1 “ଆଉ ସପ୍ତମ ମାସର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଗୋଟିଏ ପବିତ୍ର ସଭା ହେବ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କର୍ମ କରିବ ନାହିଁ; ସେହି ଦିନ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ତୂରୀଧ୍ୱନିର ଦିନ।
“‘In the seventh month Ethanim ·Ever-flowing durable stream (in Hebrew), 7· or Tishrei ·[Beginning (in Babylonian)]·, on the first day of the month, you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no regular aboda ·service·: it is a day of blowing of shofarot ·ram horns· to you.
2 ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ହୋମବଳି ରୂପେ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ଏକ ପୁଂଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଏକ ମେଷ ଓ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ସାତ ମେଷବତ୍ସ;
You shall offer a burnt offering for a pleasant aroma to Adonai: one young bull, one ram, seven male lambs a year old without defect;
3 ଆଉ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ରୂପେ ଏକ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତିନି ଦଶମାଂଶ, ଏକ ମେଷ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦୁଇ ଦଶମାଂଶ
and their meal offering, fine flour mixed with oil, three tenths for the bull, two tenths for the ram,
4 ଓ ସାତ ମେଷବତ୍ସର ଏକ ଏକ ବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଏକ ଦଶମାଂଶ ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ସରୁ ମଇଦା ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ;
and one tenth for every lamb of the seven lambs;
5 ପୁଣି, ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରାୟଶ୍ଚିତ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।
and one male goat for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering, to make atonement for you;
6 ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଅମାବାସ୍ୟାର ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାରର ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଓ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ପୁଣି, ବିଧିମତେ ଉଭୟର ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ, ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।
besides the burnt offering of the new moon, and its meal offering, and the continual burnt offering and its meal offering, and their drink offerings, according to their judgments, for a pleasant aroma, an offering made by fire to Adonai.
7 ଆହୁରି ସେହି ସପ୍ତମ ମାସର ଦଶମ ଦିନରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଏକ ପବିତ୍ର ସଭା ହେବ; ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କର୍ମ କରିବ ନାହିଁ;
“‘On the tenth day of this seventh month Ethanim ·Ever-flowing durable stream (in Hebrew), 7· or Tishrei ·[Beginning (in Babylonian)]· you shall have a holy convocation. You shall afflict your souls. You shall do no kind of work;
8 ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ହୋମବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ପୁଂଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଏକ ମେଷ ଓ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ସାତ ମେଷବତ୍ସ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ଏମାନେ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ହେବେ;
but you shall offer a burnt offering to Adonai for a pleasant aroma: one young bull, one ram, seven male lambs a year old; all without defect;
9 ପୁଣି, ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ରୂପେ ଏକ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତିନି ଦଶମାଂଶ, ଏକ ମେଷ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦୁଇ ଦଶମାଂଶ
and their meal offering, fine flour mixed with oil, three tenths for the bull, two tenths for the one ram,
10 ଓ ସାତ ମେଷବତ୍ସର ଏକ ଏକ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଏକ ଦଶମାଂଶ ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ସରୁ ମଇଦା;
one tenth for every lamb of the seven lambs:
11 ପୁଣି, ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପ୍ରାୟଶ୍ଚିତ୍ତାର୍ଥକ ପାପବଳି, ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।
one male goat for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering; besides the habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering of atonement, and the continual burnt offering, and its meal offering, and their drink offerings.
12 ଆଉ ସପ୍ତମ ମାସର ପଞ୍ଚଦଶ ଦିନରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପବିତ୍ର ସଭା ହେବ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କର୍ମ କରିବ ନାହିଁ, ପୁଣି, ସାତ ଦିନ ଯାଏ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଉତ୍ସବ ପାଳନ କରିବ।
“‘On the fifteenth day of the seventh month Ethanim ·Ever-flowing durable stream (in Hebrew), 7· or Tishrei ·[Beginning (in Babylonian)]· you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no regular aboda ·service·. You shall keep a feast to Adonai seven days.
13 ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ହୋମବଳି ରୂପେ ତେର ପୁଂଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଦୁଇ ମେଷ ଓ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଚଉଦ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ; ଏମାନେ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ହେବେ।
You shall offer a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai: thirteen young bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old; all without defect;
14 ପୁଣି, ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ, ତେର ପୁଂଗୋବତ୍ସ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତିନି ତିନି ଦଶମାଂଶ, ଦୁଇ ମେଷ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ମେଷ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦୁଇ ଦୁଇ ଦଶମାଂଶ
and their meal offering, fine flour mixed with oil, three tenths for every bull of the thirteen bulls, two tenths for each ram of the two rams,
15 ଓ ଚଉଦ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଏକ ଦଶମାଂଶ ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ସରୁ ମଇଦା;
and one tenth for every lamb of the fourteen lambs;
16 ଆଉ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ, ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ, ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।
and one male goat for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering, besides the continual burnt offering, its meal offering, and its drink offering.
17 ଆଉ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଦିନରେ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ବାର ପୁଂଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଦୁଇ ମେଷ ଓ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଚଉଦ ମେଷବତ୍ସ,
“‘On the second day you shall offer twelve young bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old without defect;
18 ପୁଣି, ଗୋବତ୍ସର, ମେଷର ଓ ମେଷବତ୍ସମାନଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟାନୁସାରେ ବିଧିମତେ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ,
and their meal offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, according to their number, after the judgement;
19 ଆଉ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ, ଏସମସ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।
and one male goat for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering; besides the continual burnt offering, with its meal offering and their drink offerings.
20 ଆଉ ତୃତୀୟ ଦିନରେ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ଏଗାର ଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଦୁଇ ମେଷ ଓ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଚଉଦ ମେଷବତ୍ସ,
“‘On the third day eleven bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old without defect;
21 ପୁଣି, ଗୋବତ୍ସର, ମେଷର ଓ ମେଷବତ୍ସମାନଙ୍କର ସଂଖ୍ୟାନୁସାରେ ବିଧିମତେ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ,
and their meal offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, according to their number, after the judgement;
22 ଆଉ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ, ଏସମସ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

23 ଆଉ ଚତୁର୍ଥ ଦିନରେ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ଦଶ ଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଦୁଇ ମେଷ, ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଚଉଦ ମେଷବତ୍ସ,
“‘On the fourth day ten bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old without defect;
24 ଗୋବତ୍ସର, ମେଷର, ମେଷବତ୍ସମାନଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟାନୁସାରେ ବିଧିମତେ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ,
their meal offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, according to their number, after the judgement;
25 ପୁଣି, ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ, ଏସମସ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

26 ଆଉ ପଞ୍ଚମ ଦିନରେ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ନଅ ଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଦୁଇ ମେଷ ଓ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଚଉଦ ମେଷବତ୍ସ,
“‘On the fifth day nine bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old without defect;
27 ପୁଣି, ଗୋବତ୍ସର, ମେଷର ଓ ମେଷବତ୍ସମାନଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟାନୁସାରେ ବିଧିମତେ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ,
and their meal offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, according to their number, after the judgement;
28 ପୁଣି, ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ, ଏସମସ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

29 ଆଉ ଷଷ୍ଠ ଦିନରେ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ଆଠ ଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଦୁଇ ମେଷ ଓ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଚଉଦ ମେଷବତ୍ସ,
“‘On the sixth day eight bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old without defect;
30 ଆଉ ଗୋବତ୍ସର, ମେଷର ଓ ମେଷବତ୍ସମାନଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟାନୁସାରେ ବିଧିମତେ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ,
and their meal offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, according to their number, after the judgement;
31 ପୁଣି, ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ, ଏସମସ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

32 ଆଉ ସପ୍ତମ ଦିନରେ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ସାତ ଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଦୁଇ ମେଷ ଓ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଚଉଦ ମେଷବତ୍ସ,
“‘On the seventh day seven bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs a year old without defect;
33 ଆଉ ଗୋବତ୍ସର, ମେଷର ଓ ମେଷବତ୍ସମାନଙ୍କର ସଂଖ୍ୟାନୁସାରେ ବିଧିମତେ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ,
and their meal offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, according to their number, after the judgement;
34 ପୁଣି, ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ, ଏସମସ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

35 ଆଉ ଅଷ୍ଟମ ଦିନରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ମହାସଭା ହେବ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କର୍ମ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।
“‘On the eighth day you shall have a solemn assembly: you shall do no regular aboda ·service·;
36 ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ହୋମବଳି ରୂପେ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ଏକ ଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଏକ ମେଷ ଓ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ସାତ ମେଷବତ୍ସ,

37 ଆଉ ଗୋବତ୍ସର, ମେଷର ଓ ମେଷବତ୍ସମାନଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟାନୁସାରେ ବିଧିମତେ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ,
their meal offering and their drink offerings for the bull, for the ram, and for the lambs, shall be according to their number, after the judgement:
38 ପୁଣି, ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ, ଏସମସ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଓ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

39 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ, ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ମାନତ, ସ୍ୱେଚ୍ଛାଦତ୍ତ ଉପହାର ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ହୋମବଳି, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଙ୍ଗଳାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ବ୍ୟତୀତ ନିରୂପିତ ପର୍ବମାନଙ୍କରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।”
“‘You shall offer these to Adonai in your set feasts, besides your vows, and your free will offerings, for your burnt offerings, and for your meal offerings, and for your drink offerings, and for your peace offerings.’”
40 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋଶାଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଲେ, ମୋଶା ସେହି ସମସ୍ତ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ।
Moses [Drawn out] told the children of Israel [God prevails] according to all that Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
