ଗୀତସଂହିତା 147
1 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର। କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କରିବାର ଉତ୍ତମ; ଯେହେତୁ ତାହା ମନୋହର ଓ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଶୋଭନୀୟ।
Praise ye Yah, For it is good, to make melody to our GOD, —For it is delightful, seemly is praise!
2 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ଗଢ଼ନ୍ତି; ସେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଦୂରୀକୃତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରନ୍ତି।
Yahweh, is building Jerusalem, The outcasts of Israel, will he gather together.
3 ସେ ଭଗ୍ନାନ୍ତଃକରଣମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ କ୍ଷତସବୁ ବାନ୍ଧନ୍ତି।
He is healing the broken in heart, —and binding up their hurts.
4 ସେ ତାରାଗଣର ସଂଖ୍ୟା କରନ୍ତି; ସେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନାମ ଦିଅନ୍ତି।
Counting the number of the stars, To all of them—names, he giveth.
5 ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଭୁ ମହାନ ଓ ଅତିଶୟ ଶକ୍ତିମାନ; ତାହାଙ୍କର ବୁଦ୍ଧି ଅସୀମ।
Great is our Lord, and of abounding strength, And, his knowledge, cannot be expressed.
6 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ନମ୍ର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଧରି ରଖନ୍ତି; ସେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୂମିସାତ୍ କରନ୍ତି।
Yahweh, relieveth the humbled! casting the lawless down to the earth.
7 ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ କରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଗାନ କର; ବୀଣା ଯନ୍ତ୍ରରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର;
Respond to Yahweh with thanksgiving, Make melody to our God with the lyre.
8 ସେ ଆକାଶକୁ ମେଘମାଳାରେ ଆଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ କରନ୍ତି, ସେ ପୃଥିବୀ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବୃଷ୍ଟି ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରନ୍ତି, ସେ ପର୍ବତଗଣରେ ତୃଣ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କରନ୍ତି।
Who covereth the heavens with clouds, preparing rain for the earth, who causeth the mountains to sprout grass:
9 ସେ ପଶୁକୁ ତାହାର ଆହାର ଦିଅନ୍ତି ଓ ରାବନ୍ତା ଡାମରା କାଉ ଛୁଆମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆହାର ଦିଅନ୍ତି।
Giving, to the beast, its food, to the young ravens, when they cry.
10 ସେ ଅଶ୍ୱର ବଳରେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ନୁହନ୍ତି; ସେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟର ଚରଣରେ ତୁଷ୍ଟ ନୁହନ୍ତି।
Not in the strength of the horse, doth he delight, Not in the legs of a man, hath he pleasure:
11 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ଭୟକାରୀମାନଙ୍କଠାରେ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦୟାରେ ଭରସାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କଠାରେ ତୁଷ୍ଟ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
Yahweh, hath pleasure, in them who revere him, in them who wait for his lovingkindness.
12 ହେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର; ହେ ସିୟୋନ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର;
Laud thou, O Jerusalem, Yahweh, Praise thy God, O Zion:
13 କାରଣ ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦ୍ୱାରର ଅର୍ଗଳସବୁ ଦୃଢ଼ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ୟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।
For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates, He hath blessed thy children in thy midst:
14 ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସୀମା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶାନ୍ତି ସ୍ଥାପନ କରନ୍ତି; ସେ ସର୍ବୋତ୍ତମ ଗହମରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ତୃପ୍ତ କରନ୍ତି।
Who maketh thy boundaries to be peace, With the marrow of wheat, doth he satisfy thee:
15 ସେ ପୃଥିବୀରେ ଆପଣା ଆଜ୍ଞା ପ୍ରେରଣ କରନ୍ତି; ତାହାଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟ ଅତି ଶୀଘ୍ର ଦୌଡ଼ଇ।
Who sendeth his utterance to the earth, How swiftly, runneth his word!
16 ସେ ମେଷଲୋମ ପରି ତୁଷାର ଦିଅନ୍ତି; ସେ ଭସ୍ମ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ନୀହାର ବିଞ୍ଚି ଦିଅନ୍ତି।
Who giveth snow like wool, Hoar-frost—like ashes, he scattereth:
17 ସେ ଖଣ୍ଡ ଖଣ୍ଡ ଆହାର ପରି ବରଫ ପକାଇ ଦିଅନ୍ତି; ତାହାଙ୍କ ଶୀତ ଆଗରେ କିଏ ଠିଆ ହୋଇପାରେ?
Casting forth his ice like crumbs, Before his cold, who can stand?
18 ସେ ଆପଣା ବାକ୍ୟ ପଠାଇ ସେସବୁ ତରଳାଇ ପକାନ୍ତି; ସେ ଆପଣା ବାୟୁ ବହାଇଲେ ଜଳ ପ୍ରବାହିତ ହୁଏ।
He sendeth forth his word and melteth them, He causeth his wind to blow, the waters, stream along:
19 ସେ ଯାକୁବ ପ୍ରତି ଆପଣା ବାକ୍ୟ, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ପ୍ରତି ଆପଣା ବିଧି ଓ ଶାସନ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରନ୍ତି।
Declaring his word unto Jacob, His statutes and his regulations, unto Israel.
20 ସେ କୌଣସି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ପ୍ରତି ଏପରି ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ନାହାନ୍ତି; ତାହାଙ୍କ ଶାସନ ବିଷୟ କହିବାକୁ ଗଲେ, ସେମାନେ ତାହା ଜାଣି ନାହାନ୍ତି। ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର।
He hath not dealt so with any nation, and, his regulations, he maketh not known to them. Praise ye Yah!
