भजनसंग्रह 96

1 परमप्रभुको निम्ति एउटा नयाँ गीत गाओ । हे सारा पृथ्वी, परमप्रभुको निम्ति गाओ ।

O sing to the LORD a new song: sing to the LORD, all the earth.

2 परमप्रभुको निम्ति गाओ, उहाँको नाउँलाई धन्‍यको भन । उहाँको उद्धार दिनदिनै घोषणा गर ।

Sing to the LORD, bless his name; show forth his salvation from day to day.

3 उहाँको महिमा जातिहरूका माझमा, उहाँका अचम्मका कामहरू सबै जातिहरूका माझमा घोषणा गर ।

Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.

4 किनकि परमप्रभु महान् हुनुहुन्छ र उहाँको ठुलो प्रशंसा हुनुपर्छ । अरू सबै देवताभन्दा बढी उहाँकै भय मान्‍नुपर्छ ।

For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.

5 किनकि जातिहरूका सबै देवता मूर्तीहरू हुन्, तर आकाश बनाउनुहुने परमप्रभु नै हुनुहुन्छ ।

For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.

6 उहाँको उपस्थितिमा वैभव र ऐश्‍वर्य छन् । उहाँको पवित्रस्थानमा सामर्थ्य र सुन्दरता छन् ।

Honor and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.

7 हे मानिसहरूका वंशहरू हो, परमप्रभुको स्‍तुति गर, उहाँको महिमा र सामर्थ्यको निम्ति परमप्रभुलाई प्रशंसासाथ स्‍तुति गर ।

Give to the LORD, O you kindreds of the people, give to the LORD glory and strength.

8 परमप्रभुलाई उहाँको नाउँ सुहाउँदो महिमा देओ । बलि ल्‍याओ र उहाँको मन्दिरभित्र आओ ।

Give to the LORD the glory due to his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts.

9 पवित्रताको सुसोभित भएर परमप्रभुको सामु घोप्‍टो पर । हे सारा पृथ्वी उहाँको सामु थरथर होओ ।

O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth.

10 जातिहरू माझमा भन, “परमप्रभुले राज्‍य गर्नुहुन्छ ।” संसार पनि स्थापित भएको छ । यसलाई डगाउन सकिंदैन । उहाँले निष्पक्षतासाथ मानिसहरूको न्याय गर्नुहुन्छ ।

Say among the heathen that the LORD reigns: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.

11 आकाश खुसी होस् र पृथ्वी आनन्‍दित होस् । समुद्र गर्जिओस् र त्‍यसलाई भर्नेचाहिं आनन्‍दले कराओस् ।

Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof.

12 मैदानहरू र त्यसमा भएका सबै थोक आनन्‍दित होऊन् । वनका सबै रूखहरूले आनन्दले कराऊन्,

Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice

13 परमप्रभुको सामु, किनकि उहाँ आउँदै हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँ पृथ्वीको न्याय गर्न आउँदै हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँले संसारको धार्मिकतामा र मानिसहरूको विश्‍वस्‍ततामा न्याय गर्नुहुनेछ ।

Before the LORD: for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.
