भजनसंग्रह 82

1 परमेश्‍वर ईश्‍वरीय सभामा खडा हुनुहुन्छ । देवताहरूका माझमा उहाँले न्यायको फैसला गर्नुहुन्छ ।

A PSALM OF ASAPH. God has stood in the congregation of God, He judges among the gods.

2 कहिलेसम्म तिमीहरू अन्यायपुर्वक फैसला गर्छौ र दुष्‍टको पक्षलाई कृपा गर्छौ? सेला

Until when do you judge perversely? And lift up the face of the wicked? (Selah)

3 गरीब र अनाथहरूको बचाऊ गर । कष्‍टमा परेकाहरू र दरिद्रहरूको अधिकार कायम गर ।

Judge the weak and fatherless, Declare the afflicted and the poor righteous.

4 गरीब र खाँचोमा परेकाहरूलाई बचाओ । तिनीहरूलाई दुष्‍टहरूका हातबाट छुट्टाओ ।

Let the weak and needy escape, Deliver them from the hand of the wicked.

5 तिनीहरूले न जान्दछन् न बुझ्छन् । तिनीहरू अन्धकारमा भौंतारिन्छन् । पृथ्वीका सबै जगहरू टुक्रिन्छन् ।

They did not know, nor do they understand, They habitually walk in darkness, All the foundations of earth are moved.

6 मै भनें, “तिमीहरू देवताहरू हौ र तिमीहरू सबै जना सर्वोच्‍चका छोराहरू हौ ।

I have said, “You [are] gods, And sons of the Most High—all of you,

7 तापनि तिमीहरू मानिसहरूझैं मर्नेछौ र शासकमध्‍ये एक जनाझैं ढल्‍नेछौ ।”

But you die as man, and you fall as one of the heads.”

8 हे परमेश्‍वर, पृथ्वीको न्याय गर्न उठ्नुहोस्, किनकि सबै जातिहरूमा तपाईंको उत्तराधिकार छ ।

Rise, O God, judge the earth, For You have inheritance among all the nations!
