भजनसंग्रह 30
1 हे परमप्रभु, म तपाईंलाई उचाल्छु, किनकि तपाईंले मलाई उठाउनुभएको छ र मेरा शत्रुहरूलाई ममाथि आनन्दित हुन दिनुभएको छैन ।
A Psalm of David: dedication-song of the house. I will extol thee, Jehovah; for thou hast delivered me, and hast not made mine enemies to rejoice over me.
2 हे परमप्रभु मेरो परमेश्वर, मैले सहयताको निम्ति तपाईंमा पुकारा गरें र तपाईंले मलाई निको गर्नुभयो ।
Jehovah my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
3 हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंले मेरो प्राणलाई चिहानबाट माथि ल्याउनुभएको छ । तपाईंले मलाई चिहानमा जानबाट जीवित राख्नुभएको छ । (Sheol h7585)
Jehovah, thou hast brought up my soul from Sheol, thou hast quickened me from among those that go down to the pit. (Sheol h7585)
4 हे परमप्रभुका विश्वासी मानिसहरू हो, उहाँको स्तुति गाओ । उहाँको पवित्रता तिमीहरूले याद गर्दा धन्यवाद देओ ।
Sing psalms unto Jehovah, ye saints of his, and give thanks in remembrance of his holiness.
5 किनकि उहाँको रिस क्षणभरको निम्ति मात्र हुन्छ । तर उहाँको कृपा जीवनभरिको निम्ति हो । रातको निम्ति रोदन आउँछ, तर बिहान आनन्द आउँछ ।
For a moment [is passed] in his anger, a life in his favour; at even weeping cometh for the night, and at morn there is rejoicing.
6 दृढतामा मैले भनें, “म कदापि डग्नेछैन ।”
As for me, I said in my prosperity, I shall never be moved.
7 हे परमप्रभु, आफ्नो कृपाले तपाईंले मलाई बलियो पहाडको रूपमा स्थापित गर्नुभयो । तर जब तपाईंले आफ्नो मुहार लुकाउनुभयो, तब मलाई कष्ट पर्यो ।
Jehovah, by thy favour thou hadst made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face; I was troubled.
8 हे परमप्रभु, मैले तपाईंमा पुकारा गरें र मेरा परमप्रभुबाट कृपा खोजें ।
I called to thee, Jehovah, and unto the Lord did I make supplication:
9 मेरो मृत्युमा म चिहानमा गएँ भने के फाइदा हुन्छ र? के धूलोले तपाईंको प्रशंसा गर्नेछ र? के त्यसले तपाईंको विश्वासनीयताको घोषणा गर्छ र?
What profit is there in my blood, in my going down to the pit? shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
10 हे परमप्रभु, सुन्नुहोस् र मलाई दया गर्नुहोस् । हे परमप्रभु, मेरो सहायक हुनुहोस् ।
Hear, O Jehovah, and be gracious unto me; Jehovah, be my helper.
11 तपाईंले मेरो शोकलाई नाँचमा परिणत गर्नुभएको छ । तपाईंले मेरो भाङ्ग्रा हटाउनुभएको छ र मलाई खुसीको पोशाक लगाउनुभएको छ ।
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing; thou hast loosed my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
12 त्यसैले मेरो महिमाले तपाईंको प्रशंसा गाउनेछ र चूप लाग्ने छैन । हे परमप्रभु मेरो परमेश्वर, सदासर्वदा म तपाईंलाई दन्यवाद दिनेछु ।
That [my] glory may sing psalms of thee, and not be silent. Jehovah my God, I will praise thee for ever.
