ପ୍ରଥମ ଶାମୁୟେଲ 11
1 ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ଅମ୍ମୋନୀୟ ନାହଶ୍ ଆସି ଯାବେଶ-ଗିଲୀୟଦ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଛାଉଣି ସ୍ଥାପନ କଲା; ତହିଁରେ ଯାବେଶର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ନାହଶ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଏକ ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥିର କର, ତେବେ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସେବା କରିବା।”
and to ascend: rise Nahash [the] Ammon and to camp upon Jabesh (Jabesh)-gilead and to say all human Jabesh (Gilead) to(wards) Nahash to cut: make(covenant) to/for us covenant and to serve you
2 ତହୁଁ ଅମ୍ମୋନୀୟ ନାହଶ୍ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର କଲା, “ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଉପୁଡ଼ାଗଲେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥିର କରିବି; ଆଉ ମୁଁ ତଦ୍ଦ୍ୱାରା ସମସ୍ତ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଉପରେ ଅପମାନ ଥୋଇବି।”
and to say to(wards) them Nahash [the] Ammon in/on/with this to cut: make(covenant) to/for you in/on/with to dig to/for you all eye right and to set: put her reproach upon all Israel
3 ତେବେ ଯାବେଶର ପ୍ରାଚୀନମାନେ ତାହାକୁ କହିଲେ, “ସାତ ଦିନ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛାଡ଼ିଦିଅ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ସୀମାର ସର୍ବତ୍ର ଦୂତ ପଠାଇବା; ତହିଁରେ କେହି ଯେବେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବାକୁ ନ ଥାଏ, ତେବେ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବାହାର ହୋଇ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିବୁ।”
and to say to(wards) him old: elder Jabesh (Gilead) to slacken to/for us seven day and to send: depart messenger in/on/with all border: area Israel and if nothing to save [obj] us and to come out: come to(wards) you
4 ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ଦୂତମାନେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କ ବାସସ୍ଥାନ ଗିବୀୟାକୁ ଆସି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ କର୍ଣ୍ଣଗୋଚରରେ ସେହି ସବୁ କଥା କହିଲେ; ତହିଁରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ରବ ଉଠାଇ ରୋଦନ କଲେ।
and to come (in): come [the] messenger Gibeah Saul and to speak: speak [the] word: thing in/on/with ear: to ears [the] people and to lift: loud all [the] people [obj] voice their and to weep
5 ଏହି ସମୟରେ ଦେଖ, ଶାଉଲ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରୁ ବଳଦମାନଙ୍କ ପଛେ ଆସୁ ଆସୁ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲେ; ଆଉ ଶାଉଲ ପଚାରିଲେ, “ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର କଅଣ ହେଲା ଯେ, ସେମାନେ ରୋଦନ କରୁଅଛନ୍ତି?” ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ଯାବେଶର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ କଥା ତାଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇଲେ।
and behold Saul to come (in): come after [the] cattle from [the] land: country and to say Saul what? to/for people for to weep and to recount to/for him [obj] word: deed human Jabesh (Gilead)
6 ସେହି କଥା ଶୁଣିବାମାତ୍ରେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଆତ୍ମା ଶାଉଲଙ୍କୁ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ କରନ୍ତେ, ତାଙ୍କର କ୍ରୋଧ ଅତିଶୟ ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱଳିତ ହେଲା।
and to rush spirit God upon Saul (like/as to hear: hear he *Q(K)*) [obj] [the] word [the] these and to be incensed face: anger his much
7 ତହୁଁ ସେ ଏକ ହଳ ବଳଦ ନେଇ ଖଣ୍ଡ ଖଣ୍ଡ କରି କାଟିଲେ ଓ ଦୂତମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ସୀମାର ସର୍ବତ୍ର ତାହା ପଠାଇ କହିଲେ, “ଯେକେହି ବାହାରି ଶାଉଲ ଓ ଶାମୁୟେଲଙ୍କର ପଶ୍ଚାଦ୍ଗମନ ନ କରେ, ତାହାର ବଳଦମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଏହିପରି କରାଯିବ।” ତହୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆଶଙ୍କା ପଡ଼ନ୍ତେ, ସେମାନେ ଏକ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ପରି ବାହାର ହୋଇ ଆସିଲେ।
and to take: take pair cattle and to cut him and to send: depart in/on/with all border: area Israel in/on/with hand [the] messenger to/for to say which nothing he to come out: come after Saul and after Samuel thus to make: do to/for cattle his and to fall: fall dread LORD upon [the] people and to come out: come like/as man one
8 ତେବେ ସେ ବେଷକରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗଣନା କଲେ; ତହିଁରେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ତିନି ଲକ୍ଷ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ତିରିଶ ହଜାର ଲୋକ ହେଲେ।
and to reckon: list them in/on/with Bezek and to be son: descendant/people Israel three hundred thousand and man Judah thirty thousand
9 ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେମାନେ ସେହି ଆଗତ ଦୂତମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯାବେଶ-ଗିଲୀୟଦର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କୁହ, କାଲି ଖରା ବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପାଇବ;” ତହିଁରେ ଦୂତମାନେ ଆସି ଯାବେଶର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ତାହା ଜଣାନ୍ତେ, ସେମାନେ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହେଲେ।
and to say to/for messenger [the] to come (in): come thus to say [emph?] to/for man Jabesh (Jabesh)-gilead tomorrow to be to/for you deliverance: salvation (like/as heat *Q(K)*) [the] sun and to come (in): come [the] messenger and to tell to/for human Jabesh (Gilead) and to rejoice
10 ଏନିମନ୍ତେ ଯାବେଶର ଲୋକମାନେ (ନାହଶ୍କୁ) କହିଲେ, “କାଲି ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ବାହାର ହୋଇ ଯିବା, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିକି ଯାହା ଭଲ ଦିଶେ, ତାହା ଆମ୍ଭ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି କରିବ।”
and to say human Jabesh (Gilead) tomorrow to come out: come to(wards) you and to make: do to/for us like/as all [the] pleasant in/on/with eye: appearance your
11 ପରଦିନ ଶାଉଲ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ତିନି ଦଳ କଲେ; ତେଣୁ ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରଭାତୀୟ ପ୍ରହରରେ ଅମ୍ମୋନୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ଛାଉଣି ମଧ୍ୟକୁ ଯାଇ ଖରାବେଳ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଂହାର କଲେ; ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ଏପରି ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହେଲେ ଯେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଦୁଇ ଜଣ ଏକତ୍ର ରହିଲେ ନାହିଁ।
and to be from morrow and to set: put Saul [obj] [the] people three head: group and to come (in): come in/on/with midst [the] camp in/on/with watch [the] morning and to smite [obj] Ammon till heat [the] day and to be [the] to remain and to scatter and not to remain in/on/with them two unitedness
12 ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ଶାମୁୟେଲଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “କିଏ କହୁଥିଲା କି, ‘ଶାଉଲ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ରାଜା ହେବ?’ ସେହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଣ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବଧ କରିବା।”
and to say [the] people to(wards) Samuel who? [the] to say Saul to reign upon us to give: give [the] human and to die them
13 ମାତ୍ର ଶାଉଲ କହିଲେ, “ଆଜି କୌଣସି ଲୋକର ପ୍ରାଣଦଣ୍ଡ ହେବ ନାହିଁ, କାରଣ ଆଜି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ସାଧନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।”
and to say Saul not to die man: anyone in/on/with day: today [the] this for [the] day: today to make: do LORD deliverance: salvation in/on/with Israel
14 ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ଶାମୁୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ଆସ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଗିଲ୍ଗଲ୍କୁ ଯାଇ ସେଠାରେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ରାଜତ୍ୱ ସ୍ଥିର କରିବା।”
and to say Samuel to(wards) [the] people to go: come! and to go: went [the] Gilgal and to renew there [the] kingship
15 ତହିଁରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ଗିଲ୍ଗଲ୍କୁ ଗଲେ ଓ ସେହି ଗିଲ୍ଗଲ୍ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କୁ ରାଜା କଲେ; ଆଉ ସେସ୍ଥାନରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ସେମାନେ ମଙ୍ଗଳାର୍ଥକ ବଳିଦାନ କଲେ; ପୁଣି, ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଶାଉଲ ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ମହାଆନନ୍ଦ କଲେ।
and to go: went all [the] people [the] Gilgal and to reign there [obj] Saul to/for face: before LORD in/on/with Gilgal and to sacrifice there sacrifice peace offering to/for face: before LORD and to rejoice there Saul and all human Israel till much
