ଯିରିମୀୟ 33
1 ଆହୁରି, ଯିରିମୀୟ, ପ୍ରହରୀ ପ୍ରାଙ୍ଗଣରେ ବନ୍ଦ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଥର ତାହାଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା, ଯଥା,
and to be word LORD to(wards) Jeremiah second and he/she/it still he to restrain in/on/with court [the] guardhouse to/for to say
2 “ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟର ସାଧନକର୍ତ୍ତା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଯେ ଏହା ସୁସ୍ଥିର କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିରୂପଣ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେହି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାହାଙ୍କର ନାମ;
thus to say LORD to make her LORD to form: formed [obj] her to/for to establish: establish her LORD name his
3 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କର, ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବା, ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅଜ୍ଞାତ ମହତ ଓ ଦୁଷ୍କର ବିଷୟମାନ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦେଖାଇବା।
to call: call to to(wards) me and to answer you and to tell to/for you great: large and to gather/restrain/fortify not to know them
4 କାରଣ ଏହି ନଗରର ଯେସକଳ ଗୃହ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜାଗଣର ଯେସକଳ ଗୃହ ବନ୍ଧ ଓ ଖଡ୍ଗ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଭଗ୍ନ ହୋଇଅଛି, ସେହି ସକଳର ବିଷୟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି;
for thus to say LORD God Israel upon house: home [the] city [the] this and upon house: home king Judah [the] to tear to(wards) [the] mound and to(wards) [the] sword
5 ଲୋକମାନେ କଲ୍ଦୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କରିବାକୁ ଆସନ୍ତି, ମାତ୍ର ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା କ୍ରୋଧରେ ଓ ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ କୋପରେ ବଧ କରିଅଛୁ ଓ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କ ସକଳ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ସକାଶୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ନଗରଠାରୁ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ଲୁଚାଇଅଛୁ, ସେହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଶବରେ ସେସବୁ ଗୃହ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେବ।

6 ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ନଗର ପ୍ରତି ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଆଉ ଆରୋଗ୍ୟ ଆଣିବା, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆରୋଗ୍ୟ କରିବା; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ପ୍ରଚୁର ଶାନ୍ତି ଓ ସତ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବା।
look! I to ascend: establish to/for her health and healing and to heal them and to reveal: reveal to/for them abundance peace: well-being and truth: certain
7 ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯିହୁଦାର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ୱାବସ୍ଥା ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ୱାବସ୍ଥା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବା, ପୁଣି ଆଦ୍ୟ କାଳର ନ୍ୟାୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗଠନ କରିବା।
and to return: rescue [obj] captivity Judah and [obj] captivity Israel and to build them like/as in/on/with first
8 ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କର ଯେଉଁ ଅଧର୍ମ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ପାପ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; ସେସବୁରୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶୁଚି କରିବା ଓ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କର ଯେଉଁ ଅଧର୍ମାଚରଣ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ପାପ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ଯଦ୍ଦ୍ୱାରା ସେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଆଜ୍ଞାଲଙ୍ଘନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେସବୁ କ୍ଷମା କରିବା।
and be pure them from all iniquity: guilt their which to sin to/for me and to forgive (to/for all *Q(K)*) iniquity: guilt their which to sin to/for me and which to transgress in/on/with me
9 ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଯେସକଳ ମଙ୍ଗଳ କରିବା, ତାହା ପୃଥିବୀସ୍ଥ ସକଳ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଶ୍ରବଣ କରିବେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଏହି ନଗର ଆମ୍ଭ ପକ୍ଷରେ ଆନନ୍ଦଜନକ କୀର୍ତ୍ତି, ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଓ ଗୌରବ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେବ, ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ପାଇଁ ଯେସବୁ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଓ ଶାନ୍ତି ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବା, ତହିଁ ସକାଶୁ ସେମାନେ ଭୀତ ଓ କମ୍ପିତ ହେବେ।
and to be to/for me to/for name rejoicing to/for praise and to/for beauty to/for all nation [the] land: country/planet which to hear: hear [obj] all [the] welfare which I to make: do [obj] them and to dread and to tremble upon all [the] welfare and upon all [the] peace: well-being which I to make: offer to/for her
10 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏହି ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ‘ଧ୍ୱଂସିତ, ନରଶୂନ୍ୟ ଓ ପଶୁଶୂନ୍ୟ,’ ବୋଲି କହୁଅଛ, ସେଠାରେ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଧ୍ୱଂସିତ, ନରଶୂନ୍ୟ, ନିବାସୀବିହୀନ ଓ ପଶୁଶୂନ୍ୟ ଯିହୁଦାର ନଗରସମୂହରେ ଓ ଯିରୂଶାଲମର ସକଳ ସଡ଼କରେ
thus to say LORD still to hear: hear in/on/with place [the] this which you(m. p.) to say desolate he/she/it from nothing man and from nothing animal in/on/with city Judah and in/on/with outside Jerusalem [the] be desolate: destroyed from nothing man and from nothing to dwell and from nothing animal
11 ଆନନ୍ଦଧ୍ୱନି, ହର୍ଷନାଦ, ବରର ରବ ଓ କନ୍ୟାର ରବ, ପୁଣି ‘ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ କର, କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମଙ୍ଗଳମୟ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କର କରୁଣା ସଦାକାଳସ୍ଥାୟୀ’ ବୋଲି ଯେଉଁମାନେ କହନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ରବ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଗୃହକୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦରୂପ ବଳି ଆଣିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ରବ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଶୁଣାଯିବ। କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ପୂର୍ବକାଳର ନ୍ୟାୟ ଦେଶର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ୱାବସ୍ଥା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବା।

12 ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ଏହି ନରଶୂନ୍ୟ ଓ ପଶୁଶୂନ୍ୟ ଧ୍ୱଂସସ୍ଥାନରେ ଓ ତହିଁର ସକଳ ନଗରରେ, ପୁନର୍ବାର ପଶୁପାଳକମାନଙ୍କର ବସତି ସ୍ଥାନ ହେବ, ସେମାନେ ସେସ୍ଥାନରେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପଲମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ରାମ କରାଇବେ।
thus to say LORD Hosts still to be in/on/with place [the] this [the] desolate from nothing man and till animal and in/on/with all city his pasture to pasture to stretch flock
13 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ପାର୍ବତୀୟ ଦେଶର ନଗରସମୂହରେ, ନିମ୍ନ ଭୂମିର ନଗରମାନରେ ଓ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ସକଳ ନଗରରେ ଓ ବିନ୍ୟାମୀନ୍ ଦେଶରେ ଓ ଯିରୂଶାଲମର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ନଗରମାନରେ, ମେଷଗଣନାକାରୀ ଲୋକର ହସ୍ତାଧୀନରେ ମେଷପଲ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଗତାୟାତ କରିବେ।
in/on/with city [the] mountain: hill country in/on/with city [the] Shephelah and in/on/with city [the] Negeb and in/on/with land: country/planet Benjamin and in/on/with around Jerusalem and in/on/with city Judah still to pass [the] flock upon hand to count to say LORD
14 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶ ଓ ଯିହୁଦା ବଂଶ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧରେ ଯେଉଁ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ବାକ୍ୟ କହିଅଛୁ, ଆମ୍ଭର ତାହା ସଫଳ କରିବାର ସମୟ ଆସୁଅଛି।
behold day to come (in): come utterance LORD and to arise: establish [obj] [the] word: promised [the] pleasant which to speak: promise to(wards) house: household Israel and upon house: household Judah
15 ସେସକଳ ଦିନରେ ଓ ସେହି ସମୟରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦାଉଦ-ବଂଶରେ ଧର୍ମରୂପ ଏକ ଶାଖା ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରାଇବା; ପୁଣି, ସେ ଦେଶରେ ନ୍ୟାୟବିଚାର ଓ ଧର୍ମ ପ୍ରଚଳିତ କରିବେ।

16 ସେହି ସକଳ ଦିନରେ ଯିହୁଦା ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ପାଇବ ଓ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ ନିରାପଦରେ ବାସ କରିବ, ଆଉ ‘ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଧର୍ମ,’ ଏହି ନାମରେ ସେ ବିଖ୍ୟାତ ହେବେ।

17 କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି: ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶୀୟ ସିଂହାସନରେ ଉପବିଷ୍ଟ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ଦାଉଦ ସମ୍ପର୍କୀୟ ପୁରୁଷର ଅଭାବ କଦାପି ହେବ ନାହିଁ,
for thus to say LORD not to cut: lack to/for David man to dwell upon throne house: household Israel
18 କିଅବା ଆମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ହୋମ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ, ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଦାହ ଓ ନିତ୍ୟ ବଳିଦାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଲେବୀୟ ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପର୍କୀୟ ଲୋକର ଅଭାବ ହେବ ନାହିଁ।”
and to/for priest [the] Levi not to cut: lack man from to/for face: before my to ascend: offer up burnt offering and to offer: burn offering and to make sacrifice all [the] day: always
19 ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ଯିରିମୀୟଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଏହି ବାକ୍ୟ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା,
and to be word LORD to(wards) Jeremiah to/for to say
20 “ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯଦି ଦିବସ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଆମ୍ଭର ନିୟମ ଓ ରାତ୍ରି ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଆମ୍ଭର ନିୟମ ଏରୂପ ଭଗ୍ନ କରିପାର ଯେ, ଯଥା ସମୟରେ ଦିବସ କି ରାତ୍ରି ନ ହୁଏ;
thus to say LORD if to break [obj] covenant my [the] day and [obj] covenant my [the] night and to/for lest to be by day and night in/on/with time their
21 ତେବେ ଆମ୍ଭ ଦାସ ଦାଉଦର ସିଂହାସନରେ ବସି ରାଜ୍ୟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତାହାର ସନ୍ତାନର ଅଭାବ ହେବ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ତାହା ସଙ୍ଗେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଯେଉଁ ନିୟମ ଅଛି, ତାହା ମଧ୍ୟ ଭଗ୍ନ କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବ; ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭର ପରିଚାରକ ଲେବୀୟ ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଆମ୍ଭର ନିୟମ ମଧ୍ୟ ଭଗ୍ନ କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବ।

22 ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳସ୍ଥ ସୈନ୍ୟଗଣର ସଂଖ୍ୟା ଯେପରି ଗଣାଯାଇ ନ ପାରେ, କିଅବା ସମୁଦ୍ରର ବାଲି ଯେପରି ମପାଯାଇ ନ ପାରେ, ସେପରି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାର ଦାସ ଦାଉଦର ବଂଶକୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ପରିଚର୍ଯ୍ୟାକାରୀ ଲେବୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବା।”

23 ଆଉ, ଯିରିମୀୟଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଏହି ବାକ୍ୟ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା,
and to be word LORD to(wards) Jeremiah to/for to say
24 “ଏହି ଲୋକମାନେ ଯାହା କହିଅଛନ୍ତି, ତାହା କି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବିବେଚନା କରୁ ନାହଁ? ସେମାନେ କହିଅଛନ୍ତି, ‘ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣାର ମନୋନୀତ ଦୁଇ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଙ୍କୁ ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।’ ଏହିରୂପେ ସେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁଚ୍ଛଜ୍ଞାନ କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ସେମାନେ ଏକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ହୋଇ ଯେପରି ଆଉ ରହିବେ ନାହିଁ।

25 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଯେବେ ଦିବସ ଓ ରାତ୍ରି ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଆମ୍ଭର ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥିର ନ ରହେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯଦି ଆକାଶର ଓ ପୃଥିବୀର ବିଧିସକଳ ନିରୂପଣ କରି ନ ଥାଉ,
thus to say LORD if not covenant my by day and night statute heaven and land: country/planet not to set: make
26 ତାହାହେଲେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯାକୁବର ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ଦାସ ଦାଉଦର ବଂଶକୁ ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ କରି ଅବ୍ରହାମର, ଇସ୍ହାକର ଓ ଯାକୁବର ବଂଶ ଉପରେ ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତାହାର ବଂଶରୁ ଲୋକ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ୱାବସ୍ଥାରୁ ଫେରାଇ ଆଣିବା ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା କରିବା।”
