ଯିହିଜିକଲ ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦବକ୍ତାଙ୍କ ପୁସ୍ତକ 28
1 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ପୁନର୍ବାର ମୋʼ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା ଏବଂ ସେ କହିଲେ,
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
2 “ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସୋରର ଅଧିପତିକୁ କୁହ, ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି: ତୁମ୍ଭର ଚିତ୍ତ ଗର୍ବିତ ହୋଇଅଛି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ କହିଅଛ, ‘ମୁଁ ଈଶ୍ୱର ଅଟେ, ମୁଁ ସମୁଦ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥାନରେ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଆସନରେ ବସିଅଛି,’ ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଚିତ୍ତକୁ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଚିତ୍ତ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ବୋଲି ମଣିଲେ ହେଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତ ଈଶ୍ୱର ନୁହଁ, ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ମାତ୍ର ଅଟ।
'Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyre: Thus saith the Lord GOD: Because thy heart is lifted up, and thou hast said: I am a god, I sit in the seat of God, in the heart of the seas; yet thou art man, and not God, though thou didst set thy heart as the heart of God —
3 ଦେଖ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦାନିୟେଲ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଜ୍ଞାନୀ; କୌଣସି ନିଗୂଢ଼ କଥା ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରୁ ଗୋପନ କରି ନ ପାରନ୍ତି:
Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel! there is no secret that they can hide from thee!
4 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଜ୍ଞାନ ଓ ବୁଦ୍ଧି ଦ୍ୱାରା ଧନ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଅଛ ଓ ଆପଣା ଭଣ୍ଡାରରେ ସୁନା ଓ ରୂପା ସଞ୍ଚୟ କରିଅଛ;
By thy wisdom and by thy discernment thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures;
5 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାର ମହା ଜ୍ଞାନ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଓ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆପଣାର ଧନ ବଢ଼ାଇଅଛ, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଧନ ସକାଶୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଚିତ୍ତ ଗର୍ବିତ ହୋଇଅଛି।
In thy great wisdom by thy traffic hast thou increased thy riches, and thy heart is lifted up because of thy riches —
6 ଏଥିପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଚିତ୍ତକୁ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଚିତ୍ତ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ବୋଲି ମଣିବା ସକାଶୁ,
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD: Because thou hast set thy heart as the heart of God;
7 ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ବିଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ, ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଗଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଆଣିବା; ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଜ୍ଞାନରୂପ ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳରେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଖଡ୍ଗ ନିଷ୍କୋଷ କରିବେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶୋଭା ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟ କରିବେ।
Therefore, behold, I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations; and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness.
8 ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଗର୍ତ୍ତକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇ ଆଣିବେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମୁଦ୍ରମାନଙ୍କର ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥାନରେ ହତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁଭୋଗ କରିବ।
They shall bring thee down to the pit; and thou shalt die the deaths of them that are slain, in the heart of the seas.
9 ତଥାପି ତୁମ୍ଭେ କି ଆପଣା ବଧକାରୀର ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ କହିବ, ‘ମୁଁ ଈଶ୍ୱର?’ ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତ ଆପଣା ଆଘାତକାରୀର ହସ୍ତରେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ମାତ୍ର ଅଟ, ଈଶ୍ୱର ନୁହଁ।
Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee: I am God? But thou art man, and not God, in the hand of them that defile thee.
10 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବିଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ଅସୁନ୍ନତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ମରିବ; କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହା କହିଅଛୁ, ଏହା ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।”
Thou shalt die the deaths of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers; for I have spoken, saith the Lord GOD.'
11 ଆହୁରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ମୋʼ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା ଏବଂ ସେ କହିଲେ,
Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
12 “ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସୋରର ରାଜା ବିଷୟରେ ବିଳାପ କର ଓ ତାହାକୁ କୁହ, ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜ୍ଞାନରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଓ ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ସିଦ୍ଧ, ଉଭୟର ମୁଦ୍ରାଙ୍କ କରୁଅଛ।
'Son of man, take up a lamentation for the king of Tyre, and say unto him: Thus saith the Lord GOD: Thou seal most accurate, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty,
13 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ୟାନ ଏଦନରେ ଥିଲ; ଚୁଣୀ, ପୀତମଣି ଓ ହୀରକ, ବୈଦୁର୍ଯ୍ୟମଣି, ଗୋମେଦକ ଓ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟକାନ୍ତ, ନୀଳକାନ୍ତ, ପଦ୍ମରାଗ ଓ ମରକତ ଆଦି ଯାବତୀୟ ବହୁମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଓ ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଆଚ୍ଛାଦନ ଥିଲା; ତୁମ୍ଭର ତବଲ ଓ ବଂଶୀର ଶିଳ୍ପକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିଲା; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସୃଷ୍ଟ ହେବା ଦିନ ସେହି ସବୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଥିଲା।
thou wast in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the carnelian, the topaz, and the emerald, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the carbuncle, and the smaragd, and gold; the workmanship of thy settings and of thy sockets was in thee, in the day that thou wast created they were prepared.
14 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆଚ୍ଛାଦନକାରୀ ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତ କିରୂବ ଥିଲ; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସ୍ଥାପନ କଲୁ, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ପର୍ବତ ଉପରେ ଥିଲ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅଗ୍ନିମୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତରସକଳର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗମନାଗମନ କଲ।
Thou wast the far-covering cherub; and I set thee, so that thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of stones of fire.
15 ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଧର୍ମ ଦେଖାଯିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ସୃଷ୍ଟି ଦିନଠାରୁ ଆପଣା ଆଚରଣରେ ସିଦ୍ଧ ଥିଲ।
Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till unrighteousness was found in thee.
16 ତୁମ୍ଭ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟର ବାହୁଲ୍ୟରେ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଆଭ୍ୟନ୍ତର ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କଲେ, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପାପ କରିଅଛ; ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅଶୁଚି ବସ୍ତୁ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପର୍ବତରୁ ପକାଇ ଦେଇଅଛୁ; ଆଉ ହେ ଆଚ୍ଛାଦନକାରୀ କିରୂବ, ଅଗ୍ନିମୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତରସକଳର ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିନାଶ କରିଅଛୁ।
By the multitude of thy traffic they filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned; therefore have I cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God; and I have destroyed thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
17 ତୁମ୍ଭର ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସକାଶୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଚିତ୍ତ ଗର୍ବିତ ହୋଇଅଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାର ଶୋଭା ସକାଶୁ ନିଜ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟ କରିଅଛ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଭୂମିରେ ନିକ୍ଷେପ କରିଅଛୁ, ରାଜାମାନେ ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦେଖିବେ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ରଖିଅଛୁ।
Thy heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness; I have cast thee to the ground, I have laid thee before kings, that they may gaze upon thee.
18 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାର ଅଧର୍ମର ବାହୁଲ୍ୟରେ, ନିଜ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ବିଷୟକ ଅନ୍ୟାୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆପଣାର ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନସକଳ ଅପବିତ୍ର କରିଅଛ; ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଅଗ୍ନି ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଅଛୁ, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିଅଛି, ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦର୍ଶନକାରୀ ସକଳର ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ଭୂମିରେ ଭସ୍ମ କରିଅଛୁ।
By the multitude of thine iniquities, in the unrighteousness of thy traffic, thou hast profaned thy sanctuaries; therefore have I brought forth a fire from the midst of thee, it hath devoured thee, and I have turned thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
19 ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଗଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଜାଣନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ସମସ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିଷୟରେ ବିସ୍ମୟାପନ୍ନ ହେବେ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ହୋଇଅଛ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆଉ କେବେ ନ ଥିବ।”
All they that know thee among the peoples shall be appalled at thee; thou art become a terror, and thou shalt never be any more.'
20 ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଏହି ବାକ୍ୟ ମୋʼ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା,
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
21 “ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସୀଦୋନ ପ୍ରତି ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ରଖି ତାହା ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚାର କର;
'Son of man, set thy face toward Zidon, and prophesy against it,
22 ଆଉ କୁହ, ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ହେ ସୀଦୋନ, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ଅଟୁ; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗୌରବାନ୍ୱିତ ହେବା; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେତେବେଳେ ନଗର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦଣ୍ଡାଜ୍ଞା ସଫଳ କରିବା ଓ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପବିତ୍ର ରୂପେ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବା, ସେତେବେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ, ଏହା ଲୋକମାନେ ଜାଣିବେ।
and say: Thus saith the Lord GOD: Behold, I am against thee, O Zidon, and I will be glorified in the midst of thee; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall have executed judgments in her, and shall be sanctified in her.
23 କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ନଗର ମଧ୍ୟକୁ ମହାମାରୀ ଓ ତାହାର ସମସ୍ତ ଛକକୁ ରକ୍ତ ପଠାଇବା; ପୁଣି, ତାହାର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥିତ ଖଡ୍ଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆହତ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପତିତ ହେବେ; ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ, ଏହା ଲୋକମାନେ ଜାଣିବେ।
For I will send into her pestilence and blood in her streets; and the wounded shall fall in the midst of her by the sword upon her on every side; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
24 ପୁଣି, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥିତ ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅବଜ୍ଞା କଲେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଶୂଳଜନକ କାନକୋଳି କଣ୍ଟା ଅଥବା ବ୍ୟଥାଦାୟକ କଣ୍ଟକ ଆଉ ନୋହିବ; ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ, ଏହା ସେମାନେ ଜାଣିବେ।
And there shall be no more a pricking brier unto the house of Israel, nor a piercing thorn of any that are round about them, that did have them in disdain; and they shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
25 ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଯେଉଁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଗଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଯେତେବେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିବା ଓ ନାନା ଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପବିତ୍ର ରୂପେ ପ୍ରତିପନ୍ନ ହେବା, ସେତେବେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିଜ ଦାସ ଯାକୁବକୁ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲୁ, ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କର ସେହି ଦେଶରେ ବାସ କରିବେ।
Thus saith the Lord GOD: When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the nations, then shall they dwell in their own land which I gave to My servant Jacob.
26 ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନିରାପଦରେ ବାସ କରିବେ; ହଁ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅବଜ୍ଞାକାରୀ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥିତ ସକଳ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଦଣ୍ଡାଜ୍ଞା ସଫଳ କଲା ଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେମାନେ ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବେ ଓ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବେ, ଆଉ ନିରାପଦରେ ବାସ କରିବେ; ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଟୁ, ଏହା ସେମାନେ ଜାଣିବେ।”
And they shall dwell safely therein, and shall build houses, and plant vineyards; yea, they shall dwell safely; when I have executed judgments upon all those that have them in disdain round about them; and they shall know that I am the LORD their God.'
