भजनसंग्रह 28

1 हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंमा नै म पुकारा गर्छु । हे मेरो चट्टान, मलाई बेवास्‍ता नगर्नुहोस् । तपाईंले मलाई जवाफ दिनुभएन भने, चिहानमा जानेहरूसँग म सहभागी हुनेछु ।

A psalm of David. To you, Yahweh, I cry out; my rock, do not ignore me. If you do not respond to me, I will join those who go down to the grave.

2 तपाईंबाट सहायताको निम्ति मैले पुकारा गर्दा, तपाईंको महापवित्र स्थानतिर मैले आफ्‍ना हातहरू उचाल्दा मेरो बिन्तिको सोर सुन्‍नुहोस् ।

Hear the sound of my pleading when I call for help from you, when I lift up my hands toward your most holy place!

3 अधर्म गर्ने दुष्‍टहरूसँगै मलाई टाढा नलानुहोस्, जसले आफ्‍ना छिमेकीहरूसँग शान्तिका कुरा गर्छन् तर आफ्‍ना हृदयहरूमा खराबी हुन्छ ।

Do not drag me away with the wicked, those who do iniquity, who speak peace with their neighbors but have evil in their hearts.

4 तिनीहरूका कामहरूका फल तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहोस् र तिनीहरूका दुष्‍टताले मागअनुसार प्रतिफल तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहोस् । तिनीहरूका हातहरूका कामको निम्ति प्रतिफल तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहोस् र तिनीहरूले पाउनुपर्ने कुरा तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहोस् ।

Give them what their deeds deserve and repay them what their wickedness demands, repay them for the work of their hands and render to them their due.

5 किनभने तिनीहरूले परमप्रभुको कामहरू वा उहाँका हातका कामहरू बुझ्दैनन्, उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई नष्‍ट पार्नुहुनेछ र तिनीहरूलाई कहिल्यै पुनः निर्माण गर्नुहुनेछैनन् ।

Because they do not understand the deeds of Yahweh or the work of his hands, he will tear them down and never rebuild them.

6 परमप्रभु धन्यको होऊन् किनभने उहाँले मेरो बिन्तिको सोर सुन्‍नुभएको छ ।

Blessed be Yahweh because he has heard the sound of my pleading!

7 परमप्रभु मेरो बल र मेरो ढाल हुनुहुन्छ । मेरो हृदयले उहाँमा भरोसा गर्छ र मलाई मदत भयो । यसकारण मेरो हृदय साह्रै आनन्‍दित हुन्‍छ र गाउँदै उहाँको म प्रशंसा गर्नेछु ।

Yahweh is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and I will praise him with singing.

8 परमप्रभु आफ्‍ना मानिसहरूका बल हुनुहुन्छ, अनि उहाँ आफ्नो अभीषिक्‍त जनलाई बचाउने शरणस्थान हुनुहुन्छ ।

Yahweh is the strength of his people, and he is the saving refuge of his anointed one.

9 आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई बचाउनुहोस् र आफ्नो उत्तराधिकारलाई आशिष्‌ ‌‌दिनुहोस् । तिनीहरूका गोठाला हुनुहोस् र तिनीहरूलाई सदासर्वदा बोक्‍नुहोस् ।

Save your people and bless your inheritance. Be their shepherd and carry them forever.
