भजनसंग्रह 28
1 हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंमा नै म पुकारा गर्छु । हे मेरो चट्टान, मलाई बेवास्ता नगर्नुहोस् । तपाईंले मलाई जवाफ दिनुभएन भने, चिहानमा जानेहरूसँग म सहभागी हुनेछु ।
[A Psalm] of David. To you, O Lord, have I cried; my God, be not silent toward me: lest you be silent toward me, and so I should be likened to them that go down to the pit.
2 तपाईंबाट सहायताको निम्ति मैले पुकारा गर्दा, तपाईंको महापवित्र स्थानतिर मैले आफ्ना हातहरू उचाल्दा मेरो बिन्तिको सोर सुन्नुहोस् ।
Listen to the voice of my supplication, when I pray to you, when I lift up my hands toward your holy temple.
3 अधर्म गर्ने दुष्टहरूसँगै मलाई टाढा नलानुहोस्, जसले आफ्ना छिमेकीहरूसँग शान्तिका कुरा गर्छन् तर आफ्ना हृदयहरूमा खराबी हुन्छ ।
Draw not away my soul with sinners, and destroy me not with the workers of iniquity, who speak peace with their neighbors, but evils are in their hearts.
4 तिनीहरूका कामहरूका फल तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहोस् र तिनीहरूका दुष्टताले मागअनुसार प्रतिफल तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहोस् । तिनीहरूका हातहरूका कामको निम्ति प्रतिफल तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहोस् र तिनीहरूले पाउनुपर्ने कुरा तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहोस् ।
Give them according to their works, and according to the wickedness of their devices: give them according to the works of their hands; render their recompense to them.
5 किनभने तिनीहरूले परमप्रभुको कामहरू वा उहाँका हातका कामहरू बुझ्दैनन्, उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई नष्ट पार्नुहुनेछ र तिनीहरूलाई कहिल्यै पुनः निर्माण गर्नुहुनेछैनन् ।
Because they have not attended to the works of the Lord, even to the works of his hands, you shall pull them down, and shall not build them up.
6 परमप्रभु धन्यको होऊन् किनभने उहाँले मेरो बिन्तिको सोर सुन्नुभएको छ ।
Blessed be the Lord, for he has listened to the voice of my petition.
7 परमप्रभु मेरो बल र मेरो ढाल हुनुहुन्छ । मेरो हृदयले उहाँमा भरोसा गर्छ र मलाई मदत भयो । यसकारण मेरो हृदय साह्रै आनन्दित हुन्छ र गाउँदै उहाँको म प्रशंसा गर्नेछु ।
The Lord is my helper and my defender; my heart has hoped in him, and I am helped: my flesh has revived, and willingly will I give praise to him.
8 परमप्रभु आफ्ना मानिसहरूका बल हुनुहुन्छ, अनि उहाँ आफ्नो अभीषिक्त जनलाई बचाउने शरणस्थान हुनुहुन्छ ।
The Lord is the strength of his people, and the saving defender of his anointed.
9 आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई बचाउनुहोस् र आफ्नो उत्तराधिकारलाई आशिष् दिनुहोस् । तिनीहरूका गोठाला हुनुहोस् र तिनीहरूलाई सदासर्वदा बोक्नुहोस् ।
Save your people, and bless your inheritance: and take care of them, and lift them up for ever.
