ଫିଲିପ୍ପୀୟ 2
1 ଅତଏବ, ଯଦି ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କ ସହଭାଗିତାରେ କୌଣସି ଉତ୍ସାହ, କୌଣସି ପ୍ରେମପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା, ଆତ୍ମାଙ୍କ କୌଣସି ସହଭାଗିତା, ପୁଣି, କୌଣସି ପ୍ରେମପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରୁଣା ଓ ଦୟା ଥାଏ,
If then there is any comfort in Christ, if there is any persuasive power in love, if there is any companionship of the Spirit, if there is any tenderness or pity,
2 ତାହାହେଲେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏକମନା, ଏକ ପ୍ରେମରେ ପ୍ରେମୀ, ଏକଚିତ୍ତ ଓ ଏକଭାବାପନ୍ନ ହୋଇ ମୋହର ଆନନ୍ଦ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କର,
I entreat you to make my joy overflow by living in harmony; possessing the same love, and with one soul united in one purpose.
3 ସ୍ୱାର୍ଥପରତା ଅବା ଅସାର ଗର୍ବ ହେତୁ କିଛି କର ନାହିଁ, ବରଂ ନମ୍ରଚିତ୍ତ ହୋଇ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକେ ଅନ୍ୟକୁ ଆପଣାଠାରୁ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ମନେ କର;
Do nothing out of strife, nothing out of vanity, but let each one in true humility consider the others to be of more account than himself.
4 ପ୍ରତି ଜଣ କେବଳ ଆପଣା ବିଷୟରେ ମନୋଯୋଗୀ ନ ହୋଇ ଅନ୍ୟର ବିଷୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମନୋଯୋଗୀ ହୁଅ।
Let each have an eye not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.
5 ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କର ଯେପରି ମନ ଥିଲା, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସେହିପରି ମନ ହେଉ;
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,
6 ସେ ଈଶ୍ବରରୂପୀ ହେଲେ ହେଁ ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସମାନ ହୋଇ ରହିବା ନିଜ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଧରି ରଖିବାର ବିଷୟ ମନେ କଲେ ନାହିଁ,
who, though from the beginning he had the nature of God, did not reckon equality with God something to be forcibly retained,
7 କିନ୍ତୁ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ସଦୃଶ ହୋଇ ଦାସରୂପ ଧାରଣ କରି ଆପଣାକୁ ଶୂନ୍ୟ କଲେ;
but emptied himself of his glory by taking the form of a slave, when he was born in the likeness of men.
8 ପୁଣି, ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଭାବରେ ଦେଖାଯାଇ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ, ହଁ, କ୍ରୁଶୀୟ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆଜ୍ଞାବହ ହୋଇ ଆପଣାକୁ ଅବନତ କଲେ।
More than this, after he had shone himself in human form, he humbled himself in his obedience even to death; yes, and to death on a cross.
9 ଏହି କାରଣରୁ ଈଶ୍ବର ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଅତିଶୟ ଉନ୍ନତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ପୁଣି, ସମସ୍ତ ନାମ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ସର୍ବୋତ୍କୃଷ୍ଟ ନାମ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି,
And for this God highly exalted him, and graciously bestowed upon him the name which is above every name;
10 ଯେପରି ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ, ମର୍ତ୍ତ୍ୟ ଓ ପାତାଳରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଆଣ୍ଠୁ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ନତ ହେବ,
that in the name of Jesus every knee in heaven, on earth, and under the earth should bend,
11 ପୁଣି, ପିତା ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଗୌରବ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଜିହ୍ୱା ଯୀଶୁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ ପ୍ରଭୁ ବୋଲି ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରିବ।
and every tongue confess that "Jesus Christ is Lord," to the glory of God the Father.
12 ଅତଏବ, ହେ ମୋହର ପ୍ରିୟମାନେ, ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସର୍ବଦା ଆଜ୍ଞାବହ ହୋଇଅଛ, କେବଳ ମୋହର ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ କଲା ପରି ନୁହେଁ, କିନ୍ତୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ମୋହର ଅନୁପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଆହୁରି ଅଧିକ ରୂପେ ଭୟ ଓ କମ୍ପ ସହ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ସାଧନ କର,
And so, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, with reverence and self- distrust work out your own salvation;
13 କାରଣ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରିବାକୁ ଓ ସାଧନ କରିବାକୁ ଈଶ୍ବର ଆପଣା ମଙ୍ଗଳମୟ ସଙ୍କଳ୍ପର ସଫଳତା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ତରରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରନ୍ତି।
for it is God who, in his good-will is ever working in you both will and deed.
14 ବଚସା ଓ ତର୍କବିତର୍କ ବିନା ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କର,
Do everything without grumbling and disputes,
15 ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦୋଷ ଓ ଅମାୟିକ ହୋଇ ଏହି କୁଟିଳ ବିପଥଗାମୀ ବଂଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଅନିନ୍ଦନୀୟ ସନ୍ତାନସନ୍ତତି ହୁଅ; ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଜୀବନର ବାକ୍ୟ ଧରି ଜଗତରେ ଜ୍ୟୋତିଃ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଉଅଛ;
that you may become blameless and innocent, the sons of God, without rebuke in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine like stars in a dark world,
16 ସେଥିରେ ମୁଁ ଯେ ବୃଥାରେ ଦୌଡ଼ି ନାହିଁ କିଅବା ବୃଥାରେ ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରି ନାହିଁ, ସେ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧରେ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କ ପୁନରାଗମନ ଦିନରେ ଦର୍ପ କରିପାରିବି।
holding out a message of life. Thus it will be my boast at the day of Christ that I have not run in vain, or toiled for nothing.
17 ହଁ, ଆଉ ଯଦି ମୋହର ରକ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ସେବାରେ ପେୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ପରି ଢଳା ଯାଏ, ତେବେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୁଁ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଉଲ୍ଲସିତ।
Nay, even if my life is to be poured out as a libation upon the sacrifice and service of you faith,
18 ଆଉ, ସେହି ପ୍ରକାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆନନ୍ଦ କର ଓ ମୋʼ ସହିତ ଉଲ୍ଲାସ କର।
I will rejoice and congratulate you all; and in the same way you must rejoice and congratulate me.
19 କିନ୍ତୁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ତୀମଥିଙ୍କୁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ପଠାଇବି ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଭୁ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କଠାରେ ଭରସା କରୁଅଛି, ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଅବସ୍ଥା ବିଷୟ ଜାଣି ମୁଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ ହେବି।
Now I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you before long, so that I may be of good comfort when I learn the news concerning you.
20 କାରଣ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ମନୋଯୋଗ କରିବ, ଏପରି ସମଭାବାପନ୍ନ ଲୋକ ତାହାଙ୍କ ବିନା ମୋʼ ନିକଟରେ ଆଉ କେହି ନାହିଁ।
For I have no other like him with a genuine concern for your welfare,
21 ଯେଣୁ ସମସ୍ତେ ଯୀଶୁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କ ବିଷୟ ଚେଷ୍ଟା ନ କରି ସ୍ୱାର୍ଥ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରନ୍ତି।
for they are all seeking their own interests, not those of Jesus Christ.
22 ସେ ଯେ ପରୀକ୍ଷାସିଦ୍ଧ ଲୋକ, ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଜାଣ; ପୁତ୍ର ପିତାର ସେବା କଲା ପରି ସେ ତ ସୁସମାଚାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ମୋʼ ସହିତ ସେବା କରିଥିଲେ।
And you know Timothy’s worth, how he has shared my servitude in furtherance of the gospel, like a son helping his father.
23 ଅତଏବ, ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି କଅଣ ଘଟିବ, ତାହା ଜାଣିବାମାତ୍ର ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପଠାଇବି ବୋଲି ଭରସା କରୁଅଛି;
So I hope to send him, as soon as ever I see how it will go with me;
24 କିନ୍ତୁ ମୁଁ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରୁଅଛି ଯେ, ମୁଁ ନିଜେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଯିବି।
but I trust in the Lord that I also shall come shortly.
25 କିନ୍ତୁ ମୁଁ ମୋହର ଭ୍ରାତା, ସହକର୍ମୀ, ସହସେନା ଓ ମୋହର ଅଭାବ ପୂରଣ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରେରିତ ଓ ସେବକ ଏପାଫ୍ରାଦିତଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ପଠାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ମନେ କଲି;
Epaphroditus, my brother and coworker and fellow soldier, who is your messenger and minister to my needs, I have thought it necessary to send to you;
26 କାରଣ ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଇଚ୍ଛୁକ, ପୁଣି, ସେ ପୀଡ଼ିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଶୁଣିଥିବାରୁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବ୍ୟଥିତ;
for he has been homesick for you all, and distressed at your having heard of his illness.
27 ହଁ, ସେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ସରିକି ପୀଡ଼ିତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଈଶ୍ବର ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଦୟା କଲେ, ଆଉ କେବଳ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ନୁହେଁ, ମାତ୍ର ଯେପରି ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ଦୁଃଖ ଉପରେ ଦୁଃଖ ଘଟିବ ନାହିଁ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମୋʼ ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦୟା କଲେ।
And indeed he was sick nigh unto death; but God had mercy on him, and not on him only, but on me also so that I should not have sorrow upon sorrow.
28 ଏଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେପରି ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଦେଖି ଆନନ୍ଦ କର ଓ ମୋʼ ଦୁଃଖ ଯେପରି ଊଣା ପଡ଼େ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପଠାଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅଧିକ ଯତ୍ନବାନ ହେଲି।
Therefore I have been the more eager to send him, in order that you may rejoice in seeing him again, and that I may have one sorrow less.
29 ଅତଏବ, ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ହେତୁ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଅତି ଆନନ୍ଦରେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କର, ଆଉ ଏହି ପ୍ରକାର ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମାଦର କର;
Receive him then in the Lord with all joy, and hold in honor men like him;
30 କାରଣ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସେବାରେ ଯାହା କିଛି ଅଭାବ, ତାହା ପୂରଣ କରିବାକୁ ସେ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଆପଣା ଜୀବନ ବିପଦଗ୍ରସ୍ତ କରି ମୃତପ୍ରାୟ ହୋଇଥିଲେ।
for it was through the work of the Lord that he came near to death; for he hazarded his very life to supply what was lacking in the help you sent me.
