जकरिया 9
1 “हद्राकको देशको विषयमा परमप्रभुको यस्तो वचन घोषणा भयो, र उहाँको वचन दमस्कसको विषयमा पनि आयो, किनभने सबै मनुष्यजाति र इस्राएलका सबै कुलहरूका आँखा परमप्रभुतिर छन् ।
The burden of a word of Jehovah against the land of Hadrach, and Demmeseh — his place of rest: (When to Jehovah [is] the eye of man, And of all the tribes of Israel.)
2 दमस्कसको सिमानामा भएको हमात, र टुरोस र सीदोनको निम्ति पनि यो घोषणा हो, किनकि तिनीहरू धेरै बुद्धिमान छन् ।
And also Hamath doth border thereon, Tyre and Zidon, for — very wise!
3 टुरोसले आफैँ एउटा गढी बनाएको छ, र त्यसले सडकहरूमा धुलोसरह चाँदी र माटोसरह निखुर सुन थुपारेको छ ।
And Tyre doth build a bulwark to herself, And doth heap silver as dust, And gold as mire of out-places.
4 हेर! परमप्रभुले त्यसबाट सबै खोस्नुहुनेछ र त्यसको बललाई समुद्रमा नष्ट गर्नुहुनेछ, अनि त्यो आगोले भस्म हुनेछ ।
Lo, the Lord doth dispossess her, And He hath smitten in the sea her force, And she with fire is consumed.
5 अश्कलोनले त्यो देख्नेछ र डराउनेछ! गाजा पनि थर-थर काँप्नेछ! एक्रोनको आशा निराशामा परिणत हुनेछ । गाजाबाट राजा नष्ट हुनेछ, र अश्कलोनमा कोही वास गर्नेछैन!
See doth Ashkelon and fear, Also Gaza, and she is exceedingly pained, Also Ekron — for her expectation dried up, And perished hath a king from Gaza, And Ashkelon doth not remain,
6 अश्दोदमा परदेशीहरूले घर बसाल्नेछन्, र म पलिश्तीहरूको घमण्ड तोडिदिनेछु ।
And dwelt hath a foreigner in Ashdod, And I have cut off the excellency of the Philistines.
7 किनकि म तिनीहरूका मुखबाट रगत र तिनीहरूका दाँतबाट घिनलाग्दा कुराहरू हटाइदिनेछु । तिनीहरू हाम्रा परमेश्वरको निम्ति बाँकी रहेकाहरू, यहूदाको एउटा कुलझैँ हुनेछन्, र एक्रोन यबूसीजस्तै हुनेछ ।
And turned aside his blood from his mouth, His abominations from between his teeth, And he hath remained, even he, to our God, And he hath been as a leader in Judah, And Ekron as a Jebusite.
8 शत्रुका सेनाहरूको विरुद्ध म मेरो भूमिवरिपरि छाउनी लगाउनेछु, ताकि त्यहाँबाट न त कोही छिरोस् वा निस्कोस्, किनकि कोही अत्याचारीले पनि तिनीहरूलाई कुल्चनेछैन, किनभने म मेरै आँखाले नजर लगाउनेछु!
And I have pitched for My house a camp, Because of the passer through, and of the returner, And pass not through against them again doth an exactor, For, now, I have seen with My eyes.
9 ए सियोनकी छोरी अति धेरै आनन्दले कराऊ! यरूशलेमकी छोरी खुशीले कराऊ! हेर! तिम्रा राजा धार्मिकतामा तिमीकहाँ तिमीलाई बचाउन आउँदै हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँ नम्र हुनुहुन्छ र उहाँ गधामाथि, अर्थात् गधाको बछेडामाथि सवार हुनुहुन्छ ।
Rejoice exceedingly, O daughter of Zion, Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem, Lo, thy King doth come to thee, Righteous — and saved is He, Afflicted — and riding on an ass, And on a colt — a son of she-asses.
10 अनि म एफ्राइमबाट रथ र यरूशलेमबाट घोडा हटाइदिनेछु, र युद्धबाट धनु हटाइनेछन्, किनभने उहाँले जाति-जातिमा शान्ति घोषणा गर्नुहुनेछ, र एउटा समुद्रदेखि अर्कोसम्म, र नदीदेखि पृथ्वीको छेउ-छेउसम्म उहाँको प्रभुत्व रहनेछ!
And I have cut off the chariot from Ephraim, And the horse from Jerusalem, Yea, cut off hath been the bow of battle, And he hath spoken peace to nations, And his rule [is] from sea unto sea, And from the river unto the ends of earth.
11 तँसँग मेरो करारको रगतको कारण, ती सुक्खा खाडलबाट म तेरा कैदीहरूलाई मुक्त गरिदिनेछु ।
Also thou — by the blood of thy covenant, I have sent thy prisoners out of the pit, There is no water in it.
12 आशा भएका कैदीहरू, गढीमा फर्क! आज म यो घोषणा गर्दै छु, कि म तिमीहरूलाई दोब्बर फिर्ता गरिदिनेछु,
Turn back to a fenced place, Ye prisoners of the hope, Even to-day a second announcer I restore to thee.
13 किनभने मैले यहूदालाई मेरो धनुझैँ बङ्गाएको छु । मैले मेरो तूणलाई एफ्राइमले भरेको छु । ए सियोन, मैले तेरा छोराहरूलाई ग्रीसका छोराहरूको विरूद्ध उक्साएको छु, र सियोन, मैले तँलाई योद्धाको तरवारझैँ बनाएको छु!”
For I have trodden for Me Judah, A bow I have filled [with] Ephraim, And I have stirred up thy sons, O Zion, Against thy sons, O Javan, And I have set thee as the sword of a hero.
14 परमप्रभु तिनीहरूकहाँ देखापर्नुहुनेछ, उहाँको काँड बिजुलीझैँ निस्कनेछ! किनकि मेरा परमप्रभु परमेश्वरले तुरही फुक्नुहुनेछ र उहाँ तेमानबाट आँधीको साथ अगि बढ्नुहुनेछ ।
And Jehovah doth appear for them, And gone forth as lightning hath His arrow, And the Lord Jehovah with a trumpet bloweth, And He hath gone with whirlwinds of the south.
15 सेनाहरूका परमप्रभुले तिनीहरूको सुरक्षा गर्नुहुनेछ, र तिनीहरूले उनीहरूलाई नाश गर्नेछन् र घुयेँत्रोका ढुङ्गाहरूलाई पराजय गर्नेछन् । तिनीहरूले पिउनेछन् र मद्यले मातेका मानिसहरुझैँ ठुलो सोरमा कराउनेछन्, र तिनीहरू बटुकाझैँ, र वेदीका छेउहरूझैँ मद्येले भरिनेछन् ।
Jehovah of Hosts doth cover them over, And they consumed, and subdued sling-stones, Yea, they have drunk, They have made a noise as wine, And they have been full as a bowl, As corners of an altar.
16 यसैकारण परमप्रभु तिनीहरूका परमेश्वरले तिनीहरूलाई त्यस दिन आफ्ना मानिसहरूको बागललाईझैँ बचाउनुहुनेछ । तिनीहरू उहाँको देशमा चम्कने मुकुटका रत्नहरू हुन् ।
And saved them hath Jehovah their God In that day, as a flock of His people, For stones of a crown are displaying themselves over His ground.
17 तिनीहरू कत्ति असल र कति सुन्दर हुनेछन्! जवान मानिसहरू अन्नले र कन्याहरू नयाँ मद्यले हृष्टपुष्ट हुनेछन् ।
For what His goodness! and what His beauty! Corn the young men, And new wine the virgins — make fruitful!
