भजनसंग्रह 19
1 आकाशले परमेश्वरको महिमा घोषणा गर्छ र आकाशहरूले उहाँका हातका कामहरूको घोषणा गर्छन् ।
For the chief musician. A psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God, and the skies make his handiwork known!
2 दिनदिनै भाषण दिन्छ । त्यसले हरेक रात ज्ञान प्रकट गर्छ ।
Day after day speech pours out; night after night it reveals knowledge.
3 त्यहाँ कुनै बोली वा शब्दको आवाज सुनिंदैन। तिनीहरूका आवाज सुनिंएको हुँदैन ।
There is no speech or spoken words; their voice is not heard.
4 तापनि तिनका शब्दहरू सारा पृथ्वीभरि जान्छन् र तिनीहरूका भाषण संसारको अन्तसम्म नै पुग्छ । तिनीहरूका माझमा सूर्यको निम्ति उहाँले पाल टाँग्नुभएको छ ।
Yet their words go out over all the earth, and their speech to the end of the world. He has pitched a tent for the sun among them.
5 सूर्यचाहिं दुलहा आफ्नो कोठाबाट बाहिर आइरहेको जस्तै हो र आफ्नो दौड सिद्याउँदा आनन्दित हुने बलियो मानिसजस्तै हो ।
The sun is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber and like a strong man who rejoices when he runs his race.
6 एक छेउमा सूर्य उदाउँछ र आकाश पार गरेर अर्को छेउमा पुग्छ । त्यसको तातोबाट कुनै कुरा पनि उम्कँदैन ।
The sun rises from the one horizon and crosses the sky to the other; nothing escapes its heat.
7 परमप्रभुको व्यवस्था सिद्ध छ, प्राणलाई पुर्नजीवित पार्ने । परमप्रभुको साक्षी भरपर्दो छ, सोझोलाई बुद्धिमान बनाउने ।
The law of Yahweh is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of Yahweh is reliable, making the simple wise.
8 परमप्रभुका शिक्षाहरू ठीक छन्, हृदयलाई खुसी पार्ने । परमप्रभुको आज्ञा शुद्ध छन्, आँखालाई ज्योति दिने ।
The instructions of Yahweh are right, making the heart glad; the commandment of Yahweh is pure, bringing light to the eyes.
9 परमप्रभुको भय शुद्ध छ, यो सदासर्वदा रहने । परमप्रभुका धार्मिक आदेशहरू सत्य र समग्रमा ठिक छन् ।
The fear of Yahweh is pure, enduring forever; the righteous decrees of Yahweh are true and altogether right!
10 तिनीहरू सुनभन्दा, धेरै शुद्ध सुनभन्दा मूल्यवान छन् । तिनीहरू मह र चाकाबाट चुहिंरहेको महभन्दा पनि गुलिया छन् ।
They are of greater value than gold, even more than much fine gold; they are sweeter than honey and the dripping honey from the honeycomb.
11 हो, तिद्वारा तपाईंका सेवकहरूले चेतावनी पाउँछन् । ति पलना गर्नुमा ठुलो इनाम छ ।
Yes, by them your servant is warned; in obeying them there is great reward.
12 कसले आफ्ना सबै गल्तीहरू बुझ्न सक्छ? मलाई लुकेका गल्तीहरूबाट शुद्ध पार्नुहोस् ।
Who can discern all his own errors? Cleanse me from hidden faults.
13 तपाईंको दासलाई अहङ्कारका पापहरूबाट बचाउनुहोस्, तिनीहरूले ममाथि राज्य नगरून् । तब म सिद्ध हुनेछु र धेरै अपराधहरूबाट म निर्दोष हुनेछु ।
Keep your servant also from arrogant sins; let them not rule over me. Then I will be perfect, and I will be innocent from many transgressions.
14 हे परमप्रभु, मेरो चट्टान र मेरो उद्धारक, मेरा मुखका शब्दहरू र मेरा हृदयका विचारहरू तपाईंको दृष्टिमा ग्रहणयोग्य होऊन् ।
May the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart be acceptable in your sight, Yahweh, my rock and my redeemer.
