भजनसंग्रह 27
1 परमप्रभु मेरो ज्योति र मेरो उद्धार हुनुहुन्छ । म कोसँग डराउनु? परमप्रभु मेरो जीवनको शरणस्थान हुनुहुन्छ । म कोसँग त्रसित हुनु?
A Psalm of David, before he was sealed. The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the protector of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?
2 जब खराबी गर्नेहरू मेरो मासु खान नजिक आए, तब मेरा वैरीहरू र मेरा शत्रुहरूले ठेस खाए र ढले ।
Meanwhile, the guilty draw near to me, so as to eat my flesh. Those who trouble me, my enemies, have themselves been weakened and have fallen.
3 फौजले मेरो विरुद्ध शिविर हाले तापनि, मेरो हृदय डराउने छैन । मेरो विरुद्धमा युद्ध भए तापनि म दृढ रहनेछु ।
If entrenched armies were to stand together against me, my heart would not fear. If a battle were to rise up against me, I would have hope in this.
4 मैले परमप्रभुसित एउटा कुरा मागेको छु र म त्यो खोज्नेछुः परमप्रभुको सुन्दरता हेर्न, र उहाँको मन्दिरमा मनन गर्न, मेरो जीवनका सारा दिन म परमप्रभुको मन्दिरमा बस्न सकूँ ।
One thing I have asked of the Lord, this I will seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, so that I may behold the delight of the Lord, and may visit his temple.
5 किनकि कष्टको दिनमा उहाँले मलाई आफ्नो छहारीमा लुकाउनुहुनेछ । उहाँको आफ्नो पालको कभरभित्र मलाई लुकाउनुहुनेछ । उहाँले मलाई चट्टानमाथि उच्च पार्नुहुनेछ ।
For he has hidden me in his tabernacle. In the day of evils, he has protected me in the hidden place of his tabernacle.
6 तब मेरो चारैतिर भएका मेरा शत्रुहरूमाथि मेरो शिर उच्च पारिनेछ र उहाँको पालमा आनन्दका बलिहरू म चढाउनेछु । परमप्रभुको निम्ति म गीत रच्नेछु र गाउनेछु ।
He has exalted me upon the rock, and now he has exalted my head above my enemies. I have circled around and offered a sacrifice of loud exclamation in his tabernacle. I will sing, and I will compose a psalm, to the Lord.
7 हे परमप्रभु, मैले पुकारा गर्दा मेरो सोर सुन्नुहोस् । ममाथि दया गर्नुहोस् र मलाई जवाफ दिनुहोस् ।
Hear my voice, O Lord, with which I have cried out to you. Have mercy on me, and hear me.
8 मेरो हृदयले तपाईंको बारेमा यसो भन्छ, “उहाँको मुहारको खोजी गर्!” हे परमप्रभु, म तपाईंको मुहारको खोजी गर्छु ।
My heart has spoken to you; my face has sought you. I yearn for your face, O Lord.
9 मबाट तपाईंको मुहार नलुकाउनुहोस् । आफ्नो दासलाई रिसमा नफर्काउनुहोस् । तपाईं मेरो सहायक हुनुभएको छ । हे मेरो उद्धारको परमेश्वर, मलाई नत्याग्नुहोस् वा नछोड्नुहोस् ।
Do not turn your face away from me. In your wrath, do not turn aside from your servant. Be my helper. Do not abandon me, and do not despise me, O God, my Savior.
10 मेरो बुबा र मेरी आमाले मलाई त्याग्न सक्छन्, परमप्रभुले मलाई भित्र लानुहुनेछ ।
For my father and my mother have left me behind, but the Lord has taken me up.
11 हे परमप्रभु, मलाई तपाईंको मार्ग सिकाउनुहोस् । मेरा शत्रुहरूका कारणले मलाई मैदानको बाटोमा डोर्याउनुहोस् ।
O Lord, establish a law for me in your way, and direct me in the right path, because of my enemies.
12 मलाई मेरा शत्रुहरूको इच्छामा नछोड्नुहोस्, किनकि झुटो साक्षीहरू मेरो विरुद्धमा उठेका छन्, र तिनीहरूले हिंसाको सास फेर्छन् ।
Do not surrender me to the souls of those who trouble me. For unjust witnesses have risen up against me, and iniquity has lied to itself.
13 मैले जीवितहरूको देशमा परमप्रभुको भलाइ देख्नेछु भनी मैले विश्वास नगरेको भए मलाई के हुन्थ्यो होला?
I believe that I shall see the good things of the Lord in the land of the living.
14 परमप्रभुको आसा गर । बलियो होओ र तिमीहरूका हृदय उत्साहित होस् । परमप्रभुको आसा गर ।
Wait for the Lord, act manfully; and let your heart be strengthened, and remain with the Lord.
