ଯିଶାଇୟ 35

1 ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ଓ ଶୂନ୍ୟସ୍ଥାନ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହେବ; ଆଉ, ମରୁଭୂମି ଉଲ୍ଲସିତ ହୋଇ ଗୋଲାପ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲ ହେବ।

Wilderness and parched land, shall be glad for them, —And the waste plain, shall exult, and blossom as the lily:

2 ତାହା ଅତିଶୟ ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲ ହେବ, ପୁଣି ଆନନ୍ଦ ଓ ଗାନ କରି ଉଲ୍ଲସିତ ହେବ; ଲିବାନୋନର ପ୍ରତାପ, କର୍ମିଲ ଓ ଶାରୋଣର ଶୋଭା ତାହାକୁ ଦତ୍ତ ହେବ; ସେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତାପ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ଶୋଭା ଦେଖିବେ।

It shall, blossom abundantly, and exult, Yea with exultation and shouts of triumph, The glory of Lebanon, hath been given to it, The splendour of Carmel, and Sharon, —They, shall see the glory of Yahweh, the splendour of our God.

3 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ହସ୍ତକୁ ସବଳ କର ଓ ଥରଥର ଆଣ୍ଠୁକୁ ସୁସ୍ଥିର କର।

Strengthen ye the weak hands, —The trembling knees, make ye firm:

4 ଭୀତାନ୍ତଃକରଣମାନଙ୍କୁ କୁହ, “ସାହସିକ ହୁଅ, ଭୟ କର ନାହିଁ; ଦେଖ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ପ୍ରତିଶୋଧ ସହିତ, ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିଫଳ ସହିତ ଆସିବେ; ସେ ଆସି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରିତ୍ରାଣ କରିବେ।”

Say to the hurried in heart, Be strong, Do not fear, —Lo! your God, with avenging, doth come, With the recompence of God, He, doth come to save you.

5 ସେତେବେଳେ ଅନ୍ଧମାନଙ୍କର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ପ୍ରସନ୍ନ ହେବ ଓ ବଧିରମାନଙ୍କର କର୍ଣ୍ଣ ମୁକ୍ତ ହେବ।

Then, shall be opened the eyes of the blind, —And, the ears of the deaf, be unstopped:

6 ସେତେବେଳେ ନେଙ୍ଗଡ଼ା ଲୋକ ହରିଣ ପରି ଡିଆଁ ମାରିବ ଓ ଘୁଙ୍ଗାମାନଙ୍କର ଜିହ୍ୱା ଗାନ କରିବ; କାରଣ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରରେ ଜଳ ଓ ମରୁଭୂମିରେ ସ୍ରୋତ ବାହାରିବ।

Then, shall leap as a hart the lame, Then shall shout the tongue of the dumb, For, there have broken forth—In the desert—waters, And streams, in the waste plain:

7 ପୁଣି, ମୃଗତୃଷ୍ଣା ଜଳାଶୟ ହେବ ଓ ଶୁଷ୍କ ଭୂମି ନିର୍ଝରମୟ ହେବ; ଶୃଗାଳମାନଙ୍କର ନିବାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଶୟନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଘାସ, ନଳ ଓ ତଣ୍ଡିବଣ ହେବ।

Then shall the glowing sand, become a lake, And thirsty ground—springs of water, —In the home of the wild dog—its lair, Shall be an enclosure for cane and paper—reed.

8 ପୁଣି, ସେଠାରେ ଏକ ରାଜଦାଣ୍ଡ ଓ ପଥ ହେବ, ତାହା ପବିତ୍ରତାର ପଥ ବୋଲି ବିଖ୍ୟାତ ହେବ; ତାହା କେବଳ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ହେବ, ମାତ୍ର କୌଣସି ଅଶୁଚି ଲୋକ ତହିଁ ଉପରେ ଗମନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ; ପଥିକମାନେ ଓ ଅଜ୍ଞାନମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତହିଁରେ ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ।

And there shall be there, a raised way—even a high road, And the Highroad of Holiness, shall it be called, There shall not pass over it one who is unclean; But He Himself, shall be one of them travelling the road, And the perverse, shall not stray [thereinto].

9 ସେଠାରେ କୌଣସି ସିଂହ ନ ଥିବ, କିଅବା କୌଣସି ହିଂସ୍ରକ ଜନ୍ତୁ ତହିଁ ଉପରକୁ ଯିବ ନାହିଁ, ସେମାନେ ସେଠାରେ ଦେଖାଯିବେ ନାହିଁ; ମାତ୍ର ମୁକ୍ତିପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନେ ସେଠାରେ ଗମନ କରିବେ;

There shall be, there, no lion, Nor shall ravenous beast, go up thereon, It shall not be found, there, —Thus, shall travel the redeemed;

10 ପୁଣି, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିସ୍ତାରିତ ଲୋକମାନେ ଫେରି ଆସିବେ ଓ ଗାନ କରୁ କରୁ ସିୟୋନରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେବେ ଓ ନିତ୍ୟସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଆନନ୍ଦ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ମସ୍ତକର ଭୂଷଣ ହେବ; ସେମାନେ ଆନନ୍ଦ ଓ ଆହ୍ଲାଦ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେବେ, ପୁଣି ଶୋକ ଓ ଆର୍ତ୍ତସ୍ୱର ଦୂରକୁ ପଳାଇଯିବ।

And the ransomed of Yahweh! shall return, And shall enter Zion with shouting, With gladness age-abiding, upon their head, Joy and gladness shall overtake them, And sorrow and sighing, shall flee away.
