Esekiel 28
1 Og Herrens ord kom til meg; han sagde:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
2 Menneskjeson! Seg med fyrsten i Tyrus: So segjer Herren, Herren: Av di at ditt hjarta ovmodar seg, og du segjer: «Eg er ein gud, i Guds høgsæte sit eg midt i havet, » og du er menneskje og ingen gud, endå du set ditt hjarta jamgodt med Guds hjarta
O son of humankind say to [the] ruler of Tyre thus he says - [the] Lord Yahweh because it has been haughty heart your and you have said [am] a god I [the] seat of gods I sit in [the] heart of [the] seas and you [are] a human being and not a god and you have made heart your like [the] heart of a god.
3 - sjå, visare enn Daniel er du; ingen løyndom kann dei dylja for deg;
There! [are] wise you (more than Daniel *Q(K)*) any secret [thing] not people hold dark from you.
4 med din visdom og ditt vit hev du vunne deg rikdom og samla gull og sylv i dine skattkammer;
By wisdom your and by understanding your you have acquired for yourself wealth and you have acquired gold and silver in treasuries your.
5 med din store klokskap i handel hev du auka rikdomen din, og ditt hjarta ovmoda seg av din rikdom -
By [the] greatness of skill your by trading your you have increased wealth your and it has been haughty heart your in wealth your.
6 difor, so segjer Herren, Herren: Av di du sette ditt hjarta jamgodt med Guds hjarta,
Therefore thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because making you heart your like [the] heart of a god.
7 sjå, difor let eg framande koma yver deg, valdsmennerne millom folki, og dei skal draga ut sverdi sine mot din høgprude visdom og vanhelga di pryd.
Therefore here I [am] about to bring on you strangers ruthless [ones] of nations and they will draw swords their on [the] beauty of wisdom your and they will profane splendor your.
8 I gravi skal dei støypa deg ned, og du skal døy ihelslegen manns daude midt uti havet.
To the pit they will bring down you and you will die [the] death of [the] slain in [the] heart of [the] seas.
9 Skal tru du då vil segja: «Eg er ein gud, » beint uppi syni på din banemann, endå du er eit menneskje og ingen gud i handi på din dråpsmann?
¿ Really will you say [am] a god I before killer your and you [are] a human being and not a god in [the] hand of [those who] pierce you.
10 Som u-umskorne døyr, so skal du døy for framandmanns hand; for eg hev tala, segjer Herren, Herren.
[the] deaths of Uncircumcised [men] you will die by [the] hand of strangers for I I have spoken [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
11 Og Herrens ord kom til meg; han sagde:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
12 Menneskjeson! Set i med ein syrgjesong yver Tyrus-kongen! Og du skal segja med honom; so segjer Herren, Herren: Du som var innsigle på den vel tilmåta bygnaden, full av visdom og fullkomen vænleik:
O son of humankind take up a lamentation on [the] king of Tyre and you will say to him thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh you [were one who] seals an example full of wisdom and perfect of beauty.
13 I Eden, Guds hage, var, yverstrådd med dyre steinar av alle slag: Karneol, topas og demant, krysolit, onyks og jaspis, safir, karfunkel, smaragd og gull. Arbeid i drive metall og utskurd prydde deg. Det var laga den dagen du vart skapt.
In Eden [the] garden of God you were [was] every stone precious covering your ruby topaz and emerald chrysolite onyx and jasper sapphire turquoise and beryl and gold [the] workmanship of tambourines your and settings your on you on [the] day are created you they were prepared.
14 Du var ein veldug kerub som gav livd, og eg sette deg til å vera på Guds heilage fjell, millom logande steinar ferdast du.
You [were] a cherub of expansion [one which] covers and I appointed you on [the] mountain of [the] holiness of God you were in [the] middle of stones of fire you walked about.

[were] blameless You in ways your from [the] day are created you until it was found unrighteousness in you.

In [the] abundance of trading your people filled [the] middle of you violence and you sinned and I profaned you from [the] mountain of God and I destroyed you O cherub [one which] covers from [the] middle of [the] stones of fire.
17 Ditt hjarta ovmoda seg av din vænleik, og du spillte din visdom for ditt glim. Til jordi kasta eg deg, framfor augo på kongar lagde eg deg, so dei kunde skoda deg.
It was haughty heart your in beauty your you perverted wisdom your on splendor your on [the] ground I threw you before kings I put you to look on you.
18 Med dine mange misgjerningar, med din urettferdige handel vanhelga du heilagdomarne dine. So let eg eld loga midt utor deg, han skal øyda deg, og eg gjer deg til oska på jordi framfor augo på alle som ser deg.
From [the] greatness of iniquities your by [the] unrighteousness of trading your you profaned sanctuaries your and I brought out fire from [the] midst of you it it consumed you and I made you into ash[es] on the ground to [the] eyes of all [those who] saw you.
19 Alle som kjende deg millom folkeslagi, er forfærde yver deg; ei skræma er du vorten, og du er ikkje til - i all æva.
All [those who] knew you among the peoples they were appalled on you terrors you became and there not [will be] you until perpetuity.
20 Og Herrens ord kom til meg; han sagde:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
21 Menneskjeson! Vend di åsyn mot Sidon og spå imot det!
O son of humankind set face your to Sidon and prophesy on it.
22 Og du skal segja: So segjer Herren, Herren: Sjå, eg finna deg, Sidon, og eg vil syna meg herleg i deg. Og dei skal sanna at eg er Herren, når eg held dom yver det og helgar meg på det.
And you will say thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here I [am] on you O Sidon and I will gain glory in [the] midst of you and people will know that I [am] Yahweh when bring about I on it judgments and I will show myself holy in it.
23 Og eg vil senda inn i det sott og blod på gatorne. Og iheldslegne skal falla midt i det for sverd som kjem yver deim rundt ikring, og dei skal sanna at eg er Herren.
And I will send on it a pestilence and blood in streets its and it will fall [the] slain in [the] midst of it by [the] sword on it from round about and they will know that I [am] Yahweh.
24 Og det skal aldri meir vera for Israels-lyden ein stingande klunger eller svidande tistel av alle deira grannar som svivyrder deim. Og dei skal sanna at eg er Herren, Herren.
And not it will belong again to [the] house of Israel a brier [which] pricks and a thorn [which] causes pain from all around them who despise them and they will know that I [am the] Lord Yahweh.
25 So segjer Herren, Herren: Når eg samlar Israels-lyden ifrå folki der som dei er spreidde, då vil eg helga meg på deim framfor augo på folkeslag, og dei skal bu i sitt land som eg gav min tenar Jakob.
Thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh when gather I - [the] house of Israel from the peoples which they have been scattered among them and I will show myself holy among them to [the] eyes of the nations and they will dwell on own land their which I gave to servant my to Jacob.
26 Og dei skal bu der i trygd og byggja hus og planta vinhagar, ja, dei skal bu i trygd, medan eg held dom yver alle deira grannar som vanvyrde deim. Og dei skal sanna at eg, Herren, er deira Gud.
And they will dwell on it to security and they will build houses and they will plant vineyards and they will dwell to security when bring about I judgments on all those [who] despise them from around them and they will know that I [am] Yahweh God their.
