ଗୀତସଂହିତା 57
1 ପ୍ରଧାନ ବାଦ୍ୟକର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅଲ୍-ତଶ୍ହେତ୍ ସ୍ୱରରେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ଗୀତ। ମିକ୍ତାମ୍; ଗୁମ୍ଫାରେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରୁ ପଳାଇବା ବେଳେ ରଚିତ। ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୋତେ ଦୟା କର; ମୋତେ ଦୟା କର; କାରଣ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶରଣାଗତ; ଆଉ, ଏହିସବୁ ବିପଦ ବହିଯିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପକ୍ଷର ଛାୟାରେ ଶରଣ ନେବି।
`In Ebreu thus, To the victorie, lese thou not the semeli song, `ether the `swete song of Dauid, `whanne he fledde fro the face of Saul in to the denne. `In Jeroms translacioun thus, For victorie, that thou lese not Dauid, meke and simple, whanne he fledde fro the face of Saul in to the denne. God, haue thou merci on me, haue thou merci on me; for my soule tristith in thee. And Y schal hope in the schadewe of thi wyngis; til wickidnesse passe.
2 ମୁଁ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ, ମୋʼ ପକ୍ଷରେ ସର୍ବସାଧନକର୍ତ୍ତା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଡାକ ପକାଇବି।
I schal crye to God altherhiyeste; to God that dide wel to me.
3 ମୋତେ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛୁକ ଲୋକ ତିରସ୍କାର କରିବା ବେଳେ, ସେ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗରୁ ପଠାଇ ମୋତେ ତ୍ରାଣ କରିବେ; (ସେଲା) ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ଦୟା ଓ ସତ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରେରଣ କରିବେ।
He sente fro heuene, and delyuerede me; he yaf in to schenschip hem that defoulen me. God sente his merci and his treuthe,
4 ମୁଁ ସିଂହମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଛି; ମୁଁ ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱଳିତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ, ଯେଉଁ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ଦନ୍ତ ବର୍ଚ୍ଛା ଓ ତୀର ତୁଲ୍ୟ, ପୁଣି, ଜିହ୍ୱା ତୀକ୍ଷ୍ଣ ଖଡ୍ଗ ତୁଲ୍ୟ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶୟନ କରେ।
and delyuerede my soule fro the myddis of whelpis of liouns; Y slepte disturblid. The sones of men, the teeth of hem ben armuris and arowis; and her tunge is a scharp swerd.
5 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ ଉପରେ ଉନ୍ନତ ହୁଅ; ସମୁଦାୟ ଭୂମଣ୍ଡଳ ଉପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ମହିମା ହେଉ।
God, be thou enhaunsid aboue heuenes; and thi glorie aboue al erthe.
6 ସେମାନେ ମୋʼ ଚରଣ ପାଇଁ ଜାଲ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣ ଅବନତ ହୋଇଅଛି; ସେମାନେ ମୋʼ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଗର୍ତ୍ତ ଖୋଳିଅଛନ୍ତି; ମାତ୍ର ସେମାନେ ନିଜେ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପତିତ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି। (ସେଲା)
Thei maden redi a snare to my feet; and thei greetly boweden my lijf. Thei delueden a diche bifore my face; and thei felden doun in to it.
7 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୋʼ ଚିତ୍ତ ସୁସ୍ଥିର ଅଛି, ମୋʼ ଚିତ୍ତ ସୁସ୍ଥିର ଅଛି; ମୁଁ ଗାନ କରିବି, ହଁ, ମୁଁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କରିବି।
God, myn herte is redi, myn herte is redi; Y schal singe, and Y schal seie salm.
8 ହେ ମୋହର ଗୌରବ, ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହୁଅ; ହେ ନେବଲ ଓ ବୀଣେ, ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହୁଅ; ମୁଁ ନିଜେ ଅତି ପ୍ରଭାତରେ ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହେବି।
Mi glorie, rise thou vp; sautrie and harpe, rise thou vp; Y schal rise vp eerli.
9 ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୁଁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦେବି; ମୁଁ ଦେଶୀୟଗଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କରିବି।
Lord, Y schal knouleche to thee among puplis; and Y schal seie salm among hethene men.
10 କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦୟା ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମହତ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସତ୍ୟତା ଆକାଶ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ।
For thi merci is magnified til to heuenes; and thi treuthe til to cloudis.
11 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ ଉପରେ ଉନ୍ନତ ହୁଅ; ସମୁଦାୟ ଭୂମଣ୍ଡଳ ଉପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ମହିମା ହେଉ।
