ଗୀତସଂହିତା 116
1 ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରେମ କରେ, କାରଣ ସେ ମୋʼ ରବ ଓ ବିନତି ଶୁଣିଅଛନ୍ତି।
I love Jehovah, because he heareth My voice and my supplications.
2 ସେ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି କର୍ଣ୍ଣପାତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ବଞ୍ଚିଥିବା ଯାଏ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବି।
Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, Therefore will I call [upon him] as long as I live.
The cords of death compassed me, And the pains of Sheol gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow. (Sheol h7585)
4 ସେତେବେଳେ ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କଲି; “ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୁଁ ବିନୟ କରୁଅଛି, ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର।”
Then called I upon the name of Jehovah: O Jehovah, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.
5 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କୃପାବାନ ଓ ଧର୍ମମୟ; ହଁ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସ୍ନେହଶୀଳ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
Gracious is Jehovah, and righteous; Yea, our God is merciful.
6 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସରଳ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି; ମୁଁ ଦୀନହୀନ ହେଲେ ହେଁ ସେ ମୋର ପରିତ୍ରାଣ କଲେ।
Jehovah preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he saved me.
7 ହେ ମୋହର ପ୍ରାଣ, ଆପଣା ବିଶ୍ରାମ-ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ନେଉଟି ଯାଅ; କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଚୁର ମଙ୍ଗଳ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।
Return unto thy rest, O my soul; For Jehovah hath dealt bountifully with thee.
8 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁରୁ ମୋହର ପ୍ରାଣ ଓ ଲୋତକରୁ ମୋହର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଓ ଝୁଣ୍ଟିପଡ଼ିବାରୁ ମୋହର ଚରଣ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିଅଛ।
For thou hast delivered my soul from death, Mine eyes from tears, [And] my feet from falling.
9 ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ଜୀବିତମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ ଗମନାଗମନ କରିବି।
I will walk before Jehovah In the land of the living.
10 ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରୁଅଛି, ଏଣୁ ମୁଁ କହିବି; “ମୁଁ ନିତାନ୍ତ ଦୁଃଖଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଥିଲି,”
I believe, for I will speak: I was greatly afflicted:
11 ମୁଁ ଚଞ୍ଚଳ ଭାବରେ କହିଲି, “ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ମାତ୍ରେ ହିଁ ମିଥ୍ୟା।”
I said in my haste, All men are liars.
12 ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ସବୁ ମଙ୍ଗଳଦାନ ପାଲଟେ ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କି ପ୍ରତିଦାନ କରିବି?
What shall I render unto Jehovah For all his benefits toward me?
13 ମୁଁ ପରିତ୍ରାଣର ପାତ୍ର ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବି ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବି।
I will take the cup of salvation, And call upon the name of Jehovah.
14 ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ଆପଣା ମାନତ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବି।
I will pay my vows unto Jehovah, Yea, in the presence of all his people.
15 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସଦ୍ଭକ୍ତମାନଙ୍କ ମରଣ ବହୁମୂଲ୍ୟ ଅଟେ।
Precious in the sight of Jehovah Is the death of his saints.
16 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୁଁ ନିତାନ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦାସ; ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦାସ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦାସୀର ପୁତ୍ର; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ବନ୍ଧନସବୁ ମୁକୁଳାଇଅଛ।
O Jehovah, truly I am thy servant: I am thy servant, the son of thy handmaid; Thou hast loosed my bonds.
17 ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବି, ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବି।
I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, And will call upon the name of Jehovah.
18 ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଗୃହର ପ୍ରାଙ୍ଗଣରେ,
I will pay my vows unto Jehovah, Yea, in the presence of all his people,
19 ହେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ୟରେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଆପଣା ମାନତ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବି। ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର।
In the courts of Jehovah’s house, In the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye Jehovah.
