ଗୀତସଂହିତା 146

1 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର। ହେ ମୋହର ମନ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର।

Hallelujah. Praise, O my soul, the Lord.

2 ମୁଁ ବଞ୍ଚିଥିବା ଯାଏ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବି; ଯେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମୋହର କୌଣସି ସତ୍ତା ଥାଏ, ସେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କରିବି।

I will praise the Lord throughout my life: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

3 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଅଧିପତିମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ, କିଅବା ଯାହାଠାରେ କୌଣସି ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ନାହିଁ, ଏପରି ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର କର ନାହିଁ।

Put not your trust in princes, in the son of man, in whom there is no salvation.

4 ତାହାର ନିଃଶ୍ୱାସ ବାହାରି ଯାଏ, ସେ ନିଜ ମୃତ୍ତିକାକୁ ଫେରିଯାଏ; ସେହି ଦିନ ତାହାର ସଂକଳ୍ପସବୁ ନଷ୍ଟ ହୁଏ।

When his spirit goeth forth, he returneth to his [native] earth: on that very day perish his thoughts.

5 ଯାକୁବର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଯାହାର ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ସ୍ୱରୂପ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଯାହାର ଆଶାଭୂମି, ସେ ଲୋକ ଧନ୍ୟ;

[But] happy is he who hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is on the Lord his God;

6 ସେ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ, ସମୁଦ୍ର ଓ ତନ୍ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥସକଳ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ; ସେ ସଦାକାଳ ସତ୍ୟ ପାଳନ କରନ୍ତି;

Who hath made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that is therein; who keepeth truth for ever;

7 ସେ ଉପଦ୍ରବଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ପକ୍ଷରେ ନ୍ୟାୟବିଚାର କରନ୍ତି; ସେ କ୍ଷୁଧିତକୁ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଦିଅନ୍ତି; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବନ୍ଦୀଗଣକୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରନ୍ତି।

Who executeth justice for the oppressed: who giveth bread to the hungry: the Lord looseneth the prisoners;

8 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅନ୍ଧମାନଙ୍କର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ପ୍ରସନ୍ନ କରନ୍ତି; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ନଇଁ ପଡ଼ିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଠାନ୍ତି; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଧାର୍ମିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରେମ କରନ୍ତି।

The Lord causeth the blind to see; the Lord raiseth up those who are bowed down; the Lord loveth the righteous:

9 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବିଦେଶୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି; ସେ ପିତୃହୀନ ଓ ବିଧବାକୁ ଧରି ରଖନ୍ତି; ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କର ଗତି ସେ ଓଲଟାଇ ପକାନ୍ତି।

The Lord guardeth the strangers; the fatherless and widow he helpeth up; but the way of the wicked he maketh crooked.

10 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ରାଜ୍ୟ କରିବେ, ହେ ସିୟୋନ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସକଳ ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ କରିବେ। ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର।

The Lord will reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Hallelujah.
