ଗୀତସଂହିତା 139
1 ପ୍ରଧାନ ବାଦ୍ୟକର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ଗୀତ। ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରିଅଛ ଓ ମୋହର ପରିଚୟ ନେଇଅଛ।
For the music director. A psalm of David. Lord, you have examined me from the inside out—you know everything about me!
2 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ବସିବାର ଓ ଉଠିବାର ଜାଣୁଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦୂରରୁ ମୋହର ସଂକଳ୍ପ ବୁଝୁଅଛ।
You know when I sit down and when I get up. You know what I'm thinking even when I'm a long way away.
3 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ଗମନ ଓ ଶୟନ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରୁଅଛ, ଆଉ ମୋହର ସକଳ ଗତି ଜାଣୁଅଛ।
You observe where I go and when I rest. You're familiar with everything I do.
4 କାରଣ ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ଦେଖ, ଯାହା ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଗୋଚର ନୁହେଁ, ଏପରି ଗୋଟିଏ କଥା ମୋʼ ଜିହ୍ୱାରେ ନାହିଁ।
Lord, you even know what I'm going to say before I say it.
5 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ପଛରେ ଓ ଆଗରେ ଘେରିଅଛ ଓ ମୋʼ ଉପରେ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତ ରଖିଅଛ।
You're always there—behind me, in front of me, and all around me. You place your caring hand on me.
6 ଏହି ପ୍ରକାର ଜ୍ଞାନ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ଅତି ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ; ତାହା ଉଚ୍ଚ, ମୋʼ ବୋଧର ଅଗମ୍ୟ।
This amazing knowledge you have is far beyond me, way beyond my understanding!
7 ତୁମ୍ଭ ଆତ୍ମାଠାରୁ ମୁଁ କେଉଁଠାକୁ ଯିବି? ଅବା ତୁମ୍ଭ ସାକ୍ଷାତରୁ ମୁଁ କେଉଁଠାକୁ ପଳାଇବି?
Where can I go that you're not already there? Where can I run to escape your presence?
8 ଯଦି ମୁଁ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗକୁ ଆରୋହଣ କରେ, ତେବେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେଠାରେ। ଯଦି ମୁଁ ପାତାଳରେ ବିଛଣା କରେ, ତେବେ ଦେଖ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେଠାରେ (Sheol h7585)
If I go up to heaven, you are there. If I lie down in Sheol, look—you are there too! (Sheol h7585)
9 ଯଦି ମୁଁ ଅରୁଣର ପକ୍ଷ ଧରେ ଓ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତସୀମାରେ ବାସ କରେ;
If I were to fly away on wings of the dawn to the east; if I were to live on the far western shore of the sea,
10 ସେଠାରେ ହେଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ହସ୍ତ ମୋତେ ଚଳାଇବ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହସ୍ତ ମୋତେ ଧରିବ।
even there your hand would lead me, your right hand would support me.
11 ଯଦି ମୁଁ କହେ, ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ମୋତେ ମଗ୍ନ କରିବ ଓ ମୋʼ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ଆଲୁଅ ରାତ୍ରି ହେବ,
If I asked the darkness to hide me, and light to become night around me,
12 ତେବେ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ହିଁ ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରୁ ଲୁଚାଏ ନାହିଁ, ବରଞ୍ଚ ରାତ୍ରି ଦିବସ ପରି ଦୀପ୍ତିମାନ ହୁଏ; ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ଅନ୍ଧାର ଓ ଆଲୁଅ ଦୁଇ ସମାନ।
Even darkness would not be dark for you, and the night would be bright as day, for darkness is like light to you.
13 କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ମର୍ମର କର୍ତ୍ତା; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ମାତୃଗର୍ଭରେ ଆଚ୍ଛାଦନ କରିଅଛ।
You made me from the inside out, shaping me in my mother's womb.
14 ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦେବି; କାରଣ ମୁଁ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଓ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ ରୂପେ ନିର୍ମିତ; ତୁମ୍ଭର କର୍ମସକଳ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ; ଏହା ମୁଁ ଭଲ ରୂପେ ଜାଣେ।
I praise you for making me in such an awesome and wonderful way. What you do is incredible—I realize this completely!
15 ମୁଁ ଗୋପନରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀର ଅଧଃସ୍ଥାନରେ ଶିଳ୍ପିତ ହେବା ସମୟରେ ମୋହର ଅସ୍ଥିପଞ୍ଜର ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରୁ ଗୁପ୍ତ ନ ଥିଲା।
My growing body was not hidden from you as I was formed in secret, as I was intricately put together “in the depths of the earth.”
16 ତୁମ୍ଭ ଚକ୍ଷୁ ମୋହର ସେହି ଅସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପିଣ୍ଡ ଦେଖିଲା ଓ ମୋହର ଯେଉଁସବୁ ଅଙ୍ଗପ୍ରତ୍ୟଙ୍ଗ ଦିନକୁ ଦିନ ଗଠିତ ହେଲା, ତନ୍ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ହେଲେ ନ ହେଉଣୁ ତାହାସବୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପୁସ୍ତକରେ ଲିଖିତ ଥିଲା।
You saw me as an embryo, and in your book all my days were written down—the days that were made for me before any of them existed.
17 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ଆହୁରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ସଂକଳ୍ପସକଳ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି କିପରି ବହୁମୂଲ୍ୟ! ତହିଁର ସଂଖ୍ୟା କିପରି ଅଧିକ!
God, your thoughts are so valuable to me! Taken together, they can't be counted!
18 ମୁଁ ସେସବୁ ଗଣନା କରିବାକୁ ଗଲେ, ତାହା ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ବାଲୁକା ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକ; ଯେତେବେଳେ ମୁଁ ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହୁଏ, ସେତେବେଳେ ହେଁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ ଥାଏ।
If I tried to count them, they would be more than every grain of sand. Yet when I awake I am still with you.
19 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କୁ ବଧ କରିବ; ଏହେତୁ ହେ ହତ୍ୟାକାରୀ ଲୋକମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମୋʼ ନିକଟରୁ ଦୂର ହୁଅ।
God, if you would only kill the wicked! Murderers, get away from me!
20 କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ କଥା କହନ୍ତି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ବ୍ୟର୍ଥରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମ ଧରନ୍ତି।
When they speak of you they're being deceptively evil. Since they are your enemies, they call on you in vain.
21 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଘୃଣାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୁଁ କʼଣ ଘୃଣା କରୁ ନାହିଁ? ଓ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଉଠନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ମୁଁ କʼଣ ବିରକ୍ତ ହେଉ ନାହିଁ?
Lord, don't I hate those who hate you? I despise those who rebel against you!
22 ମୁଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଘୃଣାରେ ଘୃଣା କରେ; ମୁଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣାର ଶତ୍ରୁ ବୋଲି ଜ୍ଞାନ କରେ।
I hate them with absolute hatred—they have become my enemies!
23 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୋହର ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କର ଓ ମୋʼ ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣର ପରିଚୟ ନିଅ; ମୋତେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କର ଓ ମୋହର ସଂକଳ୍ପସବୁ ଜ୍ଞାତ ହୁଅ;
Examine me carefully, God, so you can be sure of my true feelings. Check me out so you can know what I really think.
24 ଆଉ, ମୋʼ ଅନ୍ତରରେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତାର କୌଣସି ଆଚରଣ ଅଛି କି ନାହିଁ, ଏହା ଦେଖ, ପୁଣି, ଅନନ୍ତ ପଥରେ ମୋତେ ଗମନ କରାଅ।
Please show me if I'm following any kind of idol, and lead me along the path of eternal life.
