2 Mosebok 39
1 Av purpuret og skarlaket og karmesinet gjorde dei embætsskrud til tenesta i heilagdomen og laga den heilage klædbunaden åt Aron, soleis som Herren hadde sagt Moses fyre.
And of the blue, and the purple, and the scarlet, they made colored garments, to minister in the holy place; and they make the holy garments which [are] for Aaron, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
2 Messehakelen gjorde dei av gull og purpur og skarlak og karmesin og kvitt tvinna lingarn.
And he makes the ephod, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen,
3 Dei hamra gullet ut i plator og klypte det upp til tråd, so det kunde virkast inn i purpuret og skarlaket og karmesinet og det kvite lingarnet med kunstvevnad.
and they expand the plates of gold, and have cut off wires to work in the midst of the blue, and in the midst of the purple, and in the midst of the scarlet, and in the midst of the linen—the work of a designer;
4 So gjorde dei aksleband til å festa innåt messehakelen; med deim vart han hekta i hop på båe endarne.
they have made shoulder-pieces for it, joining; it is joined at its two ends.
5 Livgjordi som var på messehakelen og skulde spennast um honom, var like eins vovi og av same tyet - av gull og purpur og skarlak og karmesin og kvitt tvinna lingarn - soleis som Herren hadde sagt Moses fyre.
And the girdle of his ephod which [is] on it is of the same, according to its work, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
6 So ferda dei til sjohamsteinarne, og felte deim inn i fatingar av tvinna gull. Namni åt Israels-sønerne var inngravne på deim som på ein seglring,
And they prepare the shoham stones, set [with] filigrees of gold, engraved with engravings of a signet—the names of the sons of Israel on [them];
7 og dei vart sette på akslebandi åt messehakelen til minna um Israels-sønerne, soleis som Herren hadde sagt Moses fyre.
and he sets them on the shoulders of the ephod—stones of memorial for the sons of Israel, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
8 So gjorde dei bringeduken. Han var vænt rosa liksom messehakelen, med gull og purpur og skarlak og karmesin og kvitt tvinna lingarn.
And he makes the breastplate, the work of a designer, like the work of the ephod, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen;
9 Firkanta gjorde dei bringeduken og tvilagd; ei spann på lengdi og ei spann på breiddi var han, og tvilagd.
it has been square; they have made the breastplate double, a span its length, and a span its breadth, doubled.
10 Og fire rader med dyre steinar sette dei på honom: I ei rad var ein karneol og ein topas og ein smaragd; det var den fyrste radi.
And they fill four rows of stones in it: a row of a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle [is] the first row;
11 I den andre radi var ein rubin og ein safir og ein beryll,
and the second row an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond;
12 og i den tridje radi ein hyacint og ein agat og ein ametyst,
and the third row an opal, an agate, and an amethyst;
13 og i den fjorde radi ein krysolit og ein sjoham og ein jaspis. Dei vart innfelte i fatingar av tvinna gull.
and the fourth row a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper—set [with] filigrees of gold in their settings.
14 Steinarne var so mange som Israels-sønerne, tolv, so dei svara til talet deira, og på kvar stein var namnet åt ei av dei tolv ætterne inngrave som på ein seglring.
And the stones, according to the names of the sons of Israel, are twelve, according to their names, engravings of a signet, each according to his name, for the twelve tribes.
15 So laga dei lekkjor av skirt gull, slyngde som snorer, til bringeduken.
And they make wreathed chains on the breastplate, [the] work of thick bands of pure gold;
16 Og dei gjorde tvo gullsylgjor og tvo gullringar, og sette ringarne i kvar sitt hyrna på bringeduken.
and they make two filigrees of gold, and two rings of gold, and put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate,
17 Dei tvo gullsnorerne feste dei i dei tvo ringarne som sat i hyrno på bringeduken,
and they put the two thick bands of gold on the two rings on the ends of the breastplate;
18 og dei hine tvo endarne av båe snorerne feste dei i dei tvo sylgjorne, og sylgjorne sette dei på akslebandi åt messehakelen, på framsida.
and they have put the two ends of the two thick bands on the two filigrees, and they put them on the shoulders of the ephod, toward the front of its face.
19 So gjorde dei tvo andre gullringar og sette i dei hine tvo hyrno på bringeduken, på den sida som vender inn imot messehakelen.
And they make two rings of gold, and set [them] on the two ends of the breastplate, on its border, which [is] on the side of the ephod within;
20 Og endå tvo gullringar gjorde dei og sette på båe akslebandi åt messehakelen, nedantil på framsida, der som han var hekta i hop, ovanfor livgjordi,
and they make two rings of gold, and put them on the two shoulders of the ephod below, in front of its front, close by its joining, above the girdle of the ephod;
21 og so batt dei med ei purpursnor ringarne på bringeduken i hop med ringarne på messehakelen, so bringeduken sat ovanfor livgjordi og ikkje kunde rikkast frå messehakelen, soleis som Herren hadde sagt Moses fyre.
and they bind the breastplate by its rings to the rings of the ephod, with a ribbon of blue, to be above the girdle of the ephod, and the breastplate is not loosed from off the ephod, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
22 So gjorde dei prestekjolen, som var til å bera under messehakelen; han var voven og all igjenom av purpur.
And he makes the upper robe of the ephod, the work of a weaver, completely of blue;
23 Midt på honom var det eit halssmog som på ei brynja, og kringum halssmoget ei borda, so han ikkje skulde rivna.
and the opening of the upper robe [is] in its midst, as the opening of a [linen] habergeon, [with] a border for its opening all around; it is not torn;
24 I falden på kjolen sette dei duskar, på gjerd som granateple, av tvinna purpurgarn og skarlak og karmesin,
and they make on the hems of the upper robe pomegranates of blue, and purple, and scarlet, twined.
25 so gjorde dei bjøllor av skirt gull og sette rundt ikring på kjolefalden, millom duskarne:
And they make bells of pure gold, and put the bells in the midst of the pomegranates, on the hems of the upper robe, all around, in the midst of the pomegranates;
26 fyrst ei bjølla og ein dusk, so ei bjølla og ein dusk att, og soleis rundt heile kjolefalden, til å bruka ved gudstenesta, soleis som Herren hadde sagt Moses fyre.
a bell and a pomegranate [and] a bell and a pomegranate [are] on the hems of the upper robe all around, to minister in, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
27 So gjorde dei vovne underkjolar av fint lin til Aron og sønerne hans,
And they make the coats of linen, the work of a weaver, for Aaron and for his sons,
28 og ei kvit linhuva, og prydelege hovudplagg av kvitt lin, og lereftsbrøker av kvitt tvinna lingarn,
and the turban of linen, and the beautiful caps of linen, and the linen trousers, of twined linen,
29 og ei livgjord med rosor av kvitt tvinna lingarn og purpur og skarlak og karmesin, soleis som Herren hadde sagt Moses fyre.
and the girdle of twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, the work of an embroiderer, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
30 So gjorde dei gullspongi, det heilage hovudgullet, og på den grov dei inn, som i ein seglring: «Vigd åt Herren, »
And they make the flower of the holy crown of pure gold, and write a writing on it, engravings of a signet: “Holy to YHWH”;
31 og dei sette ei purpursnor i henne, og feste henne ovantil på huva, soleis som Herren hadde sagt Moses fyre.
and they put a ribbon of blue on it, to put [it] on the turban above, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
32 No var det ferdigt alt det som skulde arbeidast åt møtetjeldhuset, og Israels-folket hadde i eitt og alt gjort det soleis som Herren hadde sagt Moses fyre.
And all the service of the Dwelling Place of the Tent of Meeting is completed; and the sons of Israel do according to all that YHWH has commanded Moses; so they have done.
33 So kom dei då til Moses med huset: tjeldet med alt det som høyrde til det: krokarne og plankarne og tverrstokkarne og stolparne og stabbarne
And they bring in the Dwelling Place to Moses, the tent, and all its vessels, its hooks, its boards, its bars, and its pillars, and its sockets;
34 og det raudlita verskinnstaket og markuskinns-taket og forhengtæpet,
and the covering of rams’ skins, which are made red, and the covering of tachashim skins, and the veil of the covering;
35 lovtavlekista med berestengerne og loket,
the Ark of the Testimony and its poles, and the propitiatory covering;
36 bordet med alle dei ting som høyrde til det, og skodebrødi,
the table, all its vessels, and the Bread of the Presentation;
37 gull-ljosestaken med lamporne som var sette i rad og alt anna som høyrde til,
the pure lampstand, its lamps, the lamps of arrangement, and all its vessels, and the oil for the light.
38 gullaltaret og salvingsoljen og den angande røykjelsen og tæpet til tjelddøri,
And the golden altar, and the anointing oil, and the spice-incense, and the covering of the opening of the tent;
39 koparaltaret med kopargrindi og berestengerne og alt anna som høyrde attåt, balja og foten ho skulde standa på,
the bronze altar and the bronze grate which it has, its poles, and all its vessels, the laver and its base;
40 lereftsgarden til tunet med stolparne og stabbarne som høyrde til og tæpet til tunporten og togi og pålarne og alt det som skulde brukast til den heilage tenesta i gudshuset, i møtetjeldet,
the hangings of the court, its pillars, and its sockets; and the covering for the gate of the court, its cords, and its pins; and all the vessels of the service of the Dwelling Place, for the Tent of Meeting;
41 embætsskrudet til tenesta i heilagdomen, den heilage klædebunaden til Aron, presten, og messeklædi til sønerne hans.
the colored clothes to minister in the holy place, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to act as priest in.
42 Som Herren hadde sagt Moses fyre, heiltupp soleis hadde Israels-folket gjort alt arbeidet.
According to all that YHWH has commanded Moses, so the sons of Israel have done all the service;
43 Og Moses skoda heile verket, og då han såg at det var ferdigt, og at dei i alle måtar hadde gjort det soleis som Herren hadde sagt, so velsigna han deim.
and Moses sees all the work, and behold, they have done it as YHWH has commanded; so they have done. And Moses blesses them.
