3 Mosebok 1

1 Og Herren ropa på Moses, og tala til honom or møtetjeldet og sagde:

and to call: call to to(wards) Moses and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) him from tent meeting to/for to say

2 «Tala til Israels-folket og seg til deim: «Når nokon av dykk vil koma til Herren med ei offergåva av buskapen, so kann han taka offeret sitt anten av storfeet eller av småfeet.

to speak: speak to(wards) son: descendant/people Israel and to say to(wards) them man for to present: bring from you offering to/for LORD from [the] animal from [the] cattle and from [the] flock to present: bring [obj] offering your

3 Er det eit brennoffer han vil gjeva, og han tek det av storfeet, so skal det vera ein ukse som ikkje hev lyte. Til døri åt møtetjeldet skal han koma med gåva si, so han vert velsedd for Herrens åsyn,

if burnt offering offering his from [the] cattle male unblemished to present: bring him to(wards) entrance tent meeting to present: bring [obj] him to/for acceptance his to/for face: before LORD

4 og han skal leggja handi på hovudet åt offerdyret; då skal gåva hans tekkjast Herren, so han fær nåde.

and to support hand his upon head [the] burnt offering and to accept to/for him to/for to atone upon him

5 So skal han slagta uksen for Herrens åsyn, og Arons-sønerne, prestarne, skal bera fram blodet, og skvetta det rundt ikring på altaret som stend framanfor døri åt møtetjeldet.

and to slaughter [obj] son: young animal [the] cattle to/for face: before LORD and to present: bring son: child Aaron [the] priest [obj] [the] blood and to scatter [obj] [the] blood upon [the] altar around: side which entrance tent meeting

6 Og so skal han flå offerdyret og lema det sund;

and to strip [obj] [the] burnt offering and to cut [obj] her to/for piece her

7 og sønerne åt Aron, øvstepresten, skal kveikja upp eld på altaret, og leggja ved på elden.

and to give: put son: child Aaron [the] priest fire upon [the] altar and to arrange tree: wood upon [the] fire

8 Sidan skal Arons-sønerne, prestarne, leggja kjøtet og hovudet og feittet uppå veden som er lagd på altarelden.

and to arrange son: child Aaron [the] priest [obj] [the] piece [obj] [the] head and [obj] [the] suet upon [the] tree: wood which upon [the] fire which upon [the] altar

9 Innvolen og føterne skal tvåast i vatn, og so skal presten brenna alt saman på altaret; so røyken stig upp mot himmelen; då er det eit brennoffer åt Herren, ein offerret som det angar godt.

and entrails: inner parts his and leg his to wash: wash in/on/with water and to offer: burn [the] priest [obj] [the] all [the] altar [to] burnt offering food offering aroma soothing to/for LORD

10 Tek han brennofferet sitt av småfeet, av sauerne eller geiterne, so skal det vera ein lytelaus ver eller bukk.

and if from [the] flock offering his from [the] sheep or from [the] goat to/for burnt offering male unblemished to present: bring him

11 Den skal han slagta på nordsida åt altaret, for Herrens åsyn, og Arons-sønerne, prestarne, skal skvetta blodet rundt ikring på altaret.

and to slaughter [obj] him upon thigh [the] altar north [to] to/for face: before LORD and to scatter son: child Aaron [the] priest [obj] blood his upon [the] altar around: side

12 So skal han luta upp offerdyret, og lata hovudet og feittet fylgja med, og presten skal leggja luterne uppå veden som er lagd på altarelden.

and to cut [obj] him to/for piece his and [obj] head his and [obj] suet his and to arrange [the] priest [obj] them upon [the] tree: wood which upon [the] fire which upon [the] altar

13 Innvolen og føterne skal dei två i vatn, og so skal presten bera fram alt saman, og brenna det på altaret, so røyken stig upp mot himmelen; då er det er eit brennoffer åt Herren, ein offerret som gjev god ange.

and [the] entrails: inner parts and [the] leg to wash: wash in/on/with water and to present: bring [the] priest [obj] [the] all and to offer: burn [the] altar [to] burnt offering he/she/it food offering aroma soothing to/for LORD

14 Er det fugl han vil taka til brennoffer åt Herren, so skal offergåva han kjem med, vera ei turtelduva eller ein duveunge.

and if from [the] bird burnt offering offering his to/for LORD and to present: bring from [the] turtledove or from son: young animal [the] dove [obj] offering his

15 Presten skal bera fuglen fram åt altaret, og vrida hovudet av honom, og brenna det på altaret; og blodet skal kreistast ut mot altarveggen.

and to present: bring him [the] priest to(wards) [the] altar and to nip [obj] head his and to offer: burn [the] altar [to] and to drain blood his upon wall [the] altar

16 So skal han taka ut krelen med goret som er i, og kasta det attmed altaret, på austsida, der oska er,

and to turn aside: remove [obj] crop his in/on/with plumage her and to throw [obj] her beside [the] altar east [to] to(wards) place [the] ashes

17 og so flekkja fuglen med vengjerne på; deim må han ikkje skjera av. Sidan skal presten brenna fuglen på altaret, på veden som er lagd på elden, so røyken stig upp mot himmelen; då er det eit brennoffer åt Herren, ein offerret som anger godt.

and to cleave [obj] him in/on/with wing his not to separate and to offer: burn [obj] him [the] priest [the] altar [to] upon [the] tree: wood which upon [the] fire burnt offering he/she/it food offering aroma soothing to/for LORD
