भजनसंग्रह 66
1 हे सारा पृथ्वी, परमेश्वरको निम्ति आनन्दले कराओ ।
[Tell] everyone on the earth that they should sing joyfully to praise God!
2 उहाँको नाउँको महिमाको स्तुति गाओ । उहाँको प्रशंसालाई महिमित बनाओ ।
They should sing songs that say that God [MTY] is very great, and they should tell everyone that he is very glorious!
3 परमेश्वरलाई भन, “तपाईंका कामहरू कति भयानक छन् । तपाईंको शक्तिको महान्ताद्वारा तपाईंका शत्रुहरू तपाईंको अधीनतामा आउनेछन् ।
They should say to God, “The things that you do are awesome! You are very powerful, with the result that your enemies (cringe/bow down) in front of you.”
4 सारा पृथ्वीले तपाईंको आराधना गर्नेछ र तपाईंको स्तुति गाउने छ । तिनीहरूले तपाईंको नाउँको स्तुति गाउनेछन् ।” सेला
Everyone on the earth [should] worship God and sing to praise him and honor him [MTY].
5 आओ र परमेश्वरका कामहरू हेर । मानवजातिका सन्तानहरूका निम्ति उहाँले गर्नुभएका कामहरूमा उहाँ भयवह हुनुहुन्छ ।
Come and think about what God has done! Think about the awesome things that he has done.
6 उहाँले समुद्रलाई सुख्खा जमिन बनाउनुभयो । तिनीहरूले नदीमा खुट्टाले हिंडेर तरे । त्यहाँ हामी उहाँमा आनन्दित भयौं ।
He caused the [Red] Sea to become dry land, [with the result that our] ancestors were able to walk right through it. There we rejoiced because of what he [had done].
7 उहाँले आफ्नो शक्तिले सदासर्वदा शासन गर्नुहुन्छ । उहाँका आँखाहरूले जातिहरूलाई नियाल्छन् । विद्रोहीहरूले आफैलाई उच्च नपारून् । सेला
By his great power he rules forever, and he keeps watching all the nations [to see what things they do], [so] those nations that want to rebel [against him] should not be proud.
8 हे मानिसहरू हो, परमेश्वरलाई धन्यको भन । उहाँको प्रशंसाको आवाज सुनियोस् ।
You people [of all nations], praise our God! Praise him loudly in order that people will hear you as you praise him.
9 उहाँले हामीलाई जीवितहरूका माझमा राख्नुहुन्छ र उहाँले हाम्रा खुट्टाहरूलाई चिप्लन दिनुहुन्न ।
He has kept us alive, and he has not allowed us to (stumble/be defeated).
10 हे परमेश्वर, तपाईंले हामीलाई जाँच्नुभएको छ । तपाईंले हामीलाई चाँदीलाई जाँचेझैं जाँच गर्नुभएको छ ।
God, you have tested us; you have allowed us to experience great difficulties [to make our lives become pure] as [people] put precious metals in a hot fire [to burn out what is impure] [MET].
11 तपाईंले हामीलाई जालभित्र ल्याउनुभयो । तपाईंले हाम्रो पिठ्युमाथि गह्रौं बोझ राख्नुभयो ।
[It is as if] you allowed us to fall into traps [MET], and you [forced us to endure difficult things which were like] putting heavy loads on our backs [MET].
12 तपाईंले मानिसहरूलाई हाम्रा शिरहरूमा टेक्न लगाउनुभएको छ । हामी आगो र पानीबाट भएर गयौ, तर तपाईंले हामीलाई फराकिलो ठाउँमा ल्याउनुभयो ।
You allowed [our] enemies to trample on us; we [experienced difficulties/troubles that were like] [MET] walking through fires and floods, but now you have brought us into a place where we have plenty.
13 म तपाईंको मन्दिरमा होमबलि लएर आउनेछु । म तपाईंमा आफ्नो भाकल पुरा गर्नेछु,
[Yahweh], I will bring to your temple offerings that are to be completely burned [on the altar]; I will offer to you what I promised.
14 जुन म संकष्टमा हुँदा मेरा ओठहरूले प्रतिज्ञा गरे र मेरो मुखले बोले ।
When I was experiencing [much] trouble, I said that I would bring offerings to you [if you rescued me]; [and you did rescue me, so] I will bring to you what I promised.
15 म तपाईंलाई थुमाहरूको सुगन्धित बास्नासहितको पशुहरूको होमबलि चढाउनेछु । म साँढेहरू र बोकाहरू चढाउनेछु । सेला
I will bring sheep to be burned on the altar, and I will [also] sacrifice bulls and goats, and when they are burning, [you will be pleased when] the smoke [rises up] ([to you/to the sky]).
16 हे सबै परमेश्वरको भय मान्नेहरू हो, आओ र सुन । र उहाँले मेरो प्राणको निम्ति के गर्नुभएको छ सो म बताउनेछु ।
All you [people] who revere God, come and listen, and I will tell you what he has done for me.
17 मैले आफ्नो मुखले उहाँमा पुकारा गरें र मेरो जिब्रोले उहाँको प्रशंसा गर्यो ।
I called out to him to help me, and I praised him while I was speaking to him [MTY].
18 मैले आफ्नो हृदयभित्र पाप देखेको भए, परमप्रभुले मेरो पुकारा सुन्नुहुनेथिएन ।
If I had ignored the sins that I had committed, the Lord would not have paid any attention to me.
19 तर परमेश्वरले साँच्चै सुन्नुभएको छ । उहाँले मेरो प्रार्थनाको आवाजमा ध्यान दिनुभएको छ ।
But because [I confessed my sins], God has listened to me and he paid attention to my prayers.
20 परमेश्वर धन्यको हुनुहुन्छ, जसले मेरो प्रार्थना वा उहाँको करारको विश्वस्ततालाई मबाट हटाउनुभएको छैन ।
I praise God because he has not ignored my prayers or stopped faithfully loving me.
