< भजनसंग्रह 29 >

1 ए परमेश्‍वरका छोराहरू हो, परमप्रभुलाई श्रेय देओ, महिमा र बलको श्रेय परमप्रभुलाई देओ ।
A Melody of David. Give to Yahweh, ye sons of the mighty, —Give to Yahweh, [both] glory and strength:
2 परमप्रभुलाई उहाँको नाउँ सुहाउँदो महिमाको श्रेय देओ । पवित्रतामा सुहाउँदो भएर परमप्रभुलाई दण्डत गर ।
Give to Yahweh, the glory of his Name, Bow down to Yahweh, in the adornment of holiness.
3 परमप्रभुको सोर पानीहरूमाथि सुनिन्छ । महिमाको परमेश्‍वर गर्जनुहुन्छ । परमप्रभु धेरै पानीहरूमाथि गर्जनुहुन्छ ।
The voice of Yahweh, is upon the waters, —The GOD of glory, hath thundered, Yahweh, is upon mighty waters;
4 परमप्रभुको सोर शक्तिशाली छ । परमप्रभुको सोर महिमित छ ।
The voice of Yahweh, is with power, The voice of Yahweh, is with majesty;
5 परमप्रभुको सोरले देवदारुहरूलाई भाँचिदिन्‍छ । परमप्रभुले लेबनानका देवदारुहरूलाई टुक्रा-टुक्रा पार्नुहुन्छ ।
The voice of Yahweh, is breaking cedars, Now hath Yahweh, broken down, the cedars of Lebanon!
6 उहाँले लेबनानलाई बाछोझैं र सिरिओनलाई जवान गोरुझैं उफ्रन लगाउनुहुन्छ ।
And hath made them leap like a calf, Lebanon and Sirion, like the bull-calf of wild-oxen;
7 परमप्रभुको सोरले आगोको ज्वालाहरू पठाउँछ ।
The voice of Yahweh, is cleaving out flames of fire;
8 परमप्रभुको सोरले उजाड-स्‍थानलाई हल्लाउँछ । परमप्रभुले कादेशको उजाड-स्‍थानलाई थर्कमान पार्नुहुन्छ ।
The voice of Yahweh, bringeth birth-pains upon the wilderness; Yahweh bringeth birth-pains upon the wilderness of Kadesh!
9 परमप्रभुको सोरले फलाँटका रूखहरूलाई बङ्ग्याउँछ, र वनहरूलाई उखेलेर उजाड पार्छ । उहाँको मन्दिरमा हुने हरेकले भन्छ, “महिमा!”
The voice of Yahweh, causeth the gazelles to bring forth, and hath stript forests; and, in his own temple, every one there, is saying, Glory!
10 परमप्रभु बाढीमाथि राजाको रूपमा विराजमान हुनुहुन्छ । परमप्रभु सदासर्वदा राजाको रूपमा विराजमान हुनुहुन्छ ।
Yahweh, at the Flood, was seated, And Yahweh hath taken his seat, as king, unto times age-abiding.
11 परमप्रभुले आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई बल दिनुहुन्छ । परमप्रभुले आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई मिलापले आशिष्‌ ‌‌दिनुहुन्छ ।
Yahweh, will give, strength to his people, —Yahweh, will bless his people with prosperity.
