ଶତ୍ରୁ ହୋଇ ମୋତେ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ବଳବାନ; ତେଣୁ ମୁଁ ଯାହା ଅପହରଣ କଲି ନାହିଁ, ତାହା ଫେରାଇ ଦେଲି।
More than the hairs of my head are those that hate me without a cause; numerous are those that would destroy me, that are my enemies wrongfully: what I have not robbed shall I now restore.
5 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ମୂଢ଼ତା ଜାଣୁଅଛ; ଆଉ, ମୋହର ପାପସବୁ ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରୁ ଗୁପ୍ତ ନୁହେଁ।
O God, thou art well aware of my folly, and my guilty deeds are from thee not hidden.
6 ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋ, ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅନୁସରଣକାରୀମାନେ ମୋʼ ଦେଇ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ନ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ; ହେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣକାରୀମାନେ ମୋʼ ଦେଇ ଅପମାନିତ ନ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ।
Let not those that wait on thee, O Lord Eternal of hosts, be made ashamed through me: let not those that seek thee be confounded through me, O God of Israel.
7 କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସକାଶୁ ମୁଁ ନିନ୍ଦା ସହ୍ୟ କରିଅଛି। ଲଜ୍ଜା ମୋʼ ମୁଖ ଆଚ୍ଛାଦନ କରିଅଛି।
Because for thy sake have I borne reproach, hath confusion covered my face.
8 ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଭ୍ରାତୃଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ଅଜଣା ଓ ମାତୃସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ବିଦେଶୀ ହୋଇଅଛି।
A stranger am I become unto my brothers, and an alien unto my mother's children.
9 କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଗୃହବିଷୟକ ଉଦ୍ଯୋଗ ମୋତେ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିଅଛି। ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ନିନ୍ଦା ମୋʼ ଉପରେ ପଡ଼ିଅଛି।
Because the zeal for thy house hath devoured me; and the reproaches of those that reproached thee are fallen upon me.
10 ମୁଁ ରୋଦନ କଲେ ଓ ଉପବାସ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆପଣା ପ୍ରାଣକୁ କ୍ଳେଶ ଦେଲେ, ତାହା ମୋʼ ନିନ୍ଦାର ବିଷୟ ହେଲା।
When I wept at the fasting of my soul, it became a reproach to me.
11 ମୁଁ ଚଟବସ୍ତ୍ରକୁ ଆପଣାର ପରିଧେୟ କଲେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରବାଦ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେଲି।
And when I made sackcloth my garment, I became a proverb to them.
12 ନଗର-ଦ୍ୱାରରେ ବସିବା ଲୋକମାନେ ମୋʼ ବିଷୟରେ ଗଳ୍ପ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ମୁଁ ମତ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଗୀତ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହୋଇଅଛି।
Those that sit in the gate talk against me; and [about me make] songs the drinkers of strong drink.
13 ମାତ୍ର ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ ସମୟରେ ମୋହର ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରେ ଅଛି; ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦୟାର ବାହୁଲ୍ୟରେ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରିତ୍ରାଣର ସତ୍ୟତାନୁସାରେ ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ।
But as for me, I direct my prayer unto thee, O Lord, in a time of favor; O God, in the multitude of thy kindness: answer me in the truth of thy salvation.
14 ପଙ୍କରୁ ମୋତେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର ଓ ମୋତେ ମଗ୍ନ ହେବାକୁ ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ; ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଘୃଣାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଓ ଗଭୀର ଜଳରାଶିରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୁଏ।
Deliver me out of the mire, that I may not sink: let me be delivered from those that hate me, and out of the depths of the waters.
15 ଜଳପ୍ଲାବନ ମୋତେ ମଗ୍ନ ନ କରୁ, କିଅବା ଗଭୀର ଜଳ ମୋତେ ଗ୍ରାସ ନ କରୁ; ପୁଣି, ଗର୍ତ୍ତ ମୋʼ ଉପରେ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ବନ୍ଦ ନ କରୁ।
Let not the flood of waters overflow me, and let not the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit close its mouth upon me.
16 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ; କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସ୍ନେହପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରୁଣା ଉତ୍ତମ; ତୁମ୍ଭ କୃପାର ବାହୁଲ୍ୟାନୁସାରେ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ଫେର।
Answer me, O Lord; for thy kindness is good: according to the multitude of thy mercies turn thou unto me.
17 ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦାସଠାରୁ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ଲୁଚାଅ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ମୁଁ ସଙ୍କଟରେ ଅଛି; ଶୀଘ୍ର ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ।
And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in distress: make haste and answer me.
18 ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣର ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହୋଇ ତାହାକୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କର; ମୋʼ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ସକାଶୁ ମୋତେ ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ମୁକ୍ତ କର।
Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: because of my enemies do thou ransom me.
19 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ନିନ୍ଦା ଓ ମୋହର ଲଜ୍ଜା ଓ ମୋହର ଅପମାନ ଜାଣୁଅଛ; ମୋହର ବିପକ୍ଷ ସମସ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।
Thou well knowest my reproach, and my shame, and my confusion: before thee are all my assailants.
20 ନିନ୍ଦା ମୋହର ହୃଦୟ ଭଗ୍ନ କରିଅଛି ଓ ମୁଁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାରାକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଅଛି; ପୁଣି, କେହି ଦୟା କରିବ ବୋଲି ମୁଁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କଲି, ମାତ୍ର କେହି ନ ଥିଲା ଓ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କର ଅପେକ୍ଷା କଲି, ମାତ୍ର କାହାକୁ ପାଇଲି ନାହିଁ।
Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am sick; and I waited for pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.
21 ଆହୁରି, ସେମାନେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ମୋତେ ବିଷମୟ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଦେଲେ ଓ ମୋହର ତୃଷା ସମୟରେ ପାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୋତେ ଅମ୍ଳରସ ଦେଲେ।
And they put into my food gall; and in my thirst they give me vinegar to drink.
22 ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମେଜ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଫାନ୍ଦ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ଓ ସେମାନେ ଶାନ୍ତିରେ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ତାହା ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଫାଶ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେଉ।
May [then] their table become a snare before them: and to those that are at peace, a trap.
23 ସେମାନେ ଯେପରି ଦେଖି ନ ପାରିବେ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଅନ୍ଧାରଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହେଉ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ କଟିଦେଶକୁ ନିତ୍ୟ କମ୍ପଯୁକ୍ତ କର।
May their eyes become dark, that they cannot see; and make their loins continually to waver.
24 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆପଣା କ୍ରୋଧ ଢାଳିଦିଅ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ କ୍ରୋଧର ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡତା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧରୁ।
Pour out over them thy indignation, and let the heat of thy anger overtake them.
25 ସେମାନଙ୍କର ବସତି ସ୍ଥାନ ଶୂନ୍ୟ ହେଉ; ସେମାନଙ୍କ ତମ୍ବୁରେ କେହି ବାସ ନ କରୁ।
May their palace become desolate: in their tents let no one dwell.
26 କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରହାରିତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ତାଡ଼ନା କରନ୍ତି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଆହତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଦୁଃଖ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରନ୍ତି।
For whom thou hast smitten they persecute; and of the pain of those whom thou but wounded do they converse.
27 ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅପରାଧରେ ଅପରାଧ ଯୋଗ କର ଓ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଧାର୍ମିକତାର ଅଂଶୀ ନ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ।
Lay guilt upon their guilt; and let them not come into thy righteousness.
28 ଜୀବନ-ପୁସ୍ତକରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନାମ ଲୁପ୍ତ ହେଉ ଓ ଧାର୍ମିକମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଲେଖା ନ ଯାଉ।
Let them be blotted out of the book of the living; and with the righteous let them not be written down.
29 ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ଦୁଃଖୀ ଓ ଶୋକାକୁଳ ଅଟେ; ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ମୋତେ ଉଚ୍ଚରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରୁ।
But I am poor and suffering: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.
30 ମୁଁ ଗୀତରେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନାମର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବି ଓ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦେଇ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଗୌରବ କରିବି।
I will praise the name of God with song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
31 ପୁଣି, ତାହା ଗୋରୁ ଅବା ଶୃଙ୍ଗ ଓ ଖୁରାଯୁକ୍ତ ବୃଷ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ତୁଷ୍ଟିକର ହେବ।
And this will please the Lord better than an ox or bullock having horns and cloven hoofs.
32 ନମ୍ର ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହା ଦେଖି ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି; ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣକାରୀଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣ ସଜୀବ ହେଉ।
The meek will see this, and be rejoiced: ye that seek God, and your heart shall revive.
33 କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଦୀନହୀନମାନଙ୍କ କଥା ଶୁଣନ୍ତି ଓ ଆପଣା ବନ୍ଦୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁଚ୍ଛ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
For the Lord listeneth unto the needy, and his prisoners he despiseth not.
34 ଆକାଶ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ, ସମୁଦ୍ର ଓ ତନ୍ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥସକଳ ଜଙ୍ଗମ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତୁ।
Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.
35 କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସିୟୋନକୁ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ କରିବେ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ନଗରସବୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବେ; ପୁଣି, ଲୋକମାନେ ସେଠାରେ ବାସ କରି ତାହା ଅଧିକାର କରିବେ।
For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may abide there, and have it in possession:
36 ଆହୁରି, ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦାସମାନଙ୍କ ବଂଶ ତାହା ଭୋଗ କରିବେ; ଆଉ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ନାମର ସ୍ନେହକାରୀଗଣ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାସ କରିବେ।
And the seed of his servants shall inherit it; and they that love his name shall dwell therein.
