ମାଥିଉ 25
1 “ସେତେବେଳେ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗରାଜ୍ୟ ଦଶ ଜଣ କନ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଭଳି ହେବ; ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପ୍ରଦୀପ ନେଇ ବରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଭେଟିବାକୁ ବାହାରିଲେ।
Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened to ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
2 ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ପାଞ୍ଚ ଜଣ ନିର୍ବୁଦ୍ଧି ଓ ପାଞ୍ଚ ଜଣ ସୁବୁଦ୍ଧି ଥିଲେ।
And five of them were wise, and five [were] foolish.
3 ନିର୍ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନେ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ନେବା ସମୟରେ ନିଜ ନିଜ ସହିତ ତୈଳ ନେଲେ ନାହିଁ,
They that [were] foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
4 ମାତ୍ର ସୁବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପ୍ରଦୀପ ସହିତ ପାତ୍ରରେ ତୈଳ ନେଲେ।
But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5 ବରଙ୍କ ଆସିବାର ବିଳମ୍ବ ହୁଅନ୍ତେ, ସମସ୍ତେ ଢୁଳାଉ ଢୁଳାଉ ଶୋଇ ପଡ଼ିଲେ।
While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
6 କିନ୍ତୁ ଅର୍ଦ୍ଧରାତ୍ରରେ ‘ଏହି ଦେଖ, ବର, ତାହାଙ୍କ ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ସାକ୍ଷାତ କରିବାକୁ ବାହାର’, ଏପରି କୋଳାହଳ ହେଲା।
And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
7 ସେତେବେଳେ କନ୍ୟାସମସ୍ତେ ଉଠି ଆପଣା ପ୍ରଦୀପ ସଜାଡ଼ିଲେ।
Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
8 କିନ୍ତୁ ନିର୍ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନେ ସୁବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ ତୈଳରୁ ଆମକୁ ଅଳ୍ପ ଦିଅ, କାରଣ ଆମ ଦୀପସବୁ ଲିଭିଯାଉଅଛି।
And the foolish said to the wise, Give us of your oil: for our lamps are gone out.
9 ମାତ୍ର ସୁବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ନାହିଁ, ନାହିଁ, ଯଦି ଆମେ ତୁମକୁ ଅଳ୍ପ ଦେବୁ, ତେବେ ତୁମଠାରେ ଓ ଆମଠାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଣ୍ଟିବ ନାହିଁ, ବରଂ ତୁମେ ଦୋକାନୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଯାଇ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ନିମନ୍ତେ କିଣି ଆଣ।
But the wise answered, saying, [Not so]; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
10 କିନ୍ତୁ ସେମାନେ କିଣିବାକୁ ଯାଉଥିବା ସମୟରେ ବର ଆସିଲେ, ପୁଣି, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଥିଲେ, ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବିବାହ-ଉତ୍ସବରେ ଯୋଗଦାନ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଗୃହରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କଲେ, ଆଉ ଦ୍ୱାର ବନ୍ଦ କରାଗଲା।
And while they were going to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready, went in with him to the marriage, and the door was shut.
11 ଏହାପରେ ଅନ୍ୟ କନ୍ୟାମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆସି କହିଲେ, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ଆମ ପାଇଁ ଦ୍ୱାର ଫିଟାଇ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ।
Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସତ୍ୟ କହୁଅଛି, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାଣେ ନାହିଁ।
But he answered and said, Verily I say to you, I know you not.
13 ଅତଏବ, ଜାଗ୍ରତ ଥାଅ, କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସେହି ଦିନ କି ସେହି ସମୟ ଜାଣ ନାହିଁ।”
Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of man cometh.
14 “ବିଦେଶକୁ ଯାତ୍ରା କରୁଥିବା ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଯେପରି ଆପଣା ଦାସମାନଙ୍କୁ ଡାକି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ନିଜର ସର୍ବସ୍ୱ ସମର୍ପଣ କଲେ, ସ୍ୱର୍ଗରାଜ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେହିପରି ଅଟେ।
For [the kingdom of heaven is] as a man traveling into a far country, [who] called his own servants, and delivered to them his goods.
15 ସେ ଜଣକୁ ପାଞ୍ଚ ତୋଡ଼ା, ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣକୁ ଦୁଇ ତୋଡ଼ା, ଆଉ ଜଣକୁ ଏକ ତୋଡ଼ା, ଏହିପରି ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକକୁ ତାହାର ଶକ୍ତି ଅନୁସାରେ ଦେଇ ବିଦେଶକୁ ଯାତ୍ରା କଲେ।
And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and forthwith took his journey.
16 ଯେଉଁ ଜଣକ ପାଞ୍ଚ ତୋଡ଼ା ପାଇଥିଲା, ସେ ସେହିକ୍ଷଣି ତାହା ନେଇ ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କରି ଆଉ ପାଞ୍ଚ ତୋଡ଼ା ଲାଭ କଲା।
Then he that had received the five talents, went and traded with the same, and gained other five talents.
17 ସେହି ପ୍ରକାରେ ଯେ ଦୁଇଟି ପାଇଥିଲା, ସେ ଆଉ ଦୁଇଟି ଲାଭ କଲା।
And likewise he that [had received] two, he also gained other two.
18 ମାତ୍ର ଯେ ଗୋଟିଏ ପାଇଥିଲା, ସେ ଯାଇ ମାଟି ଖୋଳି ଆପଣା ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଟଙ୍କା ପୋତି ଲୁଚାଇ ରଖିଲା।
But he that had received one, went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.
19 ବହୁକାଳ ପରେ ସେହି ଦାସମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଭୁ ଆସି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ହିସାବ କଲେ।
After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
20 ଆଉ, ଯେଉଁ ଜଣକ ପାଞ୍ଚ ତୋଡ଼ା ପାଇଥିଲା, ସେ ଆଉ ପାଞ୍ଚ ତୋଡ଼ା ନେଇ ଆସି କହିଲା, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ଆପଣ ମୋତେ ପାଞ୍ଚ ତୋଡ଼ା ଦେଇଥିଲେ; ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ, ମୁଁ ଆଉ ପାଞ୍ଚ ତୋଡ଼ା ଲାଭ କରିଅଛି।
And he that had received five talents, came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst to me five talents: behold, I have gained besides them five talents more.
21 ତାହାର ପ୍ରଭୁ ତାହାକୁ କହିଲେ, ବେଶ୍, ଉତ୍ତମ ଓ ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତ ଦାସ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅଳ୍ପ ବିଷୟରେ ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତ ହେଲ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବହୁତ ବିଷୟ ଉପରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିବି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆନନ୍ଦର ସହଭାଗୀ ହୁଅ।
His lord said to him, Well done [thou] good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
22 ପୁଣି, ଯେ ଦୁଇ ତୋଡ଼ା ପାଇଥିଲା, ସେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆସି କହିଲା, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ଆପଣ ମୋତେ ଦୁଇ ତୋଡ଼ା ଦେଇଥିଲେ; ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ, ମୁଁ ଆଉ ଦୁଇ ତୋଡ଼ା ଲାଭ କରିଅଛି।
He also that had received two talents came, and said, Lord, thou deliveredst to me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents besides them.
23 ତାହାର ପ୍ରଭୁ ତାହାକୁ କହିଲେ, ବେଶ୍, ଉତ୍ତମ ଓ ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତ ଦାସ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅଳ୍ପ ବିଷୟରେ ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତ ହେଲ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବହୁତ ବିଷୟ ଉପରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିବି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆନନ୍ଦର ସହଭାଗୀ ହୁଅ।
His lord said to him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
24 ଆଉ, ଯେ ଏକ ତୋଡ଼ା ପାଇଥିଲା, ସେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆସି କହିଲା, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ଆପଣ ଯେ ଜଣେ କଠିନ ଲୋକ, ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ବୁଣି ନ ଥାଆନ୍ତି, ସେଠାରେ କାଟନ୍ତି, ଆଉ ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଶସ୍ୟ ବିଛାଇ ନ ଥାନ୍ତି, ସେଠାରେ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରନ୍ତି, ଏହା ମୁଁ ଜାଣିଥିଲି।
Then he who had received the one talent came, and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art a hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strewed:
25 ଏଣୁ ଭୟ କରି ମୁଁ ଯାଇ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ତୋଡ଼ା ମାଟିରେ ପୋତି ଲୁଚାଇ ରଖିଲି; ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ, ଆପଣ ନିଜର ଧନ ପାଇଲେ।
And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, [there] thou hast [what is] thine.
26 କିନ୍ତୁ ତାହାର ପ୍ରଭୁ ତାହାକୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ରେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଓ ଅଳସ ଦାସ, ମୁଁ ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ବୁଣି ନ ଥାଏ, ସେଠାରେ କାଟେ, ଆଉ ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଶସ୍ୟ ଉଡ଼ାଇ ନ ଥାଏ, ସେଠାରେ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରେ, ଏହା କଅଣ ଜାଣିଥିଲୁ?
His lord answered and said to him, [Thou] wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not strewed:
27 ତେବେ ବଣିକମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ମୋହର ଟଙ୍କା ରଖିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ଥିଲା; ତାହାହେଲେ ମୁଁ ଆସି ସୁଧ ସହିତ ମୋହର ଧନ ଫେରି ପାଇଥାଆନ୍ତି।
Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and [then] at my coming I should have received my own with interest.
28 ‘ଅତଏବ, ଏହାଠାରୁ ଏହି ତୋଡ଼ା ନେଇଯାଇ, ଯାହାର ଦଶ ତୋଡ଼ା ଅଛି, ତାହାକୁ ଦିଅ।
Take therefore the talent from him, and give [it] to him who hath ten talents.
29 କାରଣ ଯେକୌଣସି ଲୋକର ଅଛି, ତାହାକୁ ଦିଆଯିବ, ଆଉ ତାହାର ପ୍ରଚୁର ହେବ; କିନ୍ତୁ ଯାହାର ନାହିଁ, ତାହା ପାଖରେ ଯାହା ଅଛି, ତାହା ହିଁ ତାହାଠାରୁ ନିଆଯିବ।
For to every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
30 ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏହି ଅକର୍ମଣ୍ୟ ଦାସକୁ ବାହାର ଅନ୍ଧକାରରେ ପକାଇଦିଅ, ସେଠାରେ ରୋଦନ ଓ ଦନ୍ତର କିଡ଼ିମିଡ଼ି ହେବ।’”
And cast ye the unprofitable servant into utter darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
31 “ମନୁଷ୍ୟପୁତ୍ର ଯେତେବେଳେ ସମସ୍ତ ଦୂତଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସ୍ୱମହିମାରେ ଆସିବେ, ସେତେବେଳେ ସେ ଆପଣା ଗୌରବମୟ ସିଂହାସନରେ ବସିବେ,
When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then will he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 ପୁଣି, ତାହାଙ୍କ ଛାମୁରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଜାତି ଏକତ୍ର କରାଯିବେ, ଆଉ ମେଷପାଳକ ଛାଗଠାରୁ ମେଷ ପୃଥକ୍ କରି,
And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth [his] sheep from the goats:
33 ମେଷମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ଓ ଛାଗମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାମ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ରଖିବେ।
And he will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 ସେତେବେଳେ ରାଜା ଆପଣା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱସ୍ଥ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ କହିବେ, ଆସ, ମୋହର ପିତାଙ୍କ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦପାତ୍ରମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଜଗତର ପତ୍ତନାବଧି ଯେଉଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଅଛି, ସେଥିରେ ଅଧିକାରୀ ହୁଅ;
Then will the King say to them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 କାରଣ ମୁଁ କ୍ଷୁଧିତ ଥିଲି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମୋତେ ଭୋଜନ କରିବାକୁ ଦେଲ; ତୃଷିତ ଥିଲି, ମୋତେ ପାନ କରିବାକୁ ଦେଲ; ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଥିଲି, ମୋତେ ଅାଶ୍ରୟ ଦେଲ;
For I was hungry, and ye gave me food: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 ଉଲଗ୍ନ ଥିଲି, ମୋତେ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପରିଧାନ କରାଇଲ; ଅସୁସ୍ଥ ଥିଲି, ମୋତେ ଦେଖି ଆସିଲ; କାରାଗାରରେ ଥିଲି; ମୋ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିଲ।
Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came to me.
37 ସେଥିରେ ଧାର୍ମିକମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବେ, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, କେବେ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଷୁଧିତ ଦେଖି ଆହାର ଦେଲୁ? ଅବା ତୃଷିତ ଦେଖି ପାନ କରିବାକୁ ଦେଲୁ?
Then will the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, and fed [thee]? or thirsty, and gave [thee] drink?
38 ଆଉ, କେବେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଦେଖି ଆଶ୍ରୟ ଦେଲୁ? କିମ୍ବା ଉଲଗ୍ନ ଦେଖି ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପରିଧାନ କରାଇଲୁ?
When saw we thee a stranger, and took [thee] in? or naked, and clothed [thee]?
39 ଆଉ, କେବେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ଅସୁସ୍ଥ ଅବା କାରାଗାରସ୍ଥ ଦେଖି ଆପଣଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଗଲୁ?
Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came to thee?
40 ପୁଣି, ରାଜା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସତ୍ୟ କହୁଅଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମୋହର ଏହି କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ରତମ ଭ୍ରାତୃବୃନ୍ଦଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣକ ପ୍ରତି ଏହା କରିଥିବାରୁ ମୋ ପ୍ରତି ହିଁ ତାହା କରିଅଛ।
And the king will answer and say to them, Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as ye have done [it] to one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done [it] to me.
41 ତାହା ପରେ ସେ ବାମ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱସ୍ଥ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ କହିବେ, ରେ ଶାପଗ୍ରସ୍ତମାନେ, ମୋ ସମ୍ମୁଖରୁ ଦୂର ହୋଇ ଶୟତାନ ଓ ତାହାର ଦୂତମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଅନନ୍ତ ଅଗ୍ନି ମଧ୍ୟକୁ ଚାଲିଯାଅ, (aiōnios g166)
Then will he say also to them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: (aiōnios g166)
42 କାରଣ ମୁଁ କ୍ଷୁଧିତ ଥିଲି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମୋତେ ଭୋଜନ କରିବାକୁ ଦେଲ ନାହିଁ; ତୃଷିତ ଥିଲି, ମୋତେ ପାନ କରିବାକୁ ଦେଲ ନାହିଁ;
For I was hungry, and ye gave me no food: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଥିଲି, ମୋତେ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ଦେଲ ନାହିଁ; ଉଲଗ୍ନ ଥିଲି, ମୋତେ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପରିଧାନ କରାଇଲ ନାହିଁ; ଅସୁସ୍ଥ ଓ କାରାଗାରସ୍ଥ ଥିଲି, ମୋତେ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ଆସିଲ ନାହିଁ।
I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 ସେଥିରେ ସେମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବେ, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, କେବେ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଷୁଧିତ କି ତୃଷିତ, ପ୍ରବାସୀ କି ଉଲଗ୍ନ, ପୀଡ଼ିତ କି କାରାଗାରସ୍ଥ ଦେଖି ଆପଣଙ୍କର ସେବା କଲୁ ନାହିଁ?
Then will they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to thee?
45 ସେଥିରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସତ୍ୟ କହୁଅଛି, ଏହି କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣକ ପ୍ରତି ଏହା କରି ନ ଥିବାରୁ ମୋ ପ୍ରତି ହିଁ ତାହା କରି ନାହଁ।
Then will he answer them, saying, Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as ye did [it] not to one of the least of these, ye did [it] not to me.
