ଗୀତସଂହିତା 48
1 ଗୀତ: କୋରହ-ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କର ଗୀତ। ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନଗରରେ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ପର୍ବତରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମହାନ ଓ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପ୍ରଶଂସନୀୟ।
Great is Adonai, and greatly to be praised, in the city of our God, in his holy mountain.
2 ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ସିୟୋନ ପର୍ବତ ଉଚ୍ଚତାରେ ମନୋହର, ସମଗ୍ର ପୃଥିବୀର ଆନନ୍ଦଜନକ, ମହାରାଜଙ୍କର ନଗର।
Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], on the north sides, the city of the great King.
3 ତହିଁର ଅଟ୍ଟାଳିକାସମୂହ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆଶ୍ରୟ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ବୋଲି ଆପଣାର ପରିଚୟ ଦେଇଅଛନ୍ତି।
In its fortresses God has revealed himself as a strong defense.
4 କାରଣ ଦେଖ, ରାଜାଗଣ ସଭାସ୍ଥ ହେଲେ, ସେମାନେ ଏକ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଗମନ କଲେ।
For, behold, the kings assembled themselves, they passed by together.
5 ସେମାନେ ତାହା ଦେଖି ଚମତ୍କୃତ ହେଲେ; ସେମାନେ ଉଦ୍ବିଗ୍ନ ହୋଇ ଶୀଘ୍ର ପଳାଇଲେ;
They saw it, then they were amazed. They were dismayed. They hurried away.
6 ସେଠାରେ ସେମାନେ କମ୍ପରେ ଓ ପ୍ରସବକାରିଣୀ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀର ବେଦନା ତୁଲ୍ୟ ବେଦନାରେ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହେଲେ।
Trembling took hold of them there, pain, as of a woman in travail.
7 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପୂର୍ବୀୟ ବାୟୁ ଦ୍ୱାରା ତର୍ଶୀଶ ନଗରର ଜାହାଜସବୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଥାଅ।
With the east wind, you break the ships of Tarshish.
8 ଯେପରି ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଶୁଣିଅଛୁ, ସେପରି ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନଗରରେ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନଗରରେ ଦେଖିଅଛୁ; ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ତାହା ସୁସ୍ଥିର କରିବେ। (ସେଲା)
As we have sh'ma ·heard obeyed·, so we have seen, in the city of Adonai Tzva'ot [Yahweh Commander of heaven’s armies], in the city of our God. God will establish it forever. (Selah) ·contemplation with musical interlude·.
9 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମନ୍ଦିର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସ୍ନେହପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରୁଣା ବିଷୟ ଧ୍ୟାନ କରିଅଛୁ।
We have thought about your chesed ·loving-kindness·, God, in the middle of your temple.
10 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ନାମ, ସେହିପରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଶଂସା, ପୃଥିବୀର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅଟେ; ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହସ୍ତ ଧର୍ମରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ।
As is your name, God, so is your tehilah ·praise song· to the ends of the earth. Your right hand is full of righteousness.
11 ତୁମ୍ଭର ସକଳ ଶାସନ ସକାଶୁ ସିୟୋନ ପର୍ବତ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହେଉ, ଯିହୁଦାର କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ଉଲ୍ଲାସିତ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ।
Let Mount Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking] be glad! Let the daughters of Judah [Praised] rejoice, Because of your judgments.
12 ସିୟୋନକୁ ପ୍ରଦକ୍ଷିଣ କର ଓ ତାହାର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗରେ ଭ୍ରମଣ କର; ତହିଁର ଦୁର୍ଗସବୁ ଗଣନା କର।
Walk about Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], and go around her. Number its towers.
13 ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ବଂଶକୁ ଜଣାଇ ପାରିବ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତହିଁର ଦୃଢ଼ ପ୍ରାଚୀରମାନ ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ କର, ତହିଁର ଅଟ୍ଟାଳିକାସବୁ ବିବେଚନା କର।
Mark well her bulwarks. Consider her palaces, that you may tell it to the next generation.
14 କାରଣ ଏହି ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଟନ୍ତି; ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ମରଣ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପଥଦର୍ଶକ ହେବେ।
For this God is our God forever and ever. He will be our guide even to death.
