भजनसंग्रह 47

1 ए सबै मानिसहरू हो, आफ्‍ना ताली बजाओ । विजयको सोरले परमेश्‍वरको निम्‍ति कराओ ।

For the end, a Psalm for the sons of Core. Clap your hands, all ye nations; shout to God with a voice of exultation.

2 किनकि सर्वोच्‍च परमप्रभु भययोग्य हुनुहुन्छ । सारा पृथ्वीका महान् राजा उहाँ नै हुनुहुन्छ ।

For the Lord most high is terrible; [he is] a great king over all the earth.

3 उहाँले मानिसहरूलाई हाम्रो अधीनमा र जातिहरूलाई हाम्रा पाउमुनि पार्नुहुन्छ ।

He has subdued the peoples under us, and the nations under our feet.

4 उहाँले हाम्रा निम्‍ति हाम्रो उत्तराधिकार रोज्‍नुहुन्‍छ, याकूबको महिमा जसलाई उहाँले प्रेम गर्नुहुन्‍छ । सेला

He has chosen out his inheritance for us, the beauty of Jacob which he loved. (Pause)

5 परमेश्‍वर सोरसँगै, परमप्रभु तुरहीको सोरसँगै माथि जानुभएको छ

God is gone up with a shout, the Lord with a sound of a trumpet.

6 परमेश्‍वर प्रशंसा गाओ, प्रशंसा गाओ । हाम्रा राजाको निम्‍ति प्रशंसा गाओ, प्रशंसा गाओ ।

Sing praises to our God, sing praises: sing praises to our King, sing praises.

7 किन परमेश्‍वर सारा पृथ्वीमा राजा हुनुहुन्छ । समझले प्रशंसा गाओ ।

For God is king of all the earth: sing praises with understanding.

8 परमेश्‍वरले जातिहरूमा राज्‍य गर्नुहुन्छ । परमेश्‍वर आफ्‍नो पवित्र सिंहासनमा विराजमान हुनुहुन्छ ।

God reigns over the nations: God sits upon the throne of his holiness.

9 मानिसहरूका शासकहरू अब्राहामका परमेश्‍वरका मानसिहरूकहाँ एकसाथ भेला भएका छन्, किनकि पृथ्वीको ढाल परमेश्‍वरकै हो । उहाँ अति उच्‍च हुनुहुन्छ ।

The rulers of the people are assembled with the God of Abraam: for God's mighty ones of the earth have been greatly exalted.
