भजनसंग्रह 132
1 हे परमप्रभु, दाऊदको खातिर तिनका सबै कष्टहरू याद गर्नुहोस् ।
A Song of Degrees. Lord, remember David, and all his meekness:
2 तिनले कसरी परमप्रभुमा शपथ खाए, याकूबका सर्वशक्तिमान्सँग तिनले कसरी भाकल गरे सो सम्झनुहोस् ।
how he sware to the Lord, [and] vowed to the God of Jacob, [saying],
3 तिनले भने, “म मेरो घरभित्र पस्नेछैनँ वा मेरो ओछ्यानमा जानेछैन,
I will not go into the tabernacle of my house; I will not go up to the couch of my bed;
4 म आफ्ना आँखालाई सुत्न दिनेछैन न त आफ्ना पलकहरूलाई विश्राम दिनेछु,
I will not give sleep to mine eyes, nor slumber to mine eyelids, nor rest to my temples,
5 जबसम्म परमप्रभुको निम्ति एउटा ठाउँ, याकूबको सर्वशक्तिमान्को निम्ति एउटा वासस्थान म पाउँदिन ।”
until I find a place for the Lord, a tabernacle for the God of Jacob.
6 हेर्नुहोस्, हामीले यसबारे एप्रातामा सुन्यौ । हामीले यसलाई याआरको मैदनमा भेट्टायौं ।
Behold, we heard of it in Ephratha; we found it in the fields of the wood.
7 हामी परमेश्वरको वासस्थानमा जानेछौं । हामीले उहाँको पाउदानमा आरधना गर्नेछौं ।
Let us enter into his tabernacles: let us worship at the place where his feet stood.
8 हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंको विश्राम गर्ने ठाउँ, तपाईं र तपाईंको शक्तिको सन्दुकतिर जाग्नुहोस् ।
Arise, O Lord, into your rest; you, and the ark of your holiness.
9 तपाईंका पुजारीहरूले इमानदारीताको वस्त्र लगाऊन् । तपाईंका विश्वासयोग्य जनहरू आनन्दले कराऊन् ।
Your priests shall clothe themselves with righteousness; and your saints shall exult.
10 तपाईंको सेवक दाऊदको खातिर, तपाईंको अभिषिक्त राजाबाट नतर्किनुहोस् ।
For the sake of your servant David turn not away the face of your anointed.
11 परमप्रभुले दाऊदसित पक्का शपथ खानुभयो, एउटा पक्का शपथ जसलाई उहाँले उल्टाउनुहुनेछैनः “तेरा सन्तानमध्ये एक जनालाई तेरो सिंहासनमा म राख्नेछु ।
The Lord sware [in] truth to David, and he will not annul it, [saying], Of the fruit of your body will I set [a king] upon your throne.
12 तेरा छोराहरूले मेरो करार र मैले तिनीहरूलाई सिकाउनेछु व्यवस्था पालन गर्छन् भने, तिनीहरूका सन्तानहरू पनि तेरो सिंहासनमा सदासर्वदा बस्नेछन् ।”
If your children will deep my covenant, and these my testimonies which I shall teach them, their children also shall sit upon your throne for ever.
13 निश्चय नै परमप्रभुले सियोनलाई रोज्नुभएको छ । उहाँको आफ्नो आसनको निम्ति उहाँले त्यसको इच्छा गर्नुभएको छ ।
For the Lord has elected Sion, he has chosen her for a habitation for himself, [saying],
14 “यो सदासर्वदाको निम्ति मेरो विश्राम स्थल हो । म यहाँ बस्नेछु किनकि म यसलाई चाहन्छु ।
This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have chosen it.
15 म त्यसलाई प्रशस्त मात्रमा अन्नको आशिष् दिनेछु । त्यसका गरीबलाई म रोटीले तृप्त पार्ने छु ।
I will surely bless her provision: I will satisfy her poor with bread.
16 त्यसका पुजारीहरूलाई म उद्धारको वस्त्र पहिराउनेछु । त्यसका विश्वासयोग्य जनहरू आनन्दले जयजयकार गर्नेछन् ।
I will clothe her priests with salvation; and her saints shall greatly exult.
17 दाऊदको निम्ति त्यहाँ म एउटा सिङ् उमार्नेछु र मेरो अभिषिक्त जनको निम्ति एउटा बत्ती राख्नेछु ।
There will I cause to spring up a horn to David: I have prepared a lamp for mine anointed.
18 त्यसका शत्रुहरूलाई म लाजले ढाक्नेछु, तर त्यसको शीरमा त्यसको मुकुट चम्किनेछ ।”
His enemies will I clothe with a shame; but upon himself shall my holiness flourish.
