भजनसंग्रह 25
1 हे परमप्रभु, म आफ्नो जीवन तपाईंमा उचाल्छु ।
Unto the end, a psalm for David. To thee, O Lord, have I lifted up my soul.
2 हे परमेश्वर, म तपाईंमा भरोसा गर्छु । मलाई अपमानित हुन नदिनुहोस् । मेरा शत्रुहरू ममाथि विजयसाथ आनन्दित हुन नदिनुहोस् ।
In thee, O my God, I put my trust; let me not be ashamed.
3 तपाईंमा आसा राख्ने कोही पनि अपमानित नहोस् । विनाकारण छली रूपले काम गर्नेहरू लज्जित होऊन्!
Neither let my enemies laugh at me: for none of them that wait on thee shall be confounded.
4 हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंका मार्गहरू मलाई प्रकट गर्नुहोस् । तपाईंका मार्गहरू मलाई सिकाउनुहोस् ।
Let all them be confounded that act unjust things without cause. Shew, O Lord, thy ways to me, and teach me thy paths.
5 मलाई तपाईंको सत्यतामा डोर्याउनुहोस् र मलाई सिकाउनुहोस् । किनकि तपाईं मेरो उद्धारको परमेश्वर हुनहुन्छ । म दिनभरि तपाईंमा नै आसा गर्छु ।
Direct me in thy truth, and teach me; for thou art God my Saviour; and on thee have I waited all the day long.
6 हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंका दयाका कामहरू र करारको विश्वस्तता सम्झनुहोस् । किनकि तिनीहरू सँधै अस्तित्वमा थिए ।
Remember, O Lord, thy bowels of compassion; and thy mercies that are from the beginning of the world.
7 मेरा जवानीका पापहरू वा मेरा विद्रोहको बारेमा विचार नगर्नुहोस् । हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंको भलाइको कारणले करारको विश्वस्ततामा मलाई सम्झनुहोस् ।
The sins of my youth and my ignorances do not remember. According to thy mercy remember thou me: for thy goodness’ sake, O Lord.
8 परमप्रभु असल र सोझो हुनुहुन्छ । यसकारण उहाँले पापीहरूलाई बाटो सिकाउनुहुन्छ ।
The Lord is sweet and righteous: therefore he will give a law to sinners in the way.
9 उहाँले नम्रहरूलाई ठिक कुरा सिकाउनुहुन्छ र उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई आफ्नो मार्ग सिकाउनुहुन्छ ।
He will guide the mild in judgment: he will teach the meek his ways.
10 परमप्रभुका करार र उहाँका गहन आज्ञाहरू पालन गर्नेहरूका निम्ति उहाँका सबै मार्गहरू अटल प्रेम र विश्वस्तता हुन् ।
All the ways of the Lord are mercy and truth, to them that seek after his covenant and his testimonies.
11 हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंको नाउँको खातिर मेरो पाप क्षमा गर्नुहोस्, किनकि यो महान् छ ।
For thy name’s sake, O Lord, thou wilt pardon my sin: for it is great.
12 परमप्रभुको भय मान्ने मानिस को हो? त्यसले चुन्नुपर्ने मार्गमा परमप्रभुले त्यसलाई शिक्षा दिनुहुन्छ ।
Who is the man that feareth the Lord? He hath appointed him a law in the way he hath chosen.
13 त्यसको जीवन भलाइमा बित्नेछ । त्यसका सन्तानहरूले देशको उत्तराधिकार पाउनेछन् ।
His soul shall dwell in good things: and his seed shall inherit the land.
14 परमप्रभुको मित्रता उहाँलाई आदर गर्नेहरूका निम्ति हो, र उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई उहाँको करार प्रकट गर्नुहुनेछ ।
The Lord is a firmament to them that fear him: and his covenant shall be made manifest to them.
15 मेरा आँखाहरू सदासर्वदा परमप्रभुमाथि हुन्छन्, किनकि उहाँले मेरा खुट्टाहरूलाई जालबाट मुक्त गर्नुहुनेछ ।
My eyes are ever towards the Lord: for he shall pluck my feet out of the snare.
16 मतिर फर्कनुहोस् र मलाई दया गर्नुहोस् । किनकि म एक्लो र कष्टमा परेको छु ।
Look thou upon me, and have mercy on me; for I am alone and poor.
17 मेरो हृदयका कष्टहरू ठुला भएका छन् । मेरो कष्टहरूबाट मलाई बाहिर तान्नुहोस् ।
The troubles of my heart are multiplied: deliver me from my necessities.
18 मेरो कष्ट र मेरो परिश्रमहरू हेर्नुहोस् । मेरा सबै पाप क्षमा गर्नुहोस् ।
See my abjection and my labour; and forgive me all my sins.
19 मेरा शत्रुहरूलाई हेर्नुहोस्, किनकि तिनीहरू धेरै जना छन् । तिनीहरूले मलाई क्रूर घृणाले घृणा गर्छन् ।
Consider my enemies for they are multiplied, and have hated me with an unjust hatred.
20 मेरो जीवनको रक्षा गर्नुहोस् र मलाई बचाउनुहोस् । मलाई अपमानित हुन नदिनुहोस् किनकि मैले तपाईंमा शरण लिन्छु ।
Keep thou my soul, and deliver me: I shall not be ashamed, for I have hoped in thee.
21 निष्ठा र इमानदारीले मलाई बचाओस्, किनकि म तपाईंमा आसा गर्छु ।
The innocent and the upright have adhered to me: because I have waited on thee.
22 हे परमेश्वर, इस्राएललाई त्यसको सबै कष्टबाट बचाउनुहोस् ।
Deliver Israel, O God, from all his tribulations.
