ଯିଶାଇୟ 46
1 ବେଲ୍ ଦେବତା ଅବନତ ହୁଏ, ନବୋ ନତ ହୁଏ; ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିମାଗଣ ଜନ୍ତୁ ଓ ପଶୁମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଥୁଆ ଯାଇଅଛନ୍ତି; ଯେଉଁ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟମାନ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବୋହି କରି ବୁଲିଲ, ତାହା ବୋଝ ହୋଇଅଛି, କ୍ଳାନ୍ତ ପଶୁ ପ୍ରତି ଭାର ହୋଇଅଛି।
Bel sinketh down; Nebo falleth; Their images are laid upon beasts and cattle; Those that ye once bore are packed upon them; A burden to the weary beast!
2 ସେମାନେ ନତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ଏକତ୍ର ନତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି; ସେମାନେ ଭାର ରକ୍ଷା କରି ପାରିଲେ ନାହିଁ, ମାତ୍ର ଆପେ ବନ୍ଦୀ ହୋଇ ଯାଇଅଛନ୍ତି।
They sink down; they fall together; They cannot rescue the burden; They themselves go into captivity.
3 “ହେ ଯାକୁବ ବଂଶ, ହେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶ ସମସ୍ତେ, ଆମ୍ଭର କଥା ଶୁଣ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଉଦରସ୍ଥାୟୀ ହେବାଠାରୁ ଆମ୍ଭ ଦ୍ୱାରା ବୁହା ଯାଇଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଗର୍ଭରୁ ବହା ଯାଇଅଛ;
Hearken to me, O house of Jacob, And all the remnant of the house of Israel; Ye that have been borne by me from your birth, That have been carried by me from your earliest breath!
4 ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବୃଦ୍ଧାବସ୍ଥା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେହି ଅଟୁ ଓ ପକ୍ୱକେଶ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ହିଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ବୋହିବା; ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଅଛୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ବୋହିବା; ହଁ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ବହିବା ଓ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବା।
Even to your old age I am the same; Even to hoar hairs I will carry you; I have done it, and I will still bear you; I will carry, and will deliver you.
5 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ କାହାର ସଦୃଶ ଓ ସମାନ କରିବ ଓ କାହାର ସଙ୍ଗେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଉପମା ଦେଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସମାନ ହେବା?
To whom will ye liken me, and compare me? Yea, to whom will ye compare me, that we may be like?
6 ସେମାନେ ତୋଡ଼ାରୁ ସୁନା ଢାଳନ୍ତି ଓ ନିକ୍ତିରେ ରୂପା ତୌଲନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ସୁନାରୀକୁ ମୂଲ ଲଗାନ୍ତି ଓ ସେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦେବତା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରେ; ସେମାନେ ଦଣ୍ଡବତ କରି ପୂଜା କରନ୍ତି।
They lavish gold out of the bag, And weigh silver in the balance; They hire a goldsmith, and he maketh it a god; They fall down, yea, they worship it.
7 ସେମାନେ ତାହାକୁ ସ୍କନ୍ଧରେ ବହନ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ତାହାକୁ ବୋହି ତାହାର ସ୍ଥାନରେ ତାହାକୁ ରଖନ୍ତି, ତହିଁରେ ସେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହୁଏ; ସେ ଆପଣା ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ଘୁଞ୍ଚିବ ନାହିଁ; ଆହୁରି, କେହି ତାହାକୁ ଡାକିଲେ ହେଁ ସେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଇ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ସଙ୍କଟରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରି ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।
They lift him upon the shoulder, and carry him; They set him in his place, and there he standeth; From his place he moveth not; Yea, one may cry to him, yet doth he not answer, Nor save him out of his distress.
8 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏହା ସ୍ମରଣ କର ଓ ପୁରୁଷତ୍ୱ ପ୍ରକାଶ କର; ହେ ଅଧର୍ମାଚାରୀମାନେ, ମନରେ କର।
Remember these things, and show yourselves men; Lay them to heart, ye apostates!
9 ପୁରାତନ ବିଷୟସବୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କର; କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ନାହିଁ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ଆମ୍ଭ ତୁଲ୍ୟ କେହି ନାହିଁ;
Remember the former things in ancient times! For I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me.
10 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଶେଷ ବିଷୟ ଆଦିଠାରୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରୁ, ପୁଣି ଯାହା ସାଧିତ ହୋଇ ନାହିଁ, ତାହା ପ୍ରାଚୀନ କାଳରୁ ଜଣାଉ, ଆଉ କହୁ, ‘ଆମ୍ଭର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ସ୍ଥିର ହେବ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାର ସକଳ ମନସ୍କାମନା ସିଦ୍ଧ କରିବା,’
Declaring the end from the beginning; From ancient times the things that were not yet done; Saying, My purpose shall stand, And I will do all my pleasure;
11 ଆମ୍ଭେ ପୂର୍ବ ଦିଗରୁ ଉତ୍କ୍ରୋଶ ପକ୍ଷୀକୁ, ଦୂର ଦେଶରୁ ଆମ୍ଭ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାର ମନୁଷ୍ୟକୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରୁ; ଆମ୍ଭେ କହିଅଛୁ, ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ସିଦ୍ଧ କରିବା; ଆମ୍ଭେ କଳ୍ପନା କରିଅଛୁ, ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ସଫଳ କରିବା।
Calling from the East the eagle, The man that executeth my purpose from a far country; I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.
12 ହେ ଧର୍ମରୁ ଦୂରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ କଠିନାନ୍ତଃକରଣ ଲୋକେ, ଆମ୍ଭର କଥା ଶୁଣ।
Hearken to me, ye stubborn-hearted, That are far from deliverance!
13 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଧର୍ମ ନିକଟକୁ ଆଣୁଅଛୁ, ତାହା ଦୂରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହେବ ନାହିଁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ପରିତ୍ରାଣର ବିଳମ୍ବ ହେବ ନାହିଁ; ଆମ୍ଭର ଗୌରବ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସିୟୋନରେ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା।”
I have brought near my deliverance; it is not far off; My salvation shall not tarry; I will give to Zion salvation, To Israel, my glory.
