ଗୀତସଂହିତା 126

1 ଆରୋହଣ ଗୀତ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସିୟୋନର ଦାସତ୍ୱାବସ୍ଥା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବା ବେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସ୍ୱପ୍ନଦର୍ଶକମାନଙ୍କ ପରି ଥିଲୁ।

A Song of the Ascents. In Jehovah's turning back [to] the captivity of Zion, We have been as dreamers.

2 ସେତେବେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମୁଖ ହାସ୍ୟରେ ଓ ଜିହ୍ୱା ଗାୟନରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେଲା; ସେତେବେଳେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀବର୍ଗ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଲୋକମାନେ କହିଲେ, “ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ମହତ କର୍ମ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।”

Then filled [with] laughter is our mouth, And our tongue [with] singing, Then do they say among nations, 'Jehovah did great things with these.'

3 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ମହତ କର୍ମ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; ତହିଁ ସକାଶୁ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ଅଛୁ।

Jehovah did great things with us, We have been joyful.

4 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗର ସ୍ରୋତ ପରି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଦାସତ୍ୱାବସ୍ଥା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କର।

Turn again, O Jehovah, [to] our captivity, As streams in the south.

5 ଯେଉଁମାନେ କାନ୍ଦି କାନ୍ଦି ବିହନ ବୁଣନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରୁ କରୁ ଶସ୍ୟ କାଟିବେ।

Those sowing in tears, with singing do reap,

6 ଯଦ୍ୟପି ସେ ବିହନ ବହି କାନ୍ଦି କାନ୍ଦି ଆପଣା ପଥରେ ଯାଏ, ତଥାପି ସେ ବିଡ଼ା ଘେନି ଆନନ୍ଦ କରୁ କରୁ ନେଉଟି ଆସିବ।

Whoso goeth on and weepeth, Bearing the basket of seed, Surely cometh in with singing, bearing his sheaves!
