ଗୀତସଂହିତା 142

1 ଗୁମ୍ଫାରେ ଥିଲା ବେଳେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ମସ୍କୀଲ୍‍; ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା। ମୁଁ ନିଜ ରବରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କାକୂକ୍ତି କରେ; ମୁଁ ନିଜ ରବରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ନିବେଦନ କରେ;

A Maskil of David, when he was in the cave. A prayer. I cry aloud to the LORD; I lift my voice to the LORD for mercy.

2 ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଛାମୁରେ ନିଜ ଦୁଃଖର କଥା ଭାଙ୍ଗି କହେ; ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଆଗରେ ଆପଣା ଦୁଃଖ ଜଣାଏ।

I pour out my complaint before Him; I reveal my trouble to Him.

3 ମୋହର ଆତ୍ମା ମୋʼ ଅନ୍ତରରେ ଉଦ୍‍ବିଗ୍ନ ହେବା ବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ମାର୍ଗ ଜାଣିଲ। ମୋʼ ଗମନ ପଥରେ ସେମାନେ ମୋʼ ପାଇଁ ଗୋପନରେ ଫାନ୍ଦ ପାତିଅଛନ୍ତି।

Although my spirit grows faint within me, You know my way. Along the path I travel they have hidden a snare for me.

4 ମୋʼ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରି ଦେଖ; ମୋତେ ଜାଣିବା ଲୋକ କେହି ନାହିଁ; ମୋହର ଆଶ୍ରୟ ବିନଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଅଛି; ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣ ପାଇଁ କେହି ଚିନ୍ତା କରେ ନାହିଁ।

Look to my right and see; no one attends to me. There is no refuge for me; no one cares for my soul.

5 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ କାକୂକ୍ତି କରେ; ମୁଁ କହିଲି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ଆଶ୍ରୟ, ଜୀବିତ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ବାଣ୍ଟ।

I cry to You, O LORD: “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”

6 ମୋʼ କାକୂକ୍ତିରେ ମନୋଯୋଗ କର; କାରଣ ମୁଁ ଅତି ଅଧୋନତ ହୋଇଅଛି; ମୋʼ ତାଡ଼ନାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ମୋତେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର; କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ମୋʼ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ବଳବାନ।

Listen to my cry, for I am brought quite low. Rescue me from my pursuers, for they are too strong for me.

7 କାରାଗାରରୁ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର, ତହିଁରେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମକୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦେବି; ଧାର୍ମିକମାନେ ମୋତେ ବେଷ୍ଟନ କରିବେ; କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ପ୍ରଚୁର ମଙ୍ଗଳ କରିବ।

Free my soul from prison, that I may praise Your name. The righteous will gather around me because of Your goodness to me.
