ମୋଶାଙ୍କ ଲିଖିତ ତୃତୀୟ ପୁସ୍ତକ 21
1 ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋଶାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହାରୋଣର ପୁତ୍ର ଯାଜକଗଣଙ୍କୁ କୁହ, ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ମୃତ କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ସକାଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର କେହି ଆପଣାକୁ ଅଶୁଚି କରିବ ନାହିଁ।
And the Lord seide to Moyses, Speke thou to preestis, the sones of Aaron, and thou schalt seie to hem, A preest be not defoulid in the deed men of hise citeseyns,
2 କେବଳ ଆପଣାର ନିକଟ ଜ୍ଞାତି, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଆପଣା ମାତା, ଆପଣା ପିତା, ଆପଣା ପୁତ୍ର, ଆପଣା କନ୍ୟା ଓ ଆପଣା ଭ୍ରାତା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅଶୁଚି ହେବ।
no but oneli in kynesmen and niy of blood, that is, on fadir and modir, and sone and douyter,
3 ପୁଣି, ଯେଉଁ ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ଭଗିନୀର ସ୍ୱାମୀ ହୋଇ ନାହିଁ, ଏପରି ଅବିବାହିତା ଭଗିନୀ ସକାଶୁ ସେ ଆପଣାକୁ ଅଶୁଚି କରି ପାରିବ।
and brother and sister, virgyn, which is not weddid to man;
4 ସେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ୱାମୀ ହେବାରୁ ଆପଣାକୁ ଅପବିତ୍ର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଅଶୁଚି ହେବ ନାହିଁ।
but nether he schal be defoulid in the prince of his puple.
5 ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ମସ୍ତକ ମୁଣ୍ଡନ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ ଓ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଦାଢ଼ିର କୋଣ କ୍ଷୌର କରିବେ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଶରୀରରେ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରାଘାତ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
Preestis schulen not schaue the heed, nether beerd, nether thei schulen make keruyngis in her fleischis; thei schulen be hooli to her God,
6 ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପବିତ୍ର ହେବେ ଓ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନାମ ଅପବିତ୍ର କରିବେ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରନ୍ତି; ଏହେତୁ ସେମାନେ ପବିତ୍ର ହେବେ।
and thei schulen not defoule his name; for thei offren encense of the Lord, and the looues of her God, and therfore thei schulen be hooli.
7 ସେମାନେ ବେଶ୍ୟାକୁ ଅବା କଳଙ୍କିନୀକୁ ବିବାହ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ ଓ ସ୍ୱାମୀତ୍ୟକ୍ତା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀକୁ ବିବାହ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ, କାରଣ ସେ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପବିତ୍ର।
A preest schal not wedde a wijf a corrupt womman, and a `foul hoore, nether he schal wedde `hir that is forsakun of the hosebonde, for he is halewid to his God,
8 ଏହେତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହାକୁ ପବିତ୍ର କରିବ; କାରଣ ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରେ; ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ ପବିତ୍ର ହେବ; କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପବିତ୍ର କରୁ ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ପବିତ୍ର ଅଟୁ।
and offrith the looues of settyng forth; therfor be he hooly, for `Y am the hooli Lord that halewith you.
9 ଆଉ, କୌଣସି ଯାଜକର କନ୍ୟା ଯଦି ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କ୍ରିୟା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆପଣାକୁ ଅପବିତ୍ର କରେ, ତେବେ ସେ ଆପଣା ପିତାକୁ ଅପବିତ୍ର କରେ; ସେ ଅଗ୍ନିରେ ପୋଡ଼ାଯିବ।
If the `doutir of a preest is takun in defoulyng of virgynite, and defoulith the name of hir fadir, sche schal be brent in flawmes.
10 ଆଉ, ଆପଣା ଭ୍ରାତାମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଯେଉଁ ଜନ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଯାଜକ ହୋଇଅଛି, ଯାହାର ମସ୍ତକରେ ଅଭିଷେକାର୍ଥକ ତୈଳ ଢଳା ଯାଇଅଛି ଓ ଯେ ପବିତ୍ର ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପରିଧାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପଦରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇଅଛି, ସେ ଆପଣା ମସ୍ତକର କେଶ ମୁକୁଳା କରିବ ନାହିଁ ଓ ଆପଣା ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଚିରିବ ନାହିଁ।
The bischop, that is the moost preest among hise britheren, on whose heed the oile of anoyntyng is sched, and whose hondis ben sacrid in preesthod, and he is clothid in hooli clothis, schal not diskyuere his heed, he schal not tere hise clothis,
11 କିଅବା ସେ ଗୃହ ଭିତରେ ଶବ ନିକଟକୁ ଯିବ ନାହିଁ, ଅବା ଆପଣା ପିତା ବା ଆପଣା ମାତା ସକାଶୁ ଆପଣାକୁ ଅଶୁଚି କରିବ ନାହିଁ।
and outirli he schal not entre to ony deed man; and he schal not be defoulid on his fadir and modir,
12 ଅଥବା ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ବାହାରିବ ନାହିଁ, ଅବା ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଅପବିତ୍ର କରିବ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ତାହାର ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଅଭିଷେକାର୍ଥକ ତୈଳରୂପ ମୁକୁଟ ତାହା ଉପରେ ଅଛି; ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ।
nether he schal go out of hooli thingis, lest he defoule the seyntuarie of the Lord, for the oile of hooli anoyntyng of his God is on hym; Y am the Lord.
13 ପୁଣି, ସେ କେବଳ ଅନୂଢ଼ାକୁ ବିବାହ କରିବ;
He schal wedde a wijf virgyn;
14 ବିଧବା, ତ୍ୟକ୍ତା, କଳଙ୍କିନୀ କିଅବା ବେଶ୍ୟାକୁ ବିବାହ କରିବ ନାହିଁ; ମାତ୍ର ସେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କୌଣସି ଏକ କନ୍ୟାକୁ ବିବାହ କରିବ।
he schal not take a widewe, and forsakun, and a foul womman, and hoore, but a damesele of his puple;
15 ଆଉ, ସେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆପଣା ବଂଶ ଅପବିତ୍ର କରିବ ନାହିଁ, କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାହାକୁ ପବିତ୍ର କରୁ।”
medle he not the generacioun of his kyn to the comyn puple of his folk, for Y am the Lord, that `halewe hym.
16 ଆହୁରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋଶାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ,
And the Lord spak to Moyses,
17 “ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହାରୋଣକୁ କୁହ, ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବଂଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯାହାର ଶରୀରରେ ଖୁଣ ଥାଏ, ସେ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ‘ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ’ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିକଟକୁ ଯିବ ନାହିଁ।
and seide, Speke thou to Aaron; a man of thi seed, bi meynes, that hath a wem, schal not offre breed to his God,
18 ଯେକୌଣସି ଲୋକର ଖୁଣ ଅଛି, ସେ ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହେବ ନାହିଁ; ବିଶେଷରେ ଅନ୍ଧ ଲୋକ, ଛୋଟା, ଯାହାର ନାକ ବିକୃତ, ଅଧିକ ଅଙ୍ଗ,
nethir schal neiy to his seruyce;
19 ଭଗ୍ନପାଦ, ଭଗ୍ନହସ୍ତ,
if he is blind; if he is crokid; if he is ether of litil, ether of greet, and wrong nose; if he is `of brokun foot, ethir hond;
20 କୁଜା, ବାମନ, ଅବା ଯାହାର ଚକ୍ଷୁରେ ଖୁଣ ଅଛି, ଜାଦୁ ରୋଗୀ, କାଛୁ ରୋଗୀ, ଭଗ୍ନକୋଷ;
if he hath a botche; ether if he is blereiyed; if he hath whijt colour in the iye, that lettith the siyt; if he hath contynuel scabbe; if he hath a drye scabbe in the bodi; ethir `is brokun `in the pryuy membris.
21 ଏପରି ଖୁଣବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଯେଉଁ ପୁରୁଷ ହାରୋଣ ଯାଜକଙ୍କର ବଂଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥାଏ, ସେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିକଟକୁ ଯିବ ନାହିଁ; ତାହାର ଖୁଣ ଅଛି; ସେ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ‘ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ’ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିବ ନାହିଁ।
Ech man of the seed of Aaron preest, which man hath a wem, schal not neiye to offre sacrifices to the Lord, nether `to offre looues to his God;
22 ସେ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ମହାପବିତ୍ର ବା ପବିତ୍ର ‘ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ’ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ।
netheles he schal ete the looues that ben offrid in the seyntuarie,
23 ମାତ୍ର ବିଚ୍ଛେଦ ବସ୍ତ୍ରର ଭିତରକୁ ଯିବ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ବେଦି ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିବ ନାହିଁ, କାରଣ ତାହାର ଖୁଣ ଅଛି; ସେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନସକଳ ଅପବିତ୍ର କରିବ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେହି ସମସ୍ତ ପବିତ୍ର କରୁ।”
so oneli that he entre not with ynne the veil; he schal not neiye to the auter, for he hath a wem, and he schal not defoule my seyntuarie; Y am the Lord that halewe hem.
24 ଏହି ପ୍ରକାରେ ମୋଶା ହାରୋଣଙ୍କୁ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣଙ୍କୁ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣଙ୍କୁ ଏହି କଥା କହିଲେ।
Therfor Moises spak to Aaron, and to hise sones, and to al Israel, alle thingis that weren comaundid to hym.
