रोमी 6
1 हामी अब के भनौँ त? के अनुग्रह प्रशस्त होस् भनेर हामीले पाप गरिरहने त?
What shall we saye then? Shall we continue in synne that there maye be aboundaunce of grace?
2 यस्तो कहिल्यै नहोस् । हामी जो पापप्रति मर्यौँ हामी यसमा कसरी जिउने?
God forbyd. How shall we that are deed as touchynge synne live eny lenger therin?
3 के जतिलाई ख्रीष्ट येशूमा बप्तिस्मा दिइएका छन् उनीहरूलाई उहाँको मृत्युमा बप्तिस्मा दिइएका छन् भन्ने तिमीहरू जान्दैनौ?
Remember ye not that all we which are baptysed in the name of Iesu Christ are baptysed to dye with him?
4 हामी बप्तिस्माद्वारा मृत्युमा उहाँसँगै गाडियौँ । ताकि जसरी ख्रीष्ट पिताको महिमाद्वारा मृतकहरूबाट जीवित पारिनुभयो, त्यसरी नै हामी जीवनको नवीनतामा हिँड्न सकौँ ।
We are buryed with him by baptim for to dye that lykewyse as Christ was raysed vp from deeth by the glorye of the father: eve so we also shuld walke in a newe lyfe.
5 किनकि यदि हामी उहाँको मृत्युको स्वरूपमा एक भएका छौँ भने हामी उहाँको पुनरुत्थानमा पनि एक हुनेछौँ ।
For yf we be graft in deeth lyke vnto him: even so must we be in the resurreccio.
6 हामी जन्दछौँ, कि हाम्रो पुरानो मनुष्यत्वलाई उहाँसँगै क्रुसमा टाँगिएको थियो, ताकि पापको शरीरलाई नाश गर्न सकियोस्; ताकि हामी पापको दास बन्न नपरोस् ।
This we must remeber that oure olde man is crucified with him also that the body of synne myght vtterly be destroyed that hence forth we shuld not be servauntes of synne.
7 जो मरेको छ, पापको सम्बन्धमा त्यसलाई धर्मी घोषित गरिन्छ ।
For he that is deed ys iustified from synne.
8 तर यदि हामी ख्रीष्टसँग मरेका छौँ भने, हामी विश्वास गर्छौं, कि हामी पनि उहाँसँगै जिउनेछौँ ।
Wherfore yf we be deed with Christ we beleve that we shall live with him:
9 हामी जान्दछौँ, कि ख्रीष्ट मृतकबाट जीवित पारिनुभएको छ र अब उहाँ मृत हुनुहुन्न । अब मृत्युले उहाँमाथि राज्य गर्दैन ।
remembringe that Christ once raysed fro deeth dyeth no more. Deeth hath no moare power over him.
10 मृत्युको विषयमा उहाँ पापको लागि मर्नुभयो, उहाँ एकै पल्ट हामी सबैका लागि मर्नुभयो । तथापि जुन जीवन उहाँ जिउनुहुन्छ, त्यो उहाँले परमेश्वरको निम्ति जिउनुहुन्छ ।
For as touchynge that he dyed he dyed concernynge synne once. And as touchinge that he liveth he liveth vnto God.
11 त्यसै गरी, तिमीहरूले पनि पापको निम्ति मरेको, तर ख्रीष्ट येशूमा परमेश्वरमा जीवित ठान्नुपर्छ ।
Lykewyse ymagen ye also that ye are deed concernynge synne: but are alive vnto God thorow Iesus Christ oure Lorde.
12 त्यसकारण, तिमीहरूको मरणशील शरीरमा पापलाई राज्य गर्न नदेओ, ताकि तिमीहरूले त्यसको अभिलाषालाई मान्न परोस् ।
Let not synne raygne therfore in youre mortall bodyes that ye shuld thervnto obey in the lustes of it.
13 आफ्नो शरीरका अङ्गहरूलाई अधार्मिकताका साधनहरूको रूपमा प्रयोग गर्न नदेओ । तर आफैँलाई परमेश्वरको निम्ति अहिले जिइरहेको मृतकको रूपमा देओ । अनि आफ्नो शरीरका अङ्गहरूलाई परमेश्वरको लागि धार्मिक साधनको रूपमा प्रयोग गर्नलाई देओ ।
Nether geve ye youre members as instrumentes of vnrightewesnes vnto synne: but geve youre selves vnto God as they that are alive from deeth. And geve youre membres as iustrumetes of rightewesnes vnto God.
14 पापलाई आफूमाथि राज्य गर्न नदेओ । किनकि तिमीहरू व्यवस्थामा छैनौ, तर अनुग्रहमा छौ ।
Let not synne have power over you. For ye are not vnder the lawe but vnder grace.
15 त्यसो भए के त? के हामी व्यवस्थामा छैनौँ, तर अनुग्रहमा छौँ भनेर हामी पाप गरौँ त? कहिल्यै यस्तो नहोस् ।
What then? Shall we synne because we are not vnder the lawe: but vnder grace? God forbyd.
16 के तिमीहरू जान्दैनौ, जसको निम्ति तिमीहरूले आफैँलाई नोकरको रूपमा दिन्छौ त्यसप्रति तिमीहरू आज्ञाकारी हुनुपर्छ अर्थात् त्यसको आज्ञा पालन गर्नुपर्छ? यो सत्य हो, कि या तिमीहरू मृत्युमा पुर्याउने पापका नोकरहरू हौ या धार्मिकतामा पुर्याउने आज्ञाकारिताका सेवकहरू हौ ।
Remember ye not how yt to whom soever ye comit youre selves as servautes to obey his servauntes ye are to whom ye obey: whether it be of synne vnto deeth or of obedience vnto rightewesnes?
17 तर परमेश्वरलाई धन्यवाद होस्! तिमीहरू पापका नोकरहरू थियौ, तर तिमीहरूले आफूलाई दिइएको शिक्षाको ढाँचालाई आफ्नो हृदयदेखि नै पालन गर्यौ ।
God be thanked yt though ye were once the servauntes of synne ye have yet obeyed with herte vnto the forme of doctryne wher vnto ye were delyvered.
18 तिमीहरूलाई पापबाट छुटकारा दिइएको छ र तिमीहरूलाई धार्मिकताको सेवक बनाइएको छ ।
Ye are then made fre from synne and are be come the servauntes of rightewesnes.
19 म तिमीहरूको शरीरको कमजोरीको कारणले बोल्ने मानिसझैँ बोल्छु । किनकि जसरी तिमीहरूले आफ्नो शरीरका अङ्गहरू अशुद्धता र दुष्टका नोकरहरूको रूपमा दियौ; त्यसरी नै अब शुद्धिकरणको निम्ति आफ्ना शरीरका अङ्गहरूलाई धार्मिकताको सेवकको रूपमा देओ ।
I will speake grossly because of the infirmitie of youre flesshe. As ye have geve youre membres servauntes to vnclennes and to iniquitie fro iniquitie vnto iniquitie: even so nowe geve youre membres servantes vnto rightewesnes yt ye maye be sanctified.
20 किनकि तिमीहरू पापका दासहरू हुँदा, तिमीहरू धार्मिकताबाट स्वतन्त्र थियौ ।
For when ye were the servauntes of synne ye were not vnder rightewesnes.
21 त्यति बेला अहिले तिमीहरू लज्जित हुनुपर्ने थोकहरूका कस्ता-कस्ता फलहरू तिमीहरूसित थिए? किनकि ती कुराहरूको परिणाम मृत्यु हो ।
What frute had ye then in tho thinges wher of ye are now ashamed. For the ende of tho thynges is deeth.
