ଗୀତସଂହିତା 108
1 ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ଗାନାର୍ଥକ ଗୀତ। ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୋହର ଚିତ୍ତ ସୁସ୍ଥିର ଅଛି; ମୁଁ ଗାନ କରିବି, ହଁ, ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଗୌରବ ସହିତ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କରିବି।
A Song [or] Psalm of David. O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.
2 ହେ ନେବଲ ଓ ବୀଣେ, ଜାଗ; ମୁଁ ନିଜେ ଅତି ପ୍ରଭାତରେ ଜାଗିବି।
Awake, psaltery and harp: I [myself] will awake early.
3 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୁଁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀବର୍ଗ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦେବି ଓ ମୁଁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କରିବି।
I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.
4 ଯେହେତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦୟା ଆକାଶ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ମହତ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସତ୍ୟତା ଗଗନସ୍ପର୍ଶୀ;
For thy mercy [is] great above the heavens: and thy truth [reacheth] unto the clouds.
5 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ଉପରେ ଉନ୍ନତ ହୁଅ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଗୌରବ ସମୁଦାୟ ପୃଥିବୀରେ ଉନ୍ନତ ହେଉ।
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;
6 ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରିୟତମ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପାଇବ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହସ୍ତରେ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ କରି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ।
That thy beloved may be delivered: save [with] thy right hand, and answer me.
7 ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ପବିତ୍ରତାରେ କହିଅଛନ୍ତି; “ଆମ୍ଭେ ଉଲ୍ଲାସ କରିବା; ମୁଁ ଶିଖିମକୁ ବିଭାଗ କରିବି ଓ ସୁକ୍କୋତ ଉପତ୍ୟକା ମାପିବି।
God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.
8 ଗିଲୀୟଦ ମୋହର; ମନଃଶି ମୋହର; ଇଫ୍ରୟିମ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋʼ ମସ୍ତକର ଆଶ୍ରୟ; ଯିହୁଦା ମୋହର ରାଜଦଣ୍ଡ।
Gilead [is] mine; Manasseh [is] mine; Ephraim also [is] the strength of mine head; Judah [is] my lawgiver;
9 ମୋୟାବ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରକ୍ଷାଳନ-ପାତ୍ର; ଇଦୋମ ଉପରେ ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ପାଦୁକା ପକାଇବି। ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟ ଉପରେ ଜୟଧ୍ୱନି କରିବି।”
Moab [is] my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph.
10 କିଏ ମୋତେ ଦୃଢ଼ ନଗରକୁ ଆଣିବ? କିଏ ମୋତେ ଇଦୋମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କଢ଼ାଇ ଆଣିଅଛି?
Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?
11 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୂର କରି ନାହଁ? ପୁଣି, ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସୈନ୍ୟ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଗମନ କରୁ ନାହଁ।
[Wilt] not [thou], O God, [who] hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?
12 ବିପକ୍ଷର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ଦାନ କର; କାରଣ ମନୁଷ୍ୟର ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ବୃଥା।
Give us help from trouble: for vain [is] the help of man.
13 ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବୀରର କର୍ମ କରିବା; ଯେହେତୁ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିପକ୍ଷଗଣକୁ ଦଳି ପକାଇବେ।
Through God we shall do valiantly: for he [it is that] shall tread down our enemies.
