Ugubukulo 2
1 “Umyandikila mtumu wa kunani kwa Chapanga mweiyimalila msambi wa vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu va Efeso kula.” “Wenuwu ndi ujumbi wewihuma kwa yula mweikamula ndondo saba muchiwoko chaki cha kulyela na mweigenda pagati ya vibokoselu saba zezitenganizwi kwa zahabu.
To the angel of the assembly in Ephesus write: These things says he that holds the seven stars in his right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden lamps:
2 Nigamanyili matendu gaku goha, nimanyili kukangamala kwaku na kunihengela. Nimanyili kuvya wihotola lepi kuvayidakila vandu vahakau. Uvalingili vala vevakujikemela vene vamitumi na kumbi lepi vamitumi, wamwene uvamanyili kuvya venavo vadese.
I know thy works and [thy] labour, and thine endurance, and that thou canst not bear evil [men]; and thou hast tried them who say that themselves [are] apostles and are not, and hast found them liars;
3 Veve ndi usindimili, ung'aiswi ndava ya liina langu, nambu utotokili lepi.
and endurest, and hast borne for my name's sake, and hast not wearied:
4 Nambu nivii na lijambu limonga kukuvavala veve: Veve uniganili lepi nene amala mwiganana lepi kavili hinu ngati kutumbula.
but I have against thee, that thou hast left thy first love.
5 Hinu, uhololelayi chawavi kwakona uyagili lepi, unga'namukila Chapanga na kuleka uhakau ngati chawavi kadeni. Ngati lepi yati nibwela kwaku na kuwusa chibokoselu kuhuma pandu paki.
Remember therefore whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works: but if not, I am coming to thee, and I will remove thy lamp out of its place, except thou shalt repent.
6 Nambu nihekelela ndava ya chindu ichi chimonga: Veve ukugayomela matendu gala gevihenga Wanikolai ngati chenikugayomela nene.”
But this thou hast, that thou hatest the works of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate.
7 Mweavi na makutu ga kuyuwana na ayuwanayi, hinu ndi ayuwana gala Mpungu Msopi geakuvajovela misambi ya vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu! “Mweihotola yati nikumpela kulya matunda ga mkongo wa wumi weuvi Paladiso mugati ya lidimba la Chapanga kunani.”
He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. To him that overcomes, I will give to him to eat of the tree of life which is in the paradise of God.
8 “Muyandikila mtumu va kunani kwa Chapanga mweiyimalila msambi wa vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu va Simulina.” “Wenuwu ndi ujumbi kuhuma mweavi wa kutumbula na mwishu, mweafwili na hinu avi mumi kavili.
And to the angel of the assembly in Smyrna write: These things says the first and the last, who became dead, and lived:
9 Nimannyili mang'ahiso gako mewawa nimanyili ungangu waku! Nambu kujova chakaka veve una vindu vyamahele, nimannyili chevakukuliga vala vevakujikemela Vayawudi nambu Vayawudi lepi vachakaka, ndi msambi weulongoswa na Setani.
I know thy tribulation and thy poverty; but thou art rich; and the railing of those who say that they themselves are Jews, and are not, but a synagogue of Satan.
10 Ukoto kuyogopa mambu gegakukolela. Yuwanila! Setani igana kuvalinga kwa kuvasopa vangi vinu muchifungu, ndi nyenye yati mung'aika kwa magono kumi. Nambu mvya vasadikika mbaka kufwa kwinu na nene yati nikuvapela wumi ngati njingwa ya kuuhotola.”
Fear nothing [of] what thou art about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to cast of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days. Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give to thee the crown of life.
11 “Mweavi na makutu ga kuyuwana, ayuwana bwina gala Mpungu Msopi geakuvajovela msambi wa vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu!” “Yula mweihotola ago yati iviniswa lepi ng'o na lifwa la pili.”
He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. He that overcomes shall in no wise be injured of the second death.
12 “Muyandikila mtumu wa kunani kwa Chapanga mweiyimalila msambi wa vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu va muji wa Peliganoni, aga ndi geijova.” “Mwenuyo mweavi na upanga weunoliwi pandi zoha:
And to the angel of the assembly in Pergamos write: These things says he that has the sharp two-edged sword:
13 Nipamanyili pandu pewitama, penapo ndi Setani akuvalongosa vandu. Nambu veve wakona uyendalili kulikamula liina langu. Wayibeli lepi sadika yangu kwaku, hati mu magono ga muhengaji wangu Antipa msadikika mweijova ndava yangu, peakomiwi pagati ya muji wenuwo wewilongoswa na Setani.
I know where thou dwellest, where the throne of Satan [is]; and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in the days in which Antipas my faithful witness [was], who was slain among you, where Satan dwells.
14 Nambu nina malovi gadebe gewihenga ganga nihekesa ndava yaku: Vangi vinu ndi valanda va Balaamu mweamuwuli Balaki kuvakulukisa vandu va Isilaeli vambudila Chapanga kwa kulya vyakulya vya luteta lwa chimong'omong'o na kukita ugoni.
But I have a few things against thee: that thou hast there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to cast a snare before the sons of Israel, to eat [of] idol sacrifices and commit fornication.
15 Mewawa, vavi mewa pagati yinu vandu vevilanda mawuliwu ga Wanikolai.
So thou also hast those who hold the doctrine of Nicolaitanes in like manner.
16 Hinu, leka kumbudila Chapanga, ngati wangamung'anamukila, yati nibwela kanyata kutovana na vandu avo na upanga wewihuma mumlomo wangu.”
Repent therefore: but if not, I come to thee quickly, and I will make war with them with the sword of my mouth.
17 “Mweavi na makutu, ayuwana bwina Mpungu Msopi cheakuvajovela msambi wa vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu!” “Yula mweihotola, yati nikumpela chakulya chechikemelewa mana chechifiyiki kunani kwa Chapanga, mewawa yati nikumpela liganga lidebe la msopi, na panani yaki payandikwi liina lamupya kawaka mundu mweimanya, nambu nga vala ndu vevakulipokela.”
He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. To him that overcomes, to him will I give of the hidden manna; and I will give to him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written, which no one knows but he that receives [it].
18 “Umyandikila naha mtumu wa kunani wa msambi wa vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu va Tuatila.” “Wenuwu ndi ujumbi wihuma kwa Mwana wa Chapanga, mweavi mihu geging'asima ngati motu, na magendelu geging'asima ngati shaba yeyiyogoliwi bwina.
And to the angel of the assembly in Thyatira write: These things says the Son of God, he that has his eyes as a flame of fire, and his feet [are] like fine brass:
19 Nimanyili mambu gaku goha. Nimanyili uganu waku, sadika yaku, uhengaji waku na kusindimala kwaku. Nimanyili veve wihenga chabwina neju kuliku kadeni pala.
I know thy works, and love, and faith, and service, and thine endurance, and thy last works [to be] more than the first.
20 Nambu nivii na lijambu limonga kwaku langa nihekesa: Veve ukumsindimalila mdala yula Yezebeli mweakujikemela mlota, mweiwula la kuvayagisa vatumisi vangu vakita ukemi na kulya vyakulya vyevitetiwi kwa chimong'omong'o.
But I have against thee that thou permittest the woman Jezebel, she who calls herself prophetess, and she teaches and leads astray my servants to commit fornication and eat of idol sacrifices.
21 Nimpeli lukumbi lwa kuleka kumbudila Chapanga, nambu ibela kuleka ukemi waki.
And I gave her time that she should repent, and she will not repent of her fornication.
22 Yuwanila! Hinu nikumtova kwa matamu ndalindali mwene pamonga na vayaki vevahengili ukemi nayu yati vipata mang'ahiso gakali, ngati vabeli kuleka kubuda mumatendu gavi gahakau gevahengili.
Behold, I cast her into a bed, and those that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of her works,
23 Kangi yati nikuvakoma valanda, muni misambi ya vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu voha vamanyalila kuvya nene ndi mwenimanya neju mitima na maholo ga vandu yati nikumpela kila mmonga ndava ya matendu gaki.”
and her children will I kill with death; and all the assemblies shall know that I am he that searches [the] reins and [the] hearts; and I will give to you each according to your works.
24 “Nambu vangi nyenye mwemuvi Tuatila mwangalanda mawuliwu ga Yezebeli, na mwangajiwula chila chevikemela mfiyu wa Setani. Nikuvajovela kuvya nikuvatwika lepi ndwika yingi yoyoha ya gala gemuvi nagu.
But to you I say, the rest who [are] in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan, as they say, I do not cast upon you any other burden;
25 Yikuvagana muyima kuyendelela kunisadika na kuniyidakila nene mbaka penibwela.”
but what ye have hold fast till I shall come.
26 Na yula mweihotola kuyendelela kuhenga gala genikugagana mbaka mwishu, yati nikumpela uhotola kulongosa vandu va mulima woha.
And he that overcomes, and he that keeps unto the end my works, to him will I give authority over the nations,
27 Yati akuvalongosa kwa ndonga ya lyuma na kuvahinyana ngati vindu vya ludaka.
and he shall shepherd them with an iron rod; as vessels of pottery are they broken in pieces, as I also have received from my Father;
28 Mewawa yati nikumpela ndondo ya lukela. Ngati chenipokili uhotola kuhuma kwa Dadi wangu.
and I will give to him the morning star.
29 “Mweavi na makutu, hinu ayuwana bwina gala Mpungu Msopi akuujovela msambi wa vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu.”
He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.
