ଆମୋଷ 9
1 ମୁଁ ଯଜ୍ଞବେଦି ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଠିଆ ହେବାର ଦେଖିଲି; ଆଉ, ସେ କହିଲେ, “ଦ୍ୱାରର ସମ୍ମୁଖ ସ୍ଥାନ ଯେପରି ହଲିବ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସ୍ତମ୍ଭର ମୁଣ୍ଡାଳିରେ ଆଘାତ କର ଓ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ମସ୍ତକ ଉପରେ ତାହା ଖଣ୍ଡ ଖଣ୍ଡ କରି ପକାଅ; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଶେଷାଂଶକୁ ଖଡ୍ଗରେ ବଧ କରିବା; ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଏକ ଜଣ ହିଁ ପଳାଇ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଏକ ଜଣ ହିଁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବ ନାହିଁ।
Yahweh [showed me another vision. In the vision, ] I saw him standing next to the altar. He said, “Shake the tops of the pillars [of the temple], until they become loose and fall down, so that even the foundation will shake. Then cause the [pieces of the temple] to fall down on the people [who are inside]. I will kill with a sword anyone who [tries to] flee; no one will escape.
2 ସେମାନେ ଖୋଳି ପାତାଳ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗଲେ ହେଁ ସେଠାରୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ହସ୍ତ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧରି ଆଣିବ ଓ ସେମାନେ ଆକାଶ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଉଠିଲେ ହେଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ତଳକୁ ଆଣିବା। (Sheol h7585)
If they dig deep pits in the ground, or if they try to climb up to the sky [in order to escape], I will reach out and grab them. (Sheol h7585)
3 ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ କର୍ମିଲର ଶୃଙ୍ଗରେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଲୁଚାଇଲେ ହେଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେସ୍ଥାନରୁ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧରି ଆଣିବା ଓ ସେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ତଳେ ଲୁଚିଲେ ହେଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେସ୍ଥାନରେ ସର୍ପକୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦଂଶନ କରିବ।
If they go to the top of Carmel [Mountain] to escape, I will search for them and seize them. If they [try to] hide from me at the bottom of the sea, I will command the [huge] sea monster to bite them.
4 ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ୱ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଗଲେ ହେଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେସ୍ଥାନରେ ଖଡ୍ଗକୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା କରିବା, ଆଉ ତାହା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବଧ କରିବ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ନିମନ୍ତେ ନୁହେଁ, ମାତ୍ର ଅମଙ୍ଗଳ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆପଣା ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରଖିବା।”
If their enemies [capture them and] force them to go to other countries, I will command that they be killed there with swords. I am determined [IDM] to get rid of them, not to help them.”
5 କାରଣ ଯେ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରନ୍ତେ, ତାହା ତରଳି ଯାଏ, ଆଉ ତନ୍ନିବାସୀ ସମସ୍ତେ ଶୋକ କରନ୍ତି; ସେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟନ୍ତି; ପୁଣି, ତାହା ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ନଦୀ ପରି ବଢ଼ି ଉଠିବ ଓ ମିସରର ନୀଳ ନଦୀ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ପୁନର୍ବାର ହ୍ରାସ ହେବ।
When the Commander of the armies of angels touches the earth, it melts, and all over the earth [many people die, and the others] mourn for them. [It is as though] Yahweh causes the earth repeatedly to rise and fall like [SIM] the Nile [River] rises and falls.
6 ଯେ ଆକାଶରେ ଆପଣା କୋଠରି ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ଉପରେ ଆପଣା ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରାତପ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; ଯେ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଜଳସମୂହକୁ ଡାକି ପୃଥିବୀ ଉପରେ ଢାଳନ୍ତି; ତାହାଙ୍କର ନାମ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ।
He builds his [beautiful] palace in heaven, and sets/causes the sky to be like a dome over the earth. He scoops up the water from the ocean and [puts it into clouds], and then empties [the clouds] onto the earth. His name is Yahweh.
7 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, “ହେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ,” “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ କି କୂଶୀୟ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ତୁଲ୍ୟ ନୁହଁ? ଆମ୍ଭେ କି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲକୁ ମିସର ଦେଶରୁ ଓ ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ କପ୍ତୋର ଦେଶରୁ ଓ ଅରାମୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ କୀର୍ ଦେଶରୁ ଆଣି ନାହୁଁ?
And Yahweh says, “You people of Israel, you are certainly [RHQ] [now no more important to me] than the people of Ethiopia. I brought your [ancestors] here from Egypt, but I also brought the people of Philistia from Crete [Island], and I brought the people of Syria from the Kir [region].
8 ଦେଖ, ପ୍ରଭୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଏହି ପାପିଷ୍ଠ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଉପରେ ଅଛି ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ପୃଥିବୀରୁ ତାହା ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ କରିବା; କେବଳ ଯାକୁବ ବଂଶକୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିଃଶେଷ ରୂପେ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ କରିବା ନାହିଁ,” ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।
I [SYN], Yahweh the Lord, have seen that you people in the kingdom [of Israel] are very sinful, so I will (destroy you/wipe you off the earth). But I will not get rid of all you descendants [MTY] of Jacob. [That is what will surely happen because] I, Yahweh, have said it.
9 “କାରଣ ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆଜ୍ଞା କରିବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯାବତୀୟ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶକୁ ଚାଲୁଣୀର ଶସ୍ୟକୁ ଚଲାଇବା ପରି ଚଲାଇବା, ତଥାପି ଏକ କଣିକା ଭୂମିରେ ପଡ଼ିବ ନାହିଁ।
When I command it, [it will be as though] I will shake you Israeli people [who are living] in various nations, like [MET] [a farmer] shakes a sieve [to separate] the stone pebbles [from the grain], in order that they do not fall on the ground [with the grain].
10 ଆମ୍ଭ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଯେଉଁ ପାପୀମାନେ କୁହନ୍ତି, ‘ଅମଙ୍ଗଳ ଦୌଡ଼ି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧରିବ ନାହିଁ; କିଅବା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସମ୍ମୁଖବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହେବ ନାହିଁ,’ ସେସମସ୍ତେ ଖଡ୍ଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ହତ ହେବେ।
From among my people, all you sinful people who say, ‘We will not experience disasters; nothing evil will happen to us,’ will be killed by [your enemies’] swords.”
11 ସେଦିନ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦାଉଦର ପତିତ ତମ୍ବୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଉତ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ଓ ତହିଁର ଫଟା ସ୍ଥାନସବୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବା; ପୁଣି, ତାହାର ଉଜାଡ଼ ସ୍ଥାନସବୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଉଠାଇବା ଓ ପୂର୍ବକାଳର ନ୍ୟାୟ ତାହା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା;
“The kingdom [over which King] David [ruled has been destroyed, like] [MET] a house that collapsed and then became ruins. But some day I will cause it to be a kingdom again. I will cause it to prosper again just like it did previously.
12 ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ନାମରେ ଖ୍ୟାତ ଇଦୋମର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶକୁ ଓ ଯାବତୀୟ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀକୁ ଅଧିକାର କରିବେ।” ଏହି କର୍ମର ସାଧନକର୍ତ୍ତା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହା କହନ୍ତି।
When that happens, your [armies] will seize/capture the remaining part of Edom [region] again, and they will also seize the land in other nations that previously belonged to me [MTY]. I, Yahweh, have said [that I will do these things], and I will certainly cause them to happen.
13 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, “ଦେଖ, ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ହଳବାହକ ଶସ୍ୟ କଟାଳିର ପଛେ ଓ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାପେଷକ ବୀଜବୁଣାଳୀର ପଛେ ଲାଗି ରହିବ, ଏପରି ସମୟ ଆସୁଅଛି ଓ ପର୍ବତଗଣ ମିଷ୍ଟ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ଝରାଇବ, ଆଉ ଉପପର୍ବତସକଳ ତରଳି ଯିବେ।
There will be a time [when your crops will grow very well]. Very soon after the crops are harvested, farmers will plow the ground [to plant more crops in it again], and soon after the vineyards are planted, [farmers will harvest] grapes and tread on them [to make wine]. [And because there will be a lot of] wine, [it will seem as though] wine is flowing down from the hills [DOU].
14 ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ୱାବସ୍ଥା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ଧ୍ୱଂସିତ ନଗରସବୁ ପୁନଃନିର୍ମାଣ କରି ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାସ କରିବେ ଓ ସେମାନେ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରି ତହିଁରୁ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ପାନ କରିବେ; ଆହୁରି, ସେମାନେ ଉଦ୍ୟାନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରି ତହିଁର ଫଳ ଭୋଗ କରିବେ।
I will cause you, my Israeli people, to prosper again. You will rebuild your towns and live in them. You will plant vineyards and then drink the wine [made from the grapes that grows in them].
15 ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ ରୋପଣ କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଦେଇଅଛୁ, ତହିଁରୁ ସେମାନେ ଆଉ ଉତ୍ପାଟିତ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ।” ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର କହନ୍ତି।
I will enable you to live [MET] in your land again, the land that I gave to [your ancestors], and never again will you be forced to leave it. [That is what will surely happen because] I, Yahweh, have said it.”
