1 Nene namtumi Pauli mwenikemiwi kuvya mtumi lepi kwa kuhaguliwa na vandu mewa lepi kwa makakala ga mundu, nambu kwa uhotola wa Yesu Kilisitu na Chapanga mweamyukisi Yesu,
Paul, an apostle—not from men, nor through man, but through Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead—
2 na valongo voha mwemuvi pamonga na nene, tikuvajambusa msambi wa vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu va ku Galatia.
and all the brothers who are with me, to the assemblies of Galatia:
3 Tikuvaganila uteke na ubwina kuhuma kwa Chapanga Dadi witu na BAMBU witu Yesu Kilisitu.
Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ,
4 Kilisitu ajiwusili mwene avya luteta ndava ya kumbudila kwitu Chapanga ndava ya maganu ga Chapanga Dadi witu muni atisangulayi kuhuma pamulima uwu uhakau wa hinu. (aiōn g165)
who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father— (aiōn g165)
to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
6 Nikangasa neju kulola kuvya kanyata mukumleka wuli Chapanga, mweavakemili nyenye kwa ubwina wa Yesu Kilisitu, na mukulilanda lilovi la Bwina ya namuna yingi.
I marvel that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ to a different “good news”,
7 Chakaka kawaka Lilovi la Bwina la Chapanga lingi, nambu vavi vandu vevakuvayagisa, vevigana kung'anamusa Lilovi la Bwina la Kilisitu.
but there isn’t another “good news.” Only there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the Good News of Christ.
8 Nambu hati ngati mmonga winu amala mtumu kuhuma kunani kwa Chapanga, akavakokosela Lilovi la Bwina chingi na lila letivakokosili tete, hinu mwenuyo apewayi likoto na Chapanga.
But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you any “good news” other than that which we preached to you, let him be cursed.
9 Tamali kuvajovela mambu aga kadeni, na nene nikugawuyila kavili, mundu akavakokosela Lilovi la Bwina lelivii chingi na lila lemwapokili, ndi apewa likoto na Chapanga!
As we have said before, so I now say again: if any man preaches to you any “good news” other than that which you received, let him be cursed.
10 Hinu kujova ago kulangisa kuvya nilonda vandu vaniyidakila? Lepi! Nigana kuyidakiliwa na Chapanga. Amala nilonda kuvaganisa vandu? Kuvya ngati nilonda kuvaganisa vandu, nganivii lepi muhengaji wa Kilisitu.
For am I now seeking the favour of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I wouldn’t be a servant of Christ.
11 Valongo vangu, nikuvagana mumanya kuvya Lilovi la Bwina lenivakokosili lepi ujumbi kuhuma kwa mundu.
But I make known to you, brothers, concerning the Good News which was preached by me, that it is not according to man.
12 Ndava muni nene nakuyipokela kuhuma kwa mundu amala kuwuliwa na mundu, nambu kwa kugubukuliwa na Yesu Kilisitu mwene.
For I didn’t receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came to me through revelation of Jesus Christ.
13 Muni muyuwini malovi ga mambu gangu chanatamili kadeni, mu njila ya Vayawudi ya kumuyupa Chapanga, kuvya nawung'aisi neju msambi wa vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu na kuvakomakesa.
For you have heard of my way of living in time past in the Jews’ religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the assembly of God and ravaged it.
14 Namwene navahotwili vayangu va ntanga yangu mu njila ya Vayawudi ya kumuyupa Chapanga najikangamilisi neju kukamula mivelu ya vagogo vangu.
I advanced in the Jews’ religion beyond many of my own age amongst my countrymen, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
15 Nambu Chapanga, kwa ubwina waki ndi amali kunihagula kwakona nangavelekewa, anikemili nimhengelayi,
But when it was the good pleasure of God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me through his grace,
16 Peanigubukulili Mwana waki muni nikokosa Lilovi la Bwina ndava ya Yesu Kilisitu kwa vandu vangali Vayawudi, changali kuyupa maholo ga vandu,
to reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him amongst the Gentiles, I didn’t immediately confer with flesh and blood,
17 amala changahamba hoti ku Yelusalemu kwa vala vevalongolili kuvya vamitumi, ndi nahambili hoti ku Alabia, kangi nikawuya ku Damasko.
nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went away into Arabia. Then I returned to Damascus.
18 Hinu, payamaliki miyaka yidatu, ndi penakahambili ku Yelusalemu kukonganeka na Kefa mweikemiwa mewa Petili, natamili kwaki mu magono kumi na mhanu.
Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Peter, and stayed with him fifteen days.
19 Nambu namuweni lepi mtumi yungi nga Yakobo mwene, mlongo waki BAMBU.
But of the other apostles I saw no one except James, the Lord’s brother.
20 Genikuvayandikila ndi ga chakaka, Chapanga agamanyili, nikuvajovela lepi ga udese.
Now about the things which I write to you, behold, before God, I’m not lying.
21 Mwanakandahi nihambili ku mulima wa Silia na Kilikia.
Then I came to the regions of Syria and Cilicia.
22 Lukumbi lwenulo, namwene navi nangawonekana na msambi wa vandu vevakumsadika Kilisitu va ku Yudea.
I was still unknown by face to the assemblies of Judea which were in Christ,
23 Chevachimanyili ndi chila ndu chevayuwini, “Mundu yula mweating'aili hoti, hinu akuyikokosa sadika yilayila yeagana kuyiyongomesa!”
but they only heard, “He who once persecuted us now preaches the faith that he once tried to destroy.”
24 Hinu, vakamulumba Chapanga ndava ya nene.
So they glorified God in me.
