ଆୟୁବ 23
1 ଏଥିରେ ଆୟୁବ ଉତ୍ତର କରି କହିଲା, “ଆଜି ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋହର ବିଳାପ ବିଦ୍ରୋହଭାବ-ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ;
Sotheli Joob answeride, and seide,
2 ମୋହର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ମୋହର ପୀଡ଼ା ଭାରୀ।
Now also my word is in bitternesse, and the hond of my wounde is agreggid on my weilyng.
3 ଆହା, ମୁଁ କେଉଁଠାରେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ପାଇବି, ଯେବେ ଏହା ଜାଣନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଆସନ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଇ ପାରନ୍ତି!
Who yyueth to me, that Y knowe, and fynde hym, and come `til to his trone?
4 ତେବେ ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଛାମୁରେ ଆପଣା ଗୁହାରି ନିବେଦନ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ଯୁକ୍ତିରେ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରନ୍ତି।
Y schal sette doom bifor hym, and Y schal fille my mouth with blamyngis;
5 ସେ ମୋତେ ଯେଉଁ କଥା ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅନ୍ତେ, ତାହା ଜାଣନ୍ତି ଓ ସେ ଯାହା ମୋତେ କହନ୍ତେ, ତାହା ବୁଝନ୍ତି।
that Y kunne the wordis, whiche he schal answere to me, and that Y vnderstonde, what he schal speke to me.
6 ସେ କʼଣ ଆପଣା ମହାପରାକ୍ରମରେ ମୋʼ ସଙ୍ଗେ ବିରୋଧ କରିବେ? ନା; ମାତ୍ର ସେ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ମନୋଯୋଗ କରିବେ।
Y nyle, that he stryue with me bi greet strengthe, nether oppresse me with the heuynesse of his greetnesse.
7 ସେଠାରେ ସରଳ ଲୋକ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଯୁକ୍ତି କରି ପାରିବ, ତହିଁରେ ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ବିଚାରକର୍ତ୍ତାଠାରୁ ଚିରକାଳ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପାଇବି।
Sette he forth equite ayens me, and my doom come perfitli to victorie.
8 ଦେଖ, ମୁଁ ପୂର୍ବ ଆଡ଼କୁ ଯାଏ, ମାତ୍ର ସେ ସେଠାରେ ନାହାନ୍ତି ଓ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଆଡ଼କୁ ଯାଏ, ମାତ୍ର ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖି ପାରେ ନାହିଁ;
If Y go to the eest, God apperith not; if Y go to the west, Y schal not vndurstonde hym; if Y go to the left side,
9 ସେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କଲା ବେଳେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗକୁ ଯାଏ, ମାତ୍ର ତାହାଙ୍କର ଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇ ନ ପାରେ; ସେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗରେ ଆପଣାକୁ ଗୋପନ କରନ୍ତି, ତେଣୁ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖି ନ ପାରେ।
what schal Y do? Y schal not take hym; if Y turne me to the riyt side, Y schal not se hym.
10 ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ଯେଉଁ ପଥ ଅବଲମ୍ବନ କରେ, ସେ ତାହା ଜାଣନ୍ତି; ସେ ମୋହର ପରୀକ୍ଷା କଲା ଉତ୍ତାରେ ମୁଁ ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପରି ଉତ୍ତୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେବି।
But he knowith my weie, and he schal preue me as gold, that passith thorouy fier.
11 ମୋହର ପାଦ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପଦଚିହ୍ନ ଦୃଢ଼ ରୂପେ ଧରିଅଛି; ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପଥ ରକ୍ଷା କରିଅଛି ଓ ବିପଥଗାମୀ ହୋଇ ନାହିଁ।
My foot suede hise steppis; Y kepte his weie, and Y bowide not awey fro it.
12 ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଓଷ୍ଠାଧର-ନିର୍ଗତ ଆଜ୍ଞାରୁ ବିମୁଖ ହୋଇ ନାହିଁ; ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଆହାର ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମୁଖର ବାକ୍ୟ ସଞ୍ଚୟ କରିଅଛି।
Y yede not awei fro the comaundementis of hise lippis; and Y hidde in my bosum the wordis of his mouth.
13 ମାତ୍ର ସେ ଏକମନା ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ଆଉ କିଏ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଫେରାଇ ପାରିବ? ପୁଣି, ସେ ଯାହା ଇଚ୍ଛା କରନ୍ତି, ତାହା ହିଁ କରନ୍ତି।
For he is aloone, and no man may turne awei hise thouytis; and what euer thing he wolde, his wille dide this thing.
14 କାରଣ ମୋʼ ପାଇଁ ଯାହା ନିରୂପିତ, ତାହା ସେ ସଫଳ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଏହି ପ୍ରକାର ଅନେକ କର୍ମ ଅଛି।
Whanne he hath fillid his wille in me, also many othere lijk thingis ben redi to hym.
15 ଏନିମନ୍ତେ ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ବ୍ୟାକୁଳ ହେଉଅଛି; ମୁଁ ବିବେଚନା କଲେ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ସକାଶେ ଭୀତ ହେଉଅଛି।
And therfor Y am disturblid of his face, and Y biholdynge hym am anguyschid for drede.
16 କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ମୋʼ ହୃଦୟକୁ କ୍ଷୀଣ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ମୋତେ ବ୍ୟାକୁଳ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି;
God hath maad neische myn herte, and Almyyti God hath disturblid me.
17 ଯେଣୁ ମୁଁ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ନୋହିଲି, କିଅବା ସେ ମୋʼ ମୁଖରୁ ନିବିଡ଼ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ଆଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ କଲେ ନାହିଁ।
For Y perischide not for derknessis neiyynge; nethir myist hilide my face.
