1 परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर । ए स्वर्गमा हुनेहरू हो, परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर । ए उच्‍च स्थानहरूमा हुनेहरू हो, उहाँको प्रशंसा गर ।
Alleluia, [a Psalm] of Aggaeus and Zacharias. Praise you the Lord from the heavens: praise him in the highest.
2 उहाँका सबै स्वर्गदूत हो, उहाँको प्रशंसा गर । ए उहाँका सबै फौज हो, उहाँको प्रशंसा गर ।
Praise you him, all his angels: praise you him, all his hosts.
3 हे सूर्य र चन्द्रमा हो, उहाँको प्रशंसा गर । ए सबै चम्किने तारा हो, उहाँको प्रशंसा गर ।
Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you stars and light.
4 ए सर्वोच्‍च स्वर्ग र आकाशमाथिका पानी हो, उहाँको प्रशंसा गर ।
Praise him, you heavens of heavens, and the water that is above the heavens.
5 तिनीहरूले परमप्रभुको नाउँको प्रशंसा गरून्, किनकि उहाँले आज्ञा दिनुभयो र तिनीहरू सृष्‍टि भए ।
Let them praise the name of the Lord: for he spoke, and they were made; he commanded, and they were created.
6 उहाँले तिनलाई सदासर्वदाको निम्ति स्थापित पनि गर्नुभएको छ । उहाँले एउटा आदेश जारी गर्नुभयो जो कहिल्यै बद्लिंदैन ।
He has established them for ever, even for ever and ever: he has made an ordinance, and it shall not pass away.
7 पृथ्वीबाट उहाँको प्रशंसा गर, हे समुद्रका विशाल जन्‍तुहरू र सागरका गहिराइहरू हो,
Praise the Lord from the earth, you serpents, and all deeps.
8 हे आगो र असिना, हिउँ र बादल, उहाँको वचन पुरा गर्ने आँधी बेहरी हो ।
Fire, hail, snow, ice, stormy wind; the things that perform his word.
9 उहाँको प्रशंसा गर, हे सबै पहाड र डाँडाहरू, फलका रूखहरू र सबै देवदारुहरू हो,
Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:
10 जङ्गली पशुहरू र पाल्तु पशुहरू, घस्रने प्राणीहरू र चराहरू हो ।
wild beasts, and all cattle; reptiles, and winged birds:
11 परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर, हे पृथ्वीका राजाहरू र सबै जातिहरू, शासकहरू र पृथ्वीमा शासन गर्ने सबैले,
kings of the earth, and all peoples; princes, and all judges of the earth:
12 जवान पुरुषहरू र जवान स्‍त्रीहरू, वृद्धहरू र बालकहरू दुवैले ।
young men and virgins, old men with youths:
13 तिनीहरू सबैले परमप्रभुको नाउँको प्रशंसा गरून्, किनकि उहाँको नाउँ मात्र उच्‍च पारिन्छ र उहाँको महिमाले पृथ्वी र स्वर्गलाई ढाक्छ ।
let them praise the name of the Lord: for his name only is exalted; his praise is above the earth and heaven,
14 उहाँले आफ्‍ना सबै विश्‍वासयोग्य जनहरू, इस्राएलीहरू, उहाँका नजिकका सबै मानिसबाट प्रशंसाको निम्‍ति आफ्‍ना मानिसहरूका सिङ खडा गर्नुभएको छ । परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर ।
and he shall exalt the horn of his people, [there is] a hymn for all his saints, [even] of the children of Israel, a people who draw near to him.
