ଗୀତସଂହିତା 105
1 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ କର, ତାହାଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କର, ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀବର୍ଗ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତାହାଙ୍କ କ୍ରିୟାସକଳ ଜଣାଅ।
O give thanks unto the Lord; call on his name: make known among the people his deeds.
2 ତାହାଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଗାନ କର, ତାହାଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ସକଳ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରିୟା ବିଷୟରେ କଥୋପକଥନ କର।
Sing unto, him, sing praises unto him: speak of all his wonderful works.
3 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ନାମରେ ଦର୍ପ କର; ଯେଉଁମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଚିତ୍ତ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହେଉ।
Glorify yourselves in his holy name: let the heart of those rejoice that seek the Lord.
4 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପରାକ୍ରମର ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ କର; ସଦାସର୍ବଦା ତାହାଙ୍କ ମୁଖ ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ କର।
Inquire after the Lord and his strength: seek his presence evermore.
5 ହେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦାସ ଅବ୍ରହାମର ବଂଶ, ହେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ମନୋନୀତ ଲୋକେ, ଯାକୁବର ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ,
Remember his wonderful works which he hath done; his tokens, and the decrees of his mouth;
6 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ କୃତ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକର୍ମ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ଅଦ୍ଭୁତ ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମୁଖନିର୍ଗତ ଶାସନସକଳ ସ୍ମରଣ କର।
O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob, his elect.
7 ସେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଟନ୍ତି; ତାହାଙ୍କର ଶାସନ ସମୁଦାୟ ପୃଥିବୀରେ ପ୍ରଚଳିତ।
He is the Lord our God: over all the earth are his decrees.
8 ସେ ଆପଣା ନିୟମ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଯେଉଁ ବାକ୍ୟ ସେ ସହସ୍ର ପୁରୁଷ-ପରମ୍ପରା ପ୍ରତି ଆଦେଶ କରିଥିଲେ,
He remembereth his covenant for ever, the word which he hath commanded, to the thousandth generation.
9 ଯେଉଁ ନିୟମ ସେ ଅବ୍ରହାମ ସଙ୍ଗେ କରିଥିଲେ ଓ ଆପଣାର ଯେଉଁ ଶପଥ ସେ ଇସ୍ହାକ ନିକଟରେ କରିଥିଲେ, ତାହା ସେ ସଦାକାଳ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।
Which he covenanted with Abraham; and his oath unto Isaac;
10 ପୁଣି, ସେ ଯାକୁବ ପ୍ରତି ତାହା ବିଧି ରୂପେ ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ପ୍ରତି ଅନନ୍ତକାଳୀନ ନିୟମ ରୂପେ ଦୃଢ଼ କରି କହିଲେ,
And which he established unto Jacob as a statute, unto Israel as an everlasting covenant:
11 “ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୀତ ଅଧିକାର ରୂପେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କିଣାନ ଦେଶ ଦେବା।”
Saying, “Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, as the portion of your inheritance.”
12 ସେହି ସମୟରେ ସେମାନେ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ଅଳ୍ପ ଲୋକ ଓ ଅତି ଅଳ୍ପ, ପୁଣି ସେହି ଦେଶରେ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଥିଲେ।
When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it;
13 ଆଉ, ସେମାନେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀରୁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ନିକଟରେ, ଏକ ରାଜ୍ୟରୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ବଂଶ ନିକଟରେ ଭ୍ରମଣ କଲେ।
And when they wandered from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people:
14 ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଉପଦ୍ରବ କରିବାକୁ କୌଣସି ମନୁଷ୍ୟକୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଲେ ନାହିଁ; ଆହୁରି, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସକାଶେ ରାଜାଗଣକୁ ଅନୁଯୋଗ କରି କହିଲେ;
He suffered no man to oppress them; yea, he reproved kings for their sake;
15 “ଆମ୍ଭ ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କର ନାହିଁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ବକ୍ତାଗଣର କୌଣସି କ୍ଷତି କର ନାହିଁ।”
[Saying, ] “Touch not my anointed, and do my prophets no harm,”—
16 ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେ ଦେଶରେ ଦୁର୍ଭିକ୍ଷ ଆଜ୍ଞା କଲେ; ସେ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟରୂପ ସମଗ୍ର ଯଷ୍ଟି ଭଗ୍ନ କଲେ।
And he called for a famine over the land; every staff of bread he broke.
17 ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଆଗରେ ଏକ ମନୁଷ୍ୟକୁ ପଠାଇଲେ; ଯୋଷେଫ ଦାସ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ବିକ୍ରୀତ ହେଲା;
He sent a man before them; for a servant was Joseph sold;
18 ସେମାନେ ବେଡ଼ିରେ ତାହାର ଚରଣକୁ ଦୁଃଖ ଦେଲେ; ସେ ଲୌହ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳରେ ରଖାଗଲା;
They forced into fetters his feet; in iron was his body put:
19 ଶେଷରେ ତାହାର ବଚନ ସଫଳ ହେଲା; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟ ତାହାକୁ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କଲା।
Until the time that his word came to pass, [when] the saying of the Lord had purified him.
20 ତହୁଁ ରାଜା ଲୋକ ପଠାଇ ତାହାକୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କଲା; ନରପତି ତାହାକୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରି ଛାଡ଼ିଦେଲା।
The king sent and unfettered him; the ruler of people, and let him go free.
21 ସେ ଆପଣାର ଅଧିପତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ଇଚ୍ଛାନୁସାରେ ବନ୍ଧନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ଆପଣାର ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେବା ପାଇଁ;
He appointed him lord of his house, and ruler of all his possession:
22 ତାହାକୁ ଆପଣା ଗୃହର ପ୍ରଭୁ ଓ ଆପଣା ସକଳ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିର କର୍ତ୍ତା କଲା।
That he might bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his ancients wisdom.
23 ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ମଧ୍ୟ ମିସର ଦେଶକୁ ଆସିଲା ଓ ଯାକୁବ ହାମ୍ ଦେଶରେ ପ୍ରବାସ କଲା।
Then came Israel into Egypt, and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.
24 ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅତିଶୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କଲେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବିପକ୍ଷଗଣ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବଳବାନ କଲେ।
And he increased his people greatly, and made them stronger than their adversaries.
25 ସେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘୃଣା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ଆପଣା ଦାସମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଧୂର୍ତ୍ତ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମନପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କଲେ।
He turned their heart to hate his people, to deal subtilely with his servants.
26 ସେ ଆପଣା ସେବକ ମୋଶାଙ୍କୁ ଓ ଆପଣା ମନୋନୀତ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କୁ ପଠାଇଲେ।
He sent Moses his servant, Aaron also whom he had made choice of.
27 ସେମାନେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ବିବିଧ ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଓ ହାମ୍ ଦେଶରେ ନାନା ଅଦ୍ଭୁତ କର୍ମ ପ୍ରକାଶ କଲେ।
They displayed among them his effective signs, and wonders in the land of Ham.
28 ସେ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ପଠାଇ ଦେଶକୁ ଅନ୍ଧକାରମୟ କଲେ; ଆଉ, ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧାଚରଣ କଲେ।
He sent darkness, and made it dark; and they rebelled not against his word.
29 ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଜଳସବୁ ରକ୍ତ କଲେ ଓ ମାଛସବୁ ମାରି ପକାଇଲେ।
He changed their waters into blood, and slew their fish.
30 ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ରାଜାଗଣର ଅନ୍ତଃପୁର ବେଙ୍ଗରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେଲା।
Their land brought forth frogs in abundance, in the very chambers of their kings.
31 ସେ ଆଜ୍ଞା କରନ୍ତେ, ଦଂଶକର ଝିଙ୍କ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସକଳ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଉକୁଣିଆ ପୋକ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲେ।
He spoke, and there came various wild beasts, lice also within all their boundary.
32 ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବୃଷ୍ଟି ବଦଳେ ଶିଳା ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ ଶିଖାଯୁକ୍ତ ଅଗ୍ନି ଦେଲେ।
He gave them as their rain hail, and flames of fire in their land.
33 ମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାଲତା ଓ ଡିମ୍ବିରି ବୃକ୍ଷସବୁ ଆଘାତ କଲେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସୀମାସ୍ଥିତ ବୃକ୍ଷସବୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପକାଇଲେ।
And he smote their vines and their fig-trees, and broke the trees within their boundary.
34 ସେ ଆଜ୍ଞା କରନ୍ତେ, ଅସଂଖ୍ୟ ପଙ୍ଗପାଳ ଓ ପତଙ୍ଗ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲେ;
He spoke, and the locusts came, and crickets, and that without number;
35 ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶର ସବୁ ତୃଣ ଖାଇ ପକାଇଲେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଭୂମିର ଫଳସବୁ ଗ୍ରାସ କଲେ।
And they ate up all the herbs in their land, and ate up the fruit of their ground.
36 ଆହୁରି, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରଥମଜାତ, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ଶକ୍ତିର ପ୍ରଥମ ଫଳ ଆଘାତ କଲେ।
And he smote all the first-born in their land, the first of all their strength.
37 ଆଉ, ସେ ରୂପା ଓ ସୁନା ସହିତ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଲେ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଜଣେ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ଲୋକ ନ ଥିଲା।
And he brought them forth with silver and gold: and there was not one that stumbled among his tribes.
38 ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରସ୍ଥାନ କରନ୍ତେ, ମିସର ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହେଲା; କାରଣ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବିଷୟକ ଭୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ପଡ଼ିଥିଲା।
Egypt rejoiced when they departed; for the dread of them was fallen upon them.
39 ସେ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରାତପ ନିମନ୍ତେ ମେଘ ବିସ୍ତାର କଲେ ଓ ରାତ୍ରିରେ ଆଲୁଅ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ଅଗ୍ନି ଦେଲେ।
He spread out a cloud for a covering, and fire to give light in the night.
40 ସେମାନେ ମାଗନ୍ତେ, ସେ ଭାଟୋଇ ପକ୍ଷୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଣିଲେ ଓ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗୀୟ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରିତୃପ୍ତ କଲେ।
The people asked, and he brought quails, and with heavenly bread he satisfied them.
41 ସେ ଶୈଳକୁ ଆଘାତ କରନ୍ତେ, ଜଳ ନିର୍ଗତ ହେଲା; ତାହା ଶୁଷ୍କ ଭୂମିରେ ନଦୀ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରବାହିତ ହେଲା।
He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out: they ran in the dry places like a river.
42 କାରଣ ସେ ଆପଣା ପବିତ୍ର ବାକ୍ୟ ଓ ଆପଣା ଦାସ ଅବ୍ରହାମଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କଲେ।
For he remembered his holy word given to Abraham his servant.
43 ପୁଣି, ସେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆନନ୍ଦ ସହିତ ଓ ଆପଣା ମନୋନୀତମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗାୟନ ସହିତ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଲେ।
And he brought forth his people with gladness, with joyful song his elect.
44 ଯେପରି ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ବିଧିସବୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବେ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାସବୁ ପାଳନ କରିବେ,
And he gave them the lands of nations; and the labor of people they obtained as an inheritance:
45 ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟବର୍ଗର ଦେଶସବୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଲେ ଓ ସେମାନେ ଜନବୃନ୍ଦର ପରିଶ୍ରମର ଫଳାଧିକାରୀ ହେଲେ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର।
So that they might observe his statutes, and keep his laws. Hallelujah.
