इजकिएल 6
1 याहवेहको वचन मकहाँ आयो:
And the word of Jehovah came to me, saying:
2 “हे मानिसको छोरा, तेरो अनुहार इस्राएलका पर्वतहरूतिर फर्का; तिनीहरूका विरुद्धमा अगमवाणी गर्,
Son of man, set thy face against the mountains of Israel, and prophesy against them!
3 र भन्: ‘हे इस्राएलका पर्वतहरू हो, प्रभु याहवेहको वचन सुन। पहाडहरू र डाँडाहरूलाई, खोल्साहरू र बेँसीहरूलाई प्रभु याहवेह यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: मैले तिमीहरूका विरुद्धमा तरवार ल्याउन लागेको छु, र तिमीहरूका देवस्थानहरू म नाश गरिदिनेछु।
And say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord Jehovah! Thus saith the Lord Jehovah to the mountains and to the hills, to the plains and to the valleys: Behold, I, even I, will bring the sword upon you, and I will destroy your high places;
4 तिमीहरूका वेदीहरू भत्काइनेछन् र तिमीहरूका धूप-वेदीहरू चकनाचुर पारिनेछन्; अनि म तिमीहरूका मानिसहरूलाई तिमीहरूकै मूर्तिहरूका सामु मार्नेछु।
and your altars shall be desolate, and your sun-images shall be broken; and I will cast down your slain before your idols.
5 म इस्राएलीहरूका लासहरू तिनीहरूका मूर्तिहरूकै सामु राखिदिनेछु; अनि म तिमीहरूका हड्डीहरू तिमीहरूका वेदीहरूका चारैतिर छरपस्ट पारिदिनेछु।
And I will lay the carcasses of the sons of Israel before their idols; and I will scatter your bones round about your altars.
6 तिमीहरू जहाँ बसे तापनि तिमीहरूका सहरहरू उजाड पारिनेछन् र देवस्थानहरू भत्काइनेछन्, र तिमीहरूका वेदीहरू उजाड र क्षत-विक्षत हुनेछन्। तिमीहरूका मूर्तिहरू चकनाचुर हुनेछन् र ध्वस्त पारिनेछन्, तिमीहरूका धूप-वेदीहरू भत्काइनेछन्; अनि तिमीहरूले बनाएका सबै चीजहरू नष्ट हुनेछन्।
In all places where ye dwell shall the cities be laid waste, and the high places be desolate; that your altars may be laid waste and made desolate, and your idols may be broken, and cease, and your sun-images may be cut down, and your works may be destroyed.
7 तिमीहरूका मानिसहरू तिमीहरूकै बीचमा मारिएर लड्नेछन्, तब तिमीहरूले म नै याहवेह हुँ भनी जान्नेछौ।
And the slain shall fall in the midst of you, that ye may know that I am Jehovah.
8 “‘तर म केही मानिसहरूलाई बचाइराख्नेछु; किनकि जब तिमीहरू देश र जाति-जातिहरू बीचमा छरपस्ट हुनेछौ, तब तिमीहरूमध्ये केही तरवारबाट उम्कनेछौ।
Yet will I leave a remnant, that ye may have some that shall have escaped the sword among the nations, when ye shall be scattered through the countries.
9 त्यसपछि कैदमा लगिएका मानिसहरू, जाति-जातिहरूका बीचबाट उम्कनेहरू, जसले मलाई सम्झनेछन्—तिनीहरूका व्यभिचारी हृदयबाट मदेखि अलग भएका छन्; अनि तिनीहरू आकर्षित मूर्तिहरूका पछि लागेका छन्, र तिनीहरूका लोभी नजरहरूको कारण म दुःखित भएको छु। तिनीहरूले गरेका दुष्टता र तिनीहरूका सबै घिनलाग्दा कामहरूका निम्ति तिनीहरू आफ्नै नजरमा घृणित हुनेछन्।
And they of you that escape shall remember me among the nations whither they shall be carried captives, when I have broken their whorish heart which departed from me, and their eyes which went lusting after their idols; and they shall loathe themselves for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.
10 तब तिनीहरूले म नै याहवेह हुँ भनी जान्नेछन्। तिनीहरूमाथि विपत्तिहरू ल्याउँछु भनी मैले व्यर्थैमा धम्की दिएको होइनँ।
Then shall they know that I am Jehovah, and that I have not said in vain, that I would do all this evil to them.
11 “‘प्रभु याहवेह यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: इस्राएलका घरानाका सबै दुष्टता र घिनलाग्दा कामहरूको कारण आफ्ना हातहरू ठटाउँदै र खुट्टाहरू एकसाथ बजारेर भन्, “हाय!” किनकि तिनीहरू तरवार, अनिकाल र रूढीले नष्ट हुनेछन्।
Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Smite upon thy hand, and stamp with thy foot, and say, Alas for all the evil abominations of the house of Israel! for by the sword, by famine, and by pestilence shall they fall.
12 टाढा हुनेहरू रूढीद्वारा मर्नेछन् र नजिक हुनेहरू तरवारले ढल्नेछन्; अनि बाँचेकाहरू र छोडिएकाहरूचाहिँ अनिकालले मर्नेछन्। यसरी म आफ्नो क्रोध तिनीहरूमाथि खन्याउनेछु।
He that is far off shall die by pestilence, and he that is near shall fall by the sword, and he that remaineth and is preserved shall die by famine. Thus will I accomplish my fury upon them.
13 जब तिनीहरूका वेदीहरूका चारैतिर तिनीहरूका मूर्तिहरूका बीचमा, प्रत्येक देवस्थानमा, सबै पहाडहरूमा, तिनीहरूका प्रत्येक झ्याम्म परेको फलाँटका रूखमुनि, तिनीहरूका सबै मूर्तिहरूलाई सुगन्धित धूप चढाएका ठाउँहरूमा र तिनीहरूका मारिएका मानिसहरू छरपस्ट भई छरिरहनेछन्, तब तिनीहरूले म नै याहवेह हुँ भनी जान्नेछन्।
Then shall ye know that I am Jehovah, when their slain men shall be among their idols round about their altars, upon every high hill, upon all the tops of the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every thick oak, in every place where they offered sweet savor to all their idols.
14 अनि म तिनीहरूको विरुद्धमा आफ्नो हात पसार्नेछु, र मरुभूमिदेखि दिब्लासम्म—तिनीहरू जहाँ बसे तापनि देशलाई उजाड पारिदिनेछु। तब तिनीहरूले म नै याहवेह हुँ भनी जान्नेछन्।’”
So will I stretch out my hand against them, and make the land desolate; yea, more desolate than the wilderness toward Diblath, in all their habitations; and they shall know that I am Jehovah.
