ଗୀତସଂହିତା 141
1 ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ଗୀତ। ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରୁଅଛି; ମୋʼ ପକ୍ଷରେ ସତ୍ୱର ହୁଅ; ମୁଁ ଡାକିବା ବେଳେ ମୋʼ ରବରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦିଅ।
A Psalm of David. LORD, I have called upon thee; make haste unto me: give ear unto my voice, when I call unto thee.
2 ସୁଗନ୍ଧି ଧୂପ ପରି ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା, ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାକାଳୀନ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ପରି ମୋହର ହସ୍ତ ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଛାମୁରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଉ।
Let my prayer be set forth as incense before thee; the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
3 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୋʼ ମୁଖ ଆଗରେ ପ୍ରହରୀ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କର; ମୋʼ ଓଷ୍ଠାଧରର କବାଟ ରକ୍ଷା କର।
Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my tips.
4 ଅଧର୍ମାଚାରୀ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ କ୍ରିୟାରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ହେବା ପାଇଁ କୌଣସି ମନ୍ଦ ବିଷୟରେ ମୋʼ ଚିତ୍ତକୁ ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତାଅ ନାହିଁ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସୁସ୍ୱାଦୁ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଭୋଜନ କରିବାକୁ ମୋତେ ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ।
Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to be occupied in deeds of wickedness with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.
5 ଧାର୍ମିକ ଲୋକ ମୋତେ ପ୍ରହାର କରୁ, ତାହା ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା ହେବ ଓ ସେ ମୋତେ ଅନୁଯୋଗ କରୁ, ତାହା ମସ୍ତକରେ ତୈଳ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେବ; ମୋʼ ମସ୍ତକ ତାହା ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ ନ କରୁ; ସେମାନଙ୍କର ନାନା ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ସମୟରେ ମୋହର ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା ଚଳୁଥିବ।
Let the righteous smite me, [it shall be] a kindness; and let him reprove me, [it shall be as] oil upon the head; let not my head refuse it: for even in their wickedness shall my prayer continue.
6 ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବିଚାରକର୍ତ୍ତାମାନେ ଶୈଳ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ନିକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି; ମୋହର ବାକ୍ୟ ମଧୁର, ଏଣୁ ସେମାନେ ତାହା ଶୁଣିବେ।
Their judges are thrown down by the sides of the rock; and they shall hear my words; for they are sweet.
7 କେହି ଭୂମି ଚାଷ ଓ ବିଦୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା ବେଳେ ଯେପରି, ସେପରି କବର ମୁଖରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଅସ୍ଥିସବୁ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହୋଇଅଛି। (Sheol h7585)
As when one ploweth and cleaveth the earth, our bones are scattered at the grave’s mouth. (Sheol h7585)
8 କାରଣ ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୋʼ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ତୁମ୍ଭଆଡ଼େ ଅଛି; ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରେ ଭରସା ରଖିଅଛି; ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣକୁ ଅନାଥ କରି ତ୍ୟାଗ କର ନାହିଁ।
For mine eyes are unto thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee do I put my trust; leave not my soul destitute.
9 ମୋʼ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପାତିତ ଫାନ୍ଦରୁ ଓ ଅଧର୍ମାଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଯନ୍ତାରୁ ମୋତେ ରକ୍ଷା କର।
Keep me from the snare which they have laid for me, and from the gins of the workers of iniquity.
10 ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନେ ନିଜ ନିଜ ଜାଲରେ ପଡ଼ନ୍ତୁ, ସେହି ଅବସରରେ ମୁଁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଏ।
Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst that I withal escape.
