भजनसंग्रह 63
1 हे परमेश्वर, तपाईं मेरो परमेश्वर हुनुहुन्छ । उत्सुकतासाथ म तपाईंको खोजी गर्छु । पानी नभएको सुख्खा र बाँझो जमिनमा, मेरो प्राणले तपाईंको तृणा गर्छ र मेरो शरीरले तपाईंलाई खोज्छ ।
A psalm of David when he was in the desert of Edom. O God, my God, to thee do I watch at break of day. For thee my soul hath thirsted; for thee my flesh, O how many ways!
2 त्यसैले तपाईंको शक्ति र महिमा देख्नलाई तपाईंलाई मैले पवित्रस्थानमा हेरेको छु ।
In a desert land, and where there is no way, and no water: so in the sanctuary have I come before thee, to see thy power and thy glory.
3 किनभने तपाईंको करारको विश्वस्तता जीवनभन्दा उत्तम छ । मेरा ओठहरूले तपाईंको प्रशंसा गर्नेछ ।
For thy mercy is better than lives: thee my lips shall praise.
4 त्यसैले म जीवित रहँदा म तपाईंलाई धन्यको भन्नेछु । तपाईंकै नाउँमा म आफ्ना हातहरू उचाल्नेछु ।
Thus will I bless thee all my life long: and in thy name I will lift up my hands.
5 हाडको गुदी र चिल्लो खाना मैले खाएको जस्तै हुनेछ । आनन्दित ओठहरूले मेरो मुखले तपाईंको प्रशंसा गर्नेछ ।
Let my soul be filled as with marrow and fatness: and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips.
6 जब आफ्नो ओछ्यानमा तपाईंको बारेमा म विचार गर्छु र रातको समयमा तपाईंमा ध्यान गर्छु ।
If I have remembered thee upon my bed, I will meditate on thee in the morning:
7 किनकि तपाईं मेरो सहायता हुनुभएको छ र म तपाईंको पखेटाहरूको छायामा आनन्दित हुनेछु ।
Because thou hast been my helper. And I will rejoice under the covert of thy wings:
8 तपाईंसँग म टाँसिन्छु । तपाईंको दाहिने हातले मलाई सहारा दिन्छ ।
My soul hath stuck close to thee: thy right hand hath received me.
9 तर मलाई नष्ट गर्न खोज्नेहरू पृथ्वीको सबैभन्दा तल्लो भागहरूमा जानेछन्,
But they have sought my soul in vain, they shall go into the lower parts of the earth:
10 तरवार चलाउनेहरूका हातहरूमा तिनीहरूलाई दिइनेछ, र तिनीहरू स्यालहरूका आहारा हुनेछन् ।
They shall be delivered into the hands of the sword, they shall be the portions of foxes.
11 तर राजाचाहिं परमेश्वरमा आनन्दित हुनेछन् । उहाँद्वारा शपथ खाने हरेकले उहाँमा गौरव गर्नेछन्, तर झुट बोल्नेहरूका मुख बन्द गरिनेछ ।
But the king shall rejoice in God, all they shall be praised that swear by him: because the mouth is stopped of them that speak wicked things.
