1 Hinu nigana kuvayandakila malovi ga kubwela kwaki BAMBU witu Yesu Kilisitu lukumbi Chapanga peakutileta pamonga pahala peavili. Valongo, tikuvayupa neju,
And we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and of our gathering together unto him:
2 mkoto kuvya ngolongondi mumtima yinu, na mkoto kuvya na wogohi ndava ya malovi ga vandu vevijova kuvya ligono la BAMBU limali kuhika. Koto kuvasadika vandu avo hati ngati vakajovayi vapatili mambu ago kwa njila ya ulota na ugubukulo amala balua yeyijovekana yihumili kwitu.
That you be not easily moved from your sense, nor be terrified, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by epistle, as sent from us, as if the day of the Lord were at hand.
3 Mkoto kuyidakila kukongewa na mundu yoyoha yula. Muni ligono lenilo nakuhumila mbaka ligono ilo vandu vamahele pevakumbela Chapanga. Na yula mundu mhakau peihumila. Ndi mweavikiwi motu wa magono goha wangali mwishu.
Let no man deceive you by any means, for unless there come a revolt first, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition,
4 Mwene akukibela panani ya kila chindu chevakuchilola vandu kuvya ndi Chapanga, amala chevakuchigundamila. Hati yati iyingila na kutama mugati ya Nyumba ya Chapanga na kujova ndi Chapanga.
Who opposeth, and is lifted up above all that is called God, or that is worshipped, so that he sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself as if he were God.
5 Wu, mukumbuka lepi kuvya navajovili genago goha lukumbi panavili pamonga na nyenye?
Remember you not, that when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
6 Nambu kuna chindu chechi kumdivalila hinu, na nyenye mchimanyili chindu chenicho. Hinu, Mhakau uyo yati ilolekana lukumbi lwaki lwaluganikiwa.
And now you know what withholdeth, that he may be revealed in his time.
7 Hati ago makakala ga Mhakau uyo gikita lihengu cha mfiyu, nambu yula mhakau yati ilolekana lepi mbaka yula mweakumdivalila peiwusiwa.
For the mystery of iniquity already worketh; only that he who now holdeth, do hold, until he be taken out of the way.
8 Penapo ndi Mundu Mhakau peigubukuliwa, nambu BAMBU Yesu peibwela yati akumkoma kwa mpungu waki na kumhalabisa mukung'asima kwa ukulu waki ibwela naku.
And then that wicked one shall be revealed whom the Lord Jesus shall kill with the spirit of his mouth; and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming, him,
9 Mundu mhakau mwenuyo yati wibwela kwa makakala ga Setani na kukita chinamtiti na makangaso ndalindali ga udese,
Whose coming is according to the working of Satan, in all power, and signs, and lying wonders,
10 na kutumila uhakau woha wa kuvakonga vala veviyaga. Venavo yati viyaga ndava muni vapoki lepi na kuugana uchakaka wula muni vasanguliwa.
And in all seduction of iniquity to them that perish; because they receive not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 Ndava yeniyi Chapanga avavikili vatalaliwa na makakala ga kukongewa, muni vasadika udese.
Therefore God shall send them the operation of error, to believe lying:
12 Hinu ndi vandu voha vevabelili kusadika muchakaka nambu kuhekelela uhakau kumbudila Chapanga, yati vihamuliwa.
That all may be judged who have not believed the truth, but have consented to iniquity.
13 Tiganikiwa kumsengusa Chapanga magono goha ndava yinu nyenye valongo, nyenye mganiwi na BAMBU, muni Chapanga avahagwili kuhumila kadeni muni msanguliwa kwa makakala ga Mpungu Msopi, mkitiwa vandu vaki vamsopi kusadika uchakaka.
But we ought to give thanks to God always for you, brethren, beloved of God, for that God hath chosen you firstfruits unto salvation, in sanctification of the spirit, and faith of the truth:
14 Chapanga avakemalili lijambu lenili kwa njila ya Lilovi la Bwina letavakokosili. Avakemili muni muvyai na pandu pa muunkosi wa BAMBU witu Yesu Kilisitu.
Whereunto also he hath called you by our gospel, unto the purchasing of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
15 Hinu, valongo vitu, mkangamala kuyima na kulanda mawuliwu gatavawuli kwa makokoselu gitu na balua yitu.
Therefore, brethren, stand fast; and hold the traditions which you have learned, whether by word, or by our epistle.
16 Tikumuyupa BAMBU witu Yesu Kilisitu mwene na Chapanga Dadi witu ndi mweatigani kwa ubwina waki na kutikangamalisa mitima kwa kutipela uteke wa magono goha na huvalila ya bwina, (aiōnios g166)
Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God and our Father, who hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation, and good hope in grace, (aiōnios g166)
17 avasangalusa na kuvakangamalisa mitima na kuvapela uhotola kukita na kujova gabwina magono goha gangali mwishu.
Exhort your hearts, and confirm you in every good work and word.
