ଯିହିଜିକଲ ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦବକ୍ତାଙ୍କ ପୁସ୍ତକ 34

1 ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ମୋʼ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା, ଯଥା;

And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

2 “ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପାଳକମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍‍ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚାର କର, ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍‍ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚାର କର ଓ ସେହି ପାଳକମାନଙ୍କୁ କୁହ, ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଯେଉଁ ପାଳକମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଳନ କରୁଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ସନ୍ତାପର ପାତ୍ର! ମେଷଗଣକୁ ପାଳନ କରିବାର କି ପାଳକମାନଙ୍କର କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ?

Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say to the shepherds, Thus says the Lord God; O shepherds of Israel, do shepherds feed themselves? do not the shepherds feed the sheep?

3 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମେଦ ଖାଉଅଛ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମେଷର ଲୋମ ପରିଧାନ କରୁଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ହୃଷ୍ଟପୁଷ୍ଟ ଜନ୍ତୁ ମାରୁଅଛ, ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମେଷଗଣକୁ ପାଳନ କରୁ ନାହଁ।

Behold, you feed on the milk, and clothe yourselves with the wool, and kill the fat: but you feed not my sheep.

4 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଅସୁସ୍ଥମାନଙ୍କୁ ସବଳ କରି ନାହଁ ଓ ପୀଡ଼ିତମାନଙ୍କର ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରି ନାହଁ ଓ ଭଗ୍ନାଙ୍ଗର କ୍ଷତ ବାନ୍ଧି ନାହଁ ଓ ଯେ ତାଡ଼ିତ ହେଲା, ତାହାକୁ ଫେରାଇ ଆଣି ନାହଁ, କିଅବା ଯେ ହଜିଗଲା, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାକୁ ଖୋଜି ନାହଁ; ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବଳରେ ଓ କଠୋରତାରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଶାସନ କରିଅଛ।

The weak one you have not strengthened, and the sick you have not cherished, and the bruised you have not bound up, and the stray one you have not turned back, and the lost you have not sought; and the strong you have wearied with labour.

5 ପୁଣି, କେହି ପାଳକ ନ ଥିବାରୁ ସେମାନେ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହୋଇଗଲେ ଓ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରସ୍ଥ ପଶୁଗଣର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ହୋଇ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହେଲେ।

And my sheep were scattered, because there were no shepherds: and they became meat to all the wild beasts of the field.

6 ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷଗଣ ପର୍ବତ ସକଳରେ ଓ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଗିରିରେ ଭ୍ରମଣ କଲେ; ହଁ, ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷମାନେ ପୃଥିବୀର ସବୁଆଡ଼େ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହୋଇଗଲେ; ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖୋଜିବାକୁ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପଛେ ପଛେ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରିବାକୁ କେହି ନ ଥିଲା।

And my sheep were scattered on every mountain, and on every high hill: yes, they were scattered on the face of the earth, and there was none to seek them out, nor to bring them back.

7 ଏହେତୁ ହେ ପାଳକଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ଶୁଣ;

Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the Lord.

8 ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଜୀବିତ ଥିବା ପ୍ରମାଣେ, ନିଶ୍ଚୟ କେହି ପାଳକ ନ ଥିବାରୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷମାନେ ଲୁଟିତ ହେଲେ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷମାନେ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରସ୍ଥ ପଶୁସକଳର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ହେଲେ, ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭର ପାଳକଗଣ ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖୋଜିଲେ ନାହିଁ, ମାତ୍ର ପାଳକଗଣ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଳନ କରି ଆମ୍ଭ ମେଷମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଳନ କଲେ ନାହିଁ;

[As] I live, says the Lord God, surely because my sheep became a prey, and my sheep became meat to all the wild beasts of the field, because there were no shepherds, and the shepherds sought not out my sheep, and the shepherds fed themselves, but fed not my sheep.

9 ଏଥିପାଇଁ ହେ ପାଳକଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ଶୁଣ;

For this cause, O shepherds,

10 ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ପାଳକମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ଅଟୁ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରୁ ଆମ୍ଭ ମେଷଗଣକୁ ଆଦାୟ କରିବା, ଆଉ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମେଷପାଳନ କର୍ମରୁ ଚ୍ୟୁତ କରିବା ଓ ସେହି ପାଳକମାନେ ଆଉ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଳନ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ; ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମୁଖରୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷଗଣକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ।

thus says the Lord God, Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my sheep at their hands, and will turn them back that they shall not feed my sheep, and the shepherds shall no longer feed them; and I will deliver my sheep out of their mouth, and they shall no longer be meat for them.

11 କାରଣ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିଜେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ନିଜ ମେଷଗଣର ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କର ତତ୍ତ୍ୱାନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରିବା।

For thus says the Lord God, Behold, I will seek out my sheep, and will visit them.

12 କୌଣସି ପାଳକ ଆପଣା ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ମେଷଗଣର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ଦିନ ଯେପରି ଆପଣା ପଲର ତତ୍ତ୍ୱାନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରେ, ସେହିପରି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ମେଷଗଣର ତତ୍ତ୍ୱାନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରିବା; ଆଉ, ମେଘାଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ ଓ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ଦିନରେ ସେମାନେ ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେହି ସକଳ ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବା।

As the shepherd seeks his flock, in the day when there is darkness and cloud, in the midst of the sheep that are separated: so will I seek out my sheep, and will bring them back from every place where they were scattered in the day of cloud and darkness.

13 ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ନାନା ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିବା ଓ ନାନା ଦେଶରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ ଦେଶକୁ ଆଣିବା, ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପର୍ବତ ସକଳରେ, ଜଳପ୍ରବାହର ନିକଟରେ ଓ ଦେଶର ସକଳ ବସତି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଚରାଇବା।

And I will bring them out from the Gentiles, and will gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land, and will feed them upon the mountains of Israel, and in the valleys, and in every inhabited place of the land.

14 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଉତ୍ତମ ଚରାଣୀ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚରାଇବା, ପୁଣି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥଳୀର ପର୍ବତଗଣର ଉପରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଖୁଆଡ଼ ହେବ; ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସେମାନେ ଉତ୍ତମ ଖୁଆଡ଼ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶୟନ କରିବେ ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପର୍ବତମାନର ଉପରେ ପୁଷ୍ଟିକର ଚରାଣୀ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସେମାନେ ଚରିବେ।

I will feed them in a good pasture, on a high mountain of Israel: and their folds shall be there, and they shall lie down, and there shall they rest in perfect prosperity, and they shall feed in a fat pasture on the mountains of Israel.

15 ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିଜେ ଆପଣା ମେଷଗଣକୁ ଚରାଇବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶୟନ କରାଇବା।

I will feed my sheep, and I will cause them to rest; and they shall know that I am the Lord: thus says the Lord God.

16 ଯେ ହଜିଥିଲା, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହାର ଅନ୍ଵେଷଣ କରିବା ଓ ଯେ ତାଡ଼ିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା, ତାହାକୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଆଣିବା, ପୁଣି, ଭଗ୍ନାଙ୍ଗର କ୍ଷତ ବାନ୍ଧିବା ଓ ପୀଡ଼ିତକୁ ସବଳ କରିବା, ଆଉ ହୃଷ୍ଟପୁଷ୍ଟ ଓ ବଳବାନକୁ ସଂହାର କରିବା; ଆମ୍ଭେ ନ୍ୟାୟମତେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଳନ କରିବା।

I will seek that which is lost, and I will recover the stray one, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen the fainting, and will guard the strong, and will feed them with judgement.

17 ପୁଣି, ହେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପଲ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ପଶୁ ଓ ପଶୁର ମଧ୍ୟରେ, ମେଷ ଓ ଛାଗଗଣର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଚାର କରୁ।

And [as for] you, you sheep, thus says the Lord God, Behold, I will distinguish between sheep and sheep, [between] rams and he-goats.

18 ଉତ୍ତମ ଚରାଣୀ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଚରିବାର, ମାତ୍ର ଚରାଣୀର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶ ପାଦ ତଳେ ଦଳିବାର ଓ ନିର୍ମଳ ଜଳ ପାନ କରିବାର, ମାତ୍ର ତହିଁର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶ ଆପଣା ପାଦରେ ଗୋଳିଆ କରିବାର, ଏହା କି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ବିଷୟ ଦିଶୁଅଛି?

And [is it] not enough for you that you fed on the good pasture, that you trampled with your feet the remnant of your pasture? and [that] you drank the standing water, [that] you disturbed the residue with your feet?

19 ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯାହା ପାଦରେ ଦଳିଅଛ, ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷଗଣ ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ଯାହା ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପାଦରେ ଗୋଳିଆ କରିଅଛ, ତାହା ସେମାନେ ପାନ କରନ୍ତି।

So my sheep fed on that which you had trampled with your feet; and they drank the water that had been disturbed by your feet.

20 ଏହେତୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ ଆମ୍ଭେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ହୃଷ୍ଟପୁଷ୍ଟ ମେଣ୍ଢା ଓ କ୍ଷୀଣ ମେଣ୍ଢା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଚାର କରିବା।

Therefore thus says the Lord God; Behold, I will separate between the strong sheep and the weak sheep.

21 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ଓ ସ୍କନ୍ଧରେ ପୀଡ଼ିତମାନଙ୍କୁ ଠେଲି ଦେଉଅଛ ଓ ବାହାରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ନ କରିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣା ଶୃଙ୍ଗରେ ପେଲି ଦେଉଅଛ;

You did thrust with your sides and shoulders, and pushed with your horns, and you cruelly treated all the sick.

22 ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପଲକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ଆଉ ଲୁଟିତ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ମେଷର ଓ ମେଷର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଚାର କରିବା।

Therefore I will save my sheep, and they shall not be any more for a prey; and will judge between ram and ram.

23 ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଏକ ପାଳକ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍, ଆମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚରାଇବ ଓ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପାଳକ ହେବ।

And I will raise up one shepherd over them, and he shall tend them, [even] my servant David, and he shall be their shepherd;

24 ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ହେବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ଦାଉଦ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଧିପତି ହେବ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହା କହିଅଛୁ।

and I the Lord will be to them a God, and David a prince in the midst of them; I the Lord have spoken it.

25 ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରେ ଶାନ୍ତିର ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥିର କରିବା ଓ ହିଂସ୍ରକ ପଶୁଗଣକୁ ଦେଶରୁ ଶେଷ କରିବା; ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ନିରାପଦରେ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରରେ ବାସ କରିବେ ଓ ବନରେ ଶୟନ କରିବେ।

And I will make with David a covenant of peace and I will utterly destroy evil beasts from off the land; and they shall dwell in the wilderness, and sleep in the forests.

26 ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ପର୍ବତର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥିତ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ସ୍ୱରୂପ କରିବା; ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯଥା ସମୟରେ ଜଳଧାରା ବର୍ଷାଇବା; ତାହା ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦର ଜଳଧାରା ହେବ।

And I will settle them round about my mountain; and I will give you the rain, the rain of blessing.

27 ଆଉ, କ୍ଷେତ୍ରସ୍ଥ ବୃକ୍ଷଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଫଳ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବେ ଓ ଭୂମି ଶସ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବ, ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ ନିରାପଦରେ ରହିବେ; ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଯୁଆଳିର ଖିଲ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଲେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦାସତ୍ୱ କରାଇବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ, ଏହା ସେମାନେ ଜାଣିବେ।

And the trees that are in the field shall yield their fruit, and the earth shall yield her strength, and they shall dwell in the confidence of peace on their land, and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I have broken their yoke; and I will deliver them out of the hand of those that enslaved them.

28 ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ଆଉ ଅନ୍ୟଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କର ଲୁଟ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ପୃଥିବୀସ୍ଥ ପଶୁମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ; ମାତ୍ର ସେମାନେ ନିରାପଦରେ ବାସ କରିବେ ଓ କେହି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ ଦେଖାଇବେ ନାହିଁ।

And they shall no more be a spoil to the nations, and the wild beasts of the land shall no more at all devour them; and they shall dwell safely, and there shall be none to make them afraid.

29 ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସୁଖ୍ୟାତି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଉଦ୍ୟାନ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ଦେଶରେ ଦୁର୍ଭିକ୍ଷ ସକାଶୁ ଆଉ କ୍ଷୟ ପାଇବେ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ଅନ୍ୟଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କର ଅପମାନ ଆଉ ଭୋଗ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ।

And I will raise up for them a plant of peace, and they shall no more perish with hunger upon the land, and they shall no more bear the reproach of the nations.

30 ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଯେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସହବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଅଟୁ ଓ ସେମାନେ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶ ଯେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଲୋକ ଅଟନ୍ତି, ଏହା ସେମାନେ ଜାଣିବେ, ଏହା ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।

And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, and they my people. O house of Israel, says the Lord God,

31 ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷ, ଆମ୍ଭର ଚରାଣୀ ସ୍ଥାନର ମେଷ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଅଟ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଟୁ, ଏହା ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।”

you are my sheep, even the sheep of my flock, and I am the Lord your God, says the Lord God.
