ଗୀତସଂହିତା 63
1 ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ଗୀତ, ସେ ଯିହୁଦା-ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରରେ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ରଚିତ। ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର; ବ୍ୟାକୁଳରେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ କରିବି; ଜଳଶୂନ୍ୟ ଶୁଷ୍କ ଓ ଶ୍ରାନ୍ତିକର ଦେଶରେ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୃଷିତ ହୁଏ ଓ ମୋʼ ଶରୀର ତୁମ୍ଭ ପାଇଁ ଲାଳସା କରେ।
A Psalm. Of David. When he was in the waste land of Judah. O God, you are my God; early will I make my search for you: my soul is dry for need of you, my flesh is wasted with desire for you, as a dry and burning land where no water is;
2 ତେଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରାକ୍ରମ ଓ ଗୌରବ ଦେଖିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ଚାହିଁ ରହିଅଛି।
To see your power and your glory, as I have seen you in the holy place.
3 କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସ୍ନେହପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରୁଣା ଜୀବନ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଉତ୍ତମ; ମୋହର ଓଷ୍ଠାଧର ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବ।
Because your mercy is better than life, my lips will give you praise.
4 ଏହିରୂପେ ମୁଁ ଯାବଜ୍ଜୀବନ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ କରିବି; ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମରେ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତ ଉଠାଇବି;
So will I go on blessing you all my life, lifting up my hands in your name.
5 ଯେପରି ମେଦ ଓ ମଜ୍ଜାରେ, ସେପରି ମୋହର ପ୍ରାଣ ପରିତୃପ୍ତ ହେବ ଓ ମୋʼ ମୁଖ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ଓଷ୍ଠାଧରରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବ।
My soul will be comforted, as with good food; and my mouth will give you praise with songs of joy;
6 ମୁଁ ଶଯ୍ୟା ଉପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବା ବେଳେ ରାତ୍ରିର ପ୍ରହରକୁ ପ୍ରହର ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିଷୟ ଧ୍ୟାନ କରେ।
When the memory of you comes to me on my bed, and when I give thought to you in the night-time.
7 କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ସହାୟ ହୋଇଅଛ, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପକ୍ଷର ଛାୟାରେ ମୁଁ ଉଲ୍ଲାସ କରିବି।
Because you have been my help, I will have joy in the shade of your wings.
8 ମୋହର ପ୍ରାଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପଛେ ପଛେ ଲାଗିଥାଏ; ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହସ୍ତ ମୋତେ ଧରି ରଖେ।
My soul keeps ever near you: your right hand is my support.
9 ମାତ୍ର ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣନାଶର ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ପୃଥିବୀର ଅଧଃସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଯିବେ।
But those whose desire is my soul's destruction will go down to the lower parts of the earth.
10 ସେମାନେ ଖଡ୍ଗର ପରାକ୍ରମରେ ସମର୍ପିତ ହେବେ; ସେମାନେ ଶୃଗାଳର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ହେବେ।
They will be cut off by the sword; they will be food for foxes.
11 ମାତ୍ର ରାଜା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କଠାରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରିବେ; ତାହାଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ଶପଥକାରୀ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଲୋକ ଦର୍ପ କରିବେ; କାରଣ ମିଥ୍ୟାବାଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ମୁଖ ରୁଦ୍ଧ ହେବ।
But the king will have joy in God; everyone who takes an oath by him will have cause for pride; but the false mouth will be stopped.
